We called in to buy a battery for our car and went today since the weather was nice. They helped us quickly! I had my young kids with me and the attendant in charge brought out a chair for me and offered water for the kids. She was so kind and helpful!They were very quick at replacing our battery and didn't charge a thing. When we went out to load up in the car, the attendant came out to make sure we were all set and to assist me if I needed it.

The best advance auto part I have been too. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and so helpful. The young man that works there was also outside helping another customer. I love the atmosphere. Usually people don t want to come outside and do readings on the cars but this location just wonderful.

Always a good experience the people here are really nice and give excellent customer service. They definitely needed more help as the store was full and only 2 people to assist.

I enjoy Advance Auto website. I check to see what I need (they always offer discount online) place order. Within in minutes, I get an email saying my order is ready to pickup at the Ridgewood store. Very convenient and fast. I enjoy doing business with them.

Gentleman was not very knowledgeable about spark plugs for my car. It was 15 minutes of my life I will never get back. If you are going to hire people to sell auto parts they need to know the basics of a car. Just saying.

Theres no disappointment in quality here with Ms Latesha and her staff . She helped me find everything from fuses to replacing my headlight.

Shantay was absolutely amazing ! I had no idea really what I was looking for as far as windshield wipers and she helped me , knew what she was talking about , and helped me get it installed with nails on ! Only Advanced Auto Parts I ll shop at from now on

Love Auto Parts Stores, just to browse though. Sometimes I'll spend hours at a time in Advanced or AutoZone.... Only to research items in the more physical aspect than the obscure ways that they're advertised through a website like Amazon or eBay.... They can only be so revealing up to a certain point. But some items do best being sold when they're actually visually seen. Plus I'm intrigued with keeping my car, Top Notch, A-1, 100% tip top shape. Very OCD about it actually, to be honest.....

Ordered online for store pick up. Got there within 30 minutes. Everything ready. The two guys working were friendly and welcoming. I was in and out in a couple minutes. Good parts store.

Advanced has quality parts. But you know.... these parts stores thede days, just aren't cutting it anymore.... Their prices are literally 3 times higher than eBay, or Amazon's prices.....Only thing keeping them open are the people who don't shop online, haven't realized the dramatic differences in prices through Amazon, or eBay, VS. all of the local parts stores......Or just the simple fact that sometimes a part is needed immediately & can't wait for the parts to be delivered days later.... Thats probably the main reason. If Amazon had more warehouses spread through the US, it'd be the end of all Advanced Auto, Autozone, OReilly's, & Napa's Auto Parts... Or they'd suffered a huge loss in profits.

Employee was VERY RUDE!!! Was explaining to him that the cause of something was not that, he got smart and said, "Well, since you know it all, no need for me talking to you!" He turned around and WALKED OFF! That's what kind of employee Advance has working for them? I will NOT spend my money in there EVER again. Went to O'Reilly for what I was looking for. Received GREAT Customer Service and the prices are cheaper.

The Advanced Auto on Ridgewood road in Jackson is the best. Service like no other parts store. Will always stop by when in Jackson to get parts.

I took a nap in the shade of a tree behind the establishment and wasn't hassled at all. A bug did bite my finger while I was there but I can hardly blame the store or it's employees for that!

My neighborhood auto parts store, may not always have the repair part but I do a lot less of that and they are convienent, friendly and helpful

That do a fine job of keeping parts in stock and offer useful free services loose installing wipers and testing and charging batteries.
