Absolutely impressive business all around clean environment wonderful service the staff was excellent! Oh and not to mention found exactly what I came in and asked for the wheels came in fast, was all around a great experience and gave me a stunning update with these wheels on my sequoia! Highly recommend doing business with these guys!

All three young men are very, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable!! Searched my tires, got me approved and tires will be in tomorrow! My Husband also got his BIG BOY snow flake rims for Christmas here, which prompted me to go by. AWESOME business!! Highly recommend!

Dan the man has been taking care of me for years there is no one I trust more when it comes to wheels and tires than him. Right price, great service, Hub Cap Annie is exactly where you should go for all wheel and tire needs.

OH MY GOODNESS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!!!! TONY REALLY KNOWS HIS JOB. Not only did he find me the correct part, they went above and beyond with offering me and my niece a sparkling COLD drink and quick service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! Everyone was so nice and professional. MOST IMPORTANTLY THE PLACE WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN!!!! Stop by if u have cracked rims or even need new rims!!! THEY HAVE IT ALL!!!!

Tony and Tyler were great I got 26s on my 2017 escalade it looks and rides great. I had it lifted 2in the front no rub no scrub. If you want ride clean and not break the bank check with these guys before you buy!

Wonderful customer service from Danny. He offered great advice on how to find what I was looking for. Before my husband and I left the store, he gave us cold sodas for the road. If you're in the market for hubcaps or rims, I highly recommend Hub Cap Annie Southaven.

I wish I could give this review a -1. I came in today to pick my husband's wheel up that had to be fixed a 2nd time because the first time it wasn't repaired correctly by Hub Cap Annie, which was already a huge inconvenience. I walked in to see 2 other people already waiting on service & following me was another person which made 4 people total who were waiting. After about 5 mins or so of waiting I proceeded to stick my head around the corner to see was anyone aware of the customers waiting! The "owner" jumped up like he was a jack in the box, screaming telling me "do you think we are just back here sitting on our behind, WE ARE WORKING"! Totally caught me by surprise because my actions were honest and appropriate. I then proceeded to ask was he the only one working and was ignored. I was told to go to 662 tire and wheel to be serviced after the disagreement was deaden by himself and I. Maybe he was having a bad day because he was short staffed but there's no reason I should be feeling insulted and humiliated in front of a bunch of guys and customers. Overall the service I got from Hub Cap Annie was horrible and my husband and I will never support them AGAIN ! Oh and once I told him that he told me that he hopes it was a PROMISE. HORRIBLE customer service and just bad for business all the way around.

when i came there i thought they were good people and they may be. i talked to Dan he was very nice and seem to be honest . first thing they didnt give me the locks that they said they would provide for the rims but i let that go and bought them again. then there was shaking once i put the rims on the car took it to the shop and they had not been balanced like they said they would be . i let that go also. well two months later one tire is bad. the tread is just flapping i called and no i didnt talk to dan but some jerk! that works there very rude smart mouth told me there is no warranty which i can understand if that is true but there is a way to talk to a customer i said well i dont think i will buy another one from yall if you cant stand behind your product and he said well yeah we make it a habit to sell bad tires. the correct thing to do would have been to say well it could have been a bad one let me take a look and we will go from there. I HAVE 2 OTHER CARS THAT WILL GET A SET OF WHEELS ON THEM AND IT WILL NOT BE HUC CAB ANNIE!!!!!! LEARN HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are suppose to be the wheel experts but they sell u the wrong stuff and say its your fault and wont let you return them. Dont waste your time with these people. They have an attitude like you wouldn't beleive. 0 stars in my book

Me and my wife came and did a payment plan valentines day I was approved in less than ten minutes cant wait to see my rims on my elantra in two days thank you I'll be doing more business with you.

I bent my rim while being in Boise. Being from Canada I need it fix ASAP. They heard my story and understood that I was on a time crunch, they fixed my rim day off. very happy

The absolute worst service ever. They let you stand there and not even speak upon you entering the business. Me and 3 other customers left and went up the street to another Wheel shop.
