Magnolia Tire is a great place for tires and all kinds of automobile service. I recently purchased a 2005 F150 pick up truck and they help me diagnose the items that needed to be repaired. I love this place! They worked on my mom's car years ago and I have been taking my car there ever since. They are very trustworthy and have competitive pricing. The staff are great, polite, and efficient. Any wait time is well worth it.

Called ahead and they ordered my tires, got them in and put them on all in one day. The service and customer service was great, real nice people. This was my second experience here and I will definitely keep using them for my tires.

They are fast I will give them that but if you are like me I prefer that my vehicle is fixed correctly without them cutting corners.The first time I took my truck to them the mechanic seemed to know all about my truck model. He did a great job.I guess he wasn't working there the next time I took my truck there. The people in the front office were nice but my truck was not fixed correctly the 2nd time in fact the things I asked them to fix were worse. The mechanic must have been a shade tree mechanic not a real mechanic. I will not take my vehicle there anymore.

Called to ask about something put on hold then told would call back .. Did this 6 times no call back... Finally talked to someone about working on struts of my mom's vehicle... Said they could do next day just drop off... Told them I could wait cause i knew they were short handed and he said no bring it... Brought it and dropped it off at opening told them I needed it back 3 something... Was at work all day waited till was time to leave no call... I called them and she told me to hold on... Came back and was like sorry sir we haven't even pulled it inside to work on.... I told them why he said they have it done that day if you couldn't do it I wouldn't have brought it .. They said nothing... Got the vehicle and left... Won't be back

These guys are great. Sure I had to wait a week for an appointment but they are worth it. Very nice and thorough with our vehicles.

Best tire and mechanic shop in Desoto County and with 'top shelf' service as a bonus. Has been family owned and operated for decades so you deal with the owners and not just a clerk behind the desk. These guys (and gals) are WINNING!

Over the last several years I have taken my truck or car to Magnolia Tire. During all thesetimes Magnolia Tire have been very reliable inrepairing my vehicle. I cannot recall any negative results as they have been courteous, fair pricing and very reliable. Until something really bad happens I will stay with Magnolia Tires and I would highly recommend them.Wayne Lackey

Don't go here if you're a woman because even though they have women working the front desk, they still treated my wife like she had no sense and tried to pull one over on her. When a bulge in the sidewall appeared of one of my tires, I called the tire manufacturer to make a warranty claim, and they sent me to Magnolia Tire Pros to get the tire inspected because the tires on my car were originally purchased in Jackson, MS, 200 miles away. When my wife took the car to get the tire inspected, she explained what she was there for, and after they inspected the tire, which apparently is an operation that takes the better part of an hour with these folks, they said the tire was bad, which was obvious because of the egg sized bulge in it, and they don't do warranty work for the brand of tire. I called them after my wife left there ticked off for wasting her time, and in less than a minute of conversation, I was told they don't do warranty work for that tire brand. My point being, they saw an easy target in my wife, ignored what she was telling them, and were rude about it to her, but the second a man called, no problems getting the information I needed. I called the tire manufacturer back to get another shop name and to have Magnolia Tire Pros taken off their vendor list.

Never again! I took in my vehicle with noise coming from the front shocks and/or struts. They convinced me I needed work in the rear as well. And after paying almost three times the original quote, I got my car back with a very noticeable rattling sound coming from the rear end--a noise that I did not have before taking my car in to be serviced. I talked to David and not only was he rude, but he told me they would not look at the car again for free. I don't understand how a shop does $1500 worth of worth and doesn't even bother to test drive it afterwards. My buddy looked at it and found that Magnolia Tire failed to tighten the shocks. It was nothing serious, but I would never recommend such an unprofessional shop to anyone else.

Had a tire repaired today , was done promptly.. the fella that did the work was helpful... the girl up front was very nice ! been looking for a new tire shop,i think i just found it.

I took my van to have the ac fixed and after keeping it all day they said they could not fixed it and charged me $50.
