When looking at reviews on this place do yourself a favor and look at all the one star reviews then make your decision I wished my son had did that before spending almost $3000 there. The reason he did that is to have it installed correctly so it would not mess anything up. But he got the opposite and they don't Warranty there installation at all so he is going to have to replace his speakers he got about 6 weeks ago due to how it was installed by AutoRadio installer. I am praying that this is made right and if it is I will update it here.

Went there once to get a Kenwood headunit installed in my wife's Ford escape. Took a few hours cause they had to connect the features from the headunit to her steering wheel etc. They got it hooked up and working good . While I was there the owner tried to tell me Focal was better than the Crescendo amplifier that I had. If any of y'all know car audio,you know the brand Crescendo.Laughed at him right in his face . Only good brand that's worth a dam they have is Sundown. Really the res ist budget quality at best . It's a ok place at best.

DO NOT GO HERE! Two years ago I wrote a review because I had to fix my system myself. The owner replies today and calls me racist. These are the tactics of someone that cannot take criticism for their employees being poorly trained Lies. Don t ever go here.

Shout out to Eric at audio radio for accepting us last minute on our way to inkcarceration in Ohio, to install a badass system in our truck taking only an hour and a half. He didn t only install it quicker than the estimated time, he gave us the keys to the company truck to go get something to eat and do some sight seeing since we were from south east texas. 10/10 would recommend these folks. They treat you like family not like a stranger. Coming from a small town this means so much especially with the very fair prices. Y all go check them out

I spent 3k on subs and they left one of the amp wires under my 500 subs and it and it put a hole in my subs and they won t replace it I do not recommend this place I done had trouble at the trouble with them

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Excellent customer service and fast but great work. I went because my driver side speaker went out and told the owner how I wanted to gone ahead and replace passenger side and the outcome was beyond excellent and will be back for tint.

Just made my 2nd successful trip back and saved a bunch of money taking my 1400 jl HD amp that lasted a week and swapped it out for a kicker amp for a fraction of the cost. I like the customer service and always leave loud and happy

The only thing wise than the product was the service. They broke the mounts and bolts installing a new head unit and couldn't get the steering wheel controls to work and just shrugged it off. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

The owner is very knowledgeable and he has top quality Systems Subs radios amps keyless entry remote start. Haven't bought anything yet or had any work done but the guy is knowledgeable and has top notch

Very quick and professional. I stopped by to get my head unit looked at and subwoofers and amp installed. They were very busy but they remained calm and professional. I figured they would have told me to schedule an appointment like everywhere else I had been but no he assured me there would be no problems getting the install done in time. The owner was a great guy to work with we worked together on my budget and they got it done. The only place I m going for car audio. FYI I didn t see any wires.

I brought my Ford F-150 in to get my new radio installed and they done an awesome job. They had me bring it in on a Saturday and a few hours later it was completed. I will recommend and use them again. Good service, good products and good business.

I had a system installed to a factory radio and called the owner told me to come back in they swapped out a few components. Due to my vehichle being a brand new 2022 they didn't have the required component to completely fix the issue then the only way to fix it truly we have to bring it to the dealer ship to have it completed and the owner offered to pay for half of it. I really recommend this company. They treat you like family and won't stop until they find a solution or can help you solve your problem.

I wanted to have a alarm installed in my truck. However didn't really know what I wanted, I spoke with the owner. He was very knowledgeable,helpful, and answered all of my thousands of questions. Lol He was very professional, I would recommend anyone who is in need of a alarm system. This is the place too come too! They are awesome!

Would not have recommended this place before I HAD to have them install an interlock. I dreaded having them to touch my car and they delivered on their promise. My alternator blew an hour after leaving, and they wanted nothing to do with righting their wrong. My advice look up this stuff on YouTube you ll do it better than this place.

Recently purchased amp and sub from this location and let me implore you, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE EVER!!!!! I have a lot 2021 model vehicle and if you don t know what you are doing as far as installation please as a business in these days and time please say so. I ve had to come up there 3 times for the same problem and no resolution. The final time I was given excuses as in weather and no one there to fix my sub and amp. If you just wanna purchase items without installation cool ( don t know if it quality or not) but DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!

They had to do a complete re-wire of the system due to the previous installer's (Stereo One) butcher job. I was told, right before I picked my car up, that their system was down and that I needed to bring cash. $750 to be exact. So I picked up the cash on the way. I paid the cost but was told I would get my receipt emailed to me once the computer system was up and running again. The installation looked great and the system appeared to be working but on my way to work I noticed the rear speakers but popping and there was engine noise coming through the speakers. I took it back the next day for warranty work but was told that I had to wait until the other cars were done. The noise was fixed with a filter (probably the same one that was removed from the original installation) but still did not get a receipt. I've called 4 times now in the past week asking for them to email the receipt to me but have yet to receive it.Even though the installation is very clean and professional looking, the customer service sucks. I hope you have better luck with them than I did.

Love this place!! They carry the 3 top brands: jl audio, kicker and alpine. Prices arent bad either!! So much to choose from I couldn't pick! They even do custom sound systems and definitely top notch installers that know their stuff and are super fast with no problems from my system at all! They turned my car into a concert... I streamed top gun and almost checked out the window for a jet right above my car!!! Lol!!Would recommend a million times over to anyone wanting quality for thier vehicle!!! I plan on returning for more soon!!Oh and they do tint, remote starts, alarms and are even buffing out the paint and rewiring classic blue chevy 1500!

Most of these reviews on google are fake the owner does it to hid the bad ones. This place customer service sucks and the overcharge on everything

DON T GO HERE! Bad service and untrained techs. Sub didn t have power. They changed the fuse and charged me $85. They turned the stereo so high it almost blew my eardrums when I turned it on. Worked for 2 days. I fixed it myself (wire was tied to parking brake release and shorting. I called to say they got it wrong and he says $85 for diagnostic period . Ok, sure, but you MISDIAGNOSED! Never again!

Excellent services. They installed a remote start on my 2011 Dodge Challenger. Best prices that I found all over. They really did a good job took the time to show me how everything would work.. Also gave me some key pointers on some upgrade to my car. Thank you guys

Awesome Place. Very Professional and laid back at the same time. Talked to Ben over the phone and let him know what I was up against. I had my radio stolen from my 2015 Jeep and needed fixed. He told me to come on up and they would look at it. Rico took a look at it and let me know what I needed. Travis hooked me up with everything Rico installed it, and I was out of there in less than two hours total. Would recommend them to anyone.

Leaving another review as an update. So in my last review I stated how they use the best materials etc. Well turns out these guys are full of crap. They told me my amp power wire was aluminum not copper, and that it had to be changed out. So I paid them 170 dollars to run more wire. Just had a friend of mine who has been installing for over 15 years show me that they installed the exact same type of wire back in my truck. I took my truck the week after they installed the sub amp wire to run new speaker wire for my 4 channel amp. They did not give me a quote before they started the job. Needless to say they ended up charging me $740 dollars for running one wire, and installing new door speakers which i bought off Amazon. These guys are complete crooks, who will lie to you and do work that you never needed to begin with. I will never recommend these idiots to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!!!
