The entire team at Lakeshore Customer RV is awesome! They did a great job with our upgrade. Bryan and the team are very knowledgeable and experienced. If you need any RV work done, call Bryan and team. You will have a go to repair shop!!! We will be back when we need any repairs or upgrades!!

I had a truly terrible experience here. We brought our 2019 Bus here for routine oil change, and to get a few minor repairs done. It took Bryan and his "team" from 8:00AM to 4:00PM for the oil change to be finished while they sat around working on some shop equipment, went to lunch, went to town for "parts" twice. Then we were told they couldn't do the other repairs until the next day. Of course they charge by the hour and I was charged 4 hours of labor to do one oil change (they had the filters, and oil on site). Will never be back and I will be telling everyone I know the same!

Great repair facility for RV repair, they were recommended by Tiffin. We had a list of repairs and they were completed in a less than a day, including 2 new heat pumps. I will be back when the need arises. Also Nathan all of my questions.

We just left Lakeshore Custom RV and Bryan and his staff are great! Sent them a list of repairs in advance. They took care of everything plus a couple of things not on the list. They are professional, get the work done in a very timely matter, prices are fair. Everyone there is easy to work with. Have a nice waiting area to use.Family owned and run business. No hesitation in recommending Bryan, and would use them again.

These guys are a WORLD CLASS organization! Bryan and his team removed our old couch and installed a new one in our 2019 motorhome. They did an excellent job. Their attention to detail made the new couch look as if it had been originally installed by the factory. I also had a haunting problem with the light hookup for my towed vehicle. They were able to find and repair not one, but the TWO issues that caused the problem. Now I can drive at night while towing my Jeep. Nathan and his team did a great job! Had an appointment for Monday morning and they got me in at 8:00am and out by noon. Everything was completed just as I requested. Great place to have your maintenance done or another issues you need taken care of. Highly recommend them!

This RV shop sets the standard for quality. They fixed what I wanted correctly, the first time. Extreamly polite people. This is a family operation. They take pride in the work they do. Prices are fair for both sides. Office help is Kim, pleasant easy to deal with. Book all your " fixins" with her. She will give you a date and time. THEY WERE ON TIME! They can mod anything, but specializes in Tiftin products. Owners use to work at the factory. Great waiting room. Has TV and coffee, cute dog in charge of public relations. I will be willing to drive out of the way to have work done to my Tiffin. Too bad they dont have more stars. I would give them more.

The guys over at Lakeshore Custom RV are awesome. I had my overhead sleeper start to collapse on me while traveling. I was low on time and money. But they made room in there shop and busy schedule at the drop of the hat and got us repaired, under budget to boot. Best thing is they let us hook up and spend the night for free just so they could start on my rig first thing in the morning and back on our trip. I highly recommend this place for any of your RV needs big or small

Had a repair that needed to be done. When we arrived they moved us right in and began working on our coach. The work was done quickly and the price was more than fair!!! Excellent service and I will definitely use them again if the need arises! Thank you for your great work and getting us back on the road.

Lakeshore is one to keep in your contacts. Friendly and accommodating. They had a nice comfortable lounge to wait in. They even allowed us to bring our dog in to watch tv. We were amazed at their quick turnaround and impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Thanks to Nathan and his team.

We purchased a class A in March and found a few electrical issues and adjustments that needed adressed but due to Covid we decided to wait until we headed south. Our slide motor went out so we called Tiffin. The wait at Tiffin was too long, so they recommended Lakeshore Custom RV. We couldn't be more happy with the service we received. They not only addressed the items on our list, but also other minor things they found. They were fast and professional. The rate was very reasonable. We will not take our RV any where else!Services: Tires, Electrical

Just visited these fine folks for my yearly full coach service. What a great shop. Nice expert folks that took care of everything on my list. Not often you leave a place 100% pleased.
