It was a pleasure to work with southeast. I called and was lucky enough to get Tristan as our salesman. He was very transparent and honest about the cars we were looking at. He was patient with us as it took a week to decide on which ride was best for us. He answered all of my questions quickly and kept in contact daily. We decided on a Friday afternoon around 3 o clock and the car was delivered to our house 115 miles away the next day. The driver that delivered the car hung around as we took it for a test drive and inspected the car (about an hour) and was also very nice and didn t mind a bit. I couldn t be more pleased with the customer service me and my family received. If you are looking for a used car I would definitely give them a call and ask to speak with Tristan.

We had a good experience at Southeast Iuka.We called & inquired about the vehicle we seen online. It was at another lot of theirs. They got it delivered to the Iuka Office quickly. We test drove it. They gave us time to consider everything. They gave us a good trade in & made everything simple. THANK YOU SOUTHEAST AUTO & Mrs Mary.

Great buying experience. Salespeople were not pushy and they let you go at your own pace. The trade in value and interest rate beat any of the other big name dealerships . I have had a terrible experience in the car buying world recently, but Southeast Auto made this new experience worth it! I can not thank Hunter enough for all his help, and helping me find the vehicle of my dreams! He worked so hard and did everything possible to make sure I was able to get this car, even if it meant working after hours! 10/10 recommend Southeast Auto for your next car, they will not do you wrong!

We had the absolute best experience with Southeast Auto Direct! I found the most perfect car online at Southeast Auto (on a Saturday.) I reached out that day and was put in contact with Ms. Mary, a genuine, experienced and overall kind salesperson. Two hours later, through multiple phone calls, texts, photos and videos, I knew that this was the car for me! The dealership was closed on Sunday, which left me simmering on this car for the entire day. We are located roughly 5.5 hours away from the dealership, so that drive with three small children was out of the picture. Monday morning I informed Ms. Mary that was, indeed, the car for me. Within two hours, without even stepping a foot into the dealership, Ms. Mary and Mr. Nic had arranged for my car to be delivered to me, at my home, at 6 PM that night. From finding my car online on Saturday, to having it delivered on Monday (5.5 hours away!)- I am forever thankful and grateful for Ms. Mary, Mr. Nic, Mr. John (the man who drove my car 5.5 hours to me) and the whole dealership for executing everything and making my car buying experience a breeze! I highly recommend Southeast Auto Direct! Their pricing is unmatchable, and their customer service is superb!
