Lazy, Lazy, Lazy. Did I forget to mention Lazy?! Had a curbside order, lady had an attitude when she answered the phone. She said it would take a while, a while was 20 minutes!!! Store does not value their customers!!! Also I park at the second row because the 1 row was full at first. I pulled up to the first row after she called back. Also I told her those actions were lazy. Will never shop at this location again, I would rather drive to a further location or even literally burn my money before coming here. Oh yeah, car wash top was broken. Clown show!!!

This location is proficient and efficient. The managers here are warm and accommodating. This is where I will reference all of my vehicular maintenance needs. You are an awesome Team! Thank You!

It took 3 days to get my part back that I had oder. She told me the next day and I went up there on a false trip. Hurting because having problems with my neck. But,when I finally got it he was very polite about it.

So they close at 8 but i get there 20 min before 8 and they have doors locked and act like they don t see me. Waste of my time and my gas. If you post your hours of operation then stay open until then. Customer should not have to pay because of the laziness and unprofessional employees

The employees here are very nice and helpful.. However they're boss came out really acting like a jerk to the employees.. It was to the point where it was almost gross.. He would play act nice to customers and turn right around in the same sentence and talk to the regular employees like they are animals.. I have no idea how they keep employees here with this jerk over seeing them.. And it happened TWICE! Both times I've been in there! The second time I caught his name.. James Williams.. By far the worst I've ever witnessed in a manager.. Like he was right out of a 50's slavery movie.. I will never step foot in another advanced auto parts again if this is the kinda people they have overseeing such nice and wonderful staff members..

Not sure what happened...I guess as a former employee they thought they could handle me however they liked. If you're reading this (you know who you are) this is exactly why I will never do any commercial business with this store.

I visited this location on yesterday 2/12/2019 to purchase brakes for my Maxima, I was greeted and assisted with everything I needed. The sales person/ Cashier Ciara was very friendly and knowledgeable and even got me to take advantage of a sale on tire shine. If you visit this location make sure you re assisted by Ciara!

Have always preferred this place over any other Auto Store... except for Autozone. Not because they're cheaper.... Can't quite admit that for for SURE. But... it's definitely the go-to spot along with Autozone.

Ordered online, even though my order wasn't yet processed, the staff was quick to complete my order, very friendly and helpful. Saved money with an online discount. I definitely recommend this place!

Ripped off..cabin air filter..25$.. autozone..10..Walmart 7. Cant recommend them first anything other than emptying your wallet.
