People are very helpful and customer service is the best. My battery was weak for my car and the day off, they were so nice and amazing, they even helped install the battery for me. Highly recommend!

Went with my friend to get a battery and the man named Malcom who helped us was very rude and questioned everything we said. He got us the right battery but was difficult to deal with. He took a while and kept stopping and helping other customers in the middle of helping us. He did not seem fully interested to help us. Poor customer service overall. In holly springs

If you really need parts, go elsewhere. My husband paid the $6 charge to have my parts come in next day. He calls around lunch time & was put on hold while the workers laughed & played in the background. Then, another woman picks up the phone & proceeds to tell him he did not pay for his parts to be there today & that they don t do that there . He tells them he will be up there with his receipt& hangs up the phone. Once he gets there, the woman says she nvr told him any of that, & she doesn t know who did. Horrible to deal with when you re already having to deal with problems. Go to OB or Collierville. Save yourself the headache.

The young lady that was working the parts counter was so busy. I bet she answered 6 calls since I walked in. I was in store, maybe 5 minutes. She was handling her business. The gentleman was helping a customer. He was on his job too. No-one was slacking at all

With most places in Holly Springs closing super early and unannounced, it was very refreshing to have Corey, an AutoZone employee be so accommodating. I called as I left work at 845 explaining that I needed a battery desperately and would be arriving just minutes before closing. Even though I missed the 9:00 pm closing time by a few seconds, when I pulled in, Corey unlocked the door for me and my battery was waiting for me on the counter. He was super helpful and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I hope AutoZone recognizes what a great employee they have in Corey!

I am done with AutoZone sold me a part yesterday turn had it installed today at a repair shop it turned out to be defective then had to get one from o relliy that was brand new then had to pay for additional labor now have to contact the district manager for a refund for the extra money I had to spend for labor again

They gave me the wrong part and then said they couldnt exchange or refund unless I had a receipt and the manager was there. Booneville Auto Zone took care of me by just putting my phone # in their computer. I wont waste my time in Holly Springs again. I dont have time for their mistakes or excuses as to why they cant make it good.

Chris is great. He always takes one for the team cause I go in there a lot and hes working by himself. Truth be told he should be running this store hes the only one who knows anything, everyone else is completely clueless

They have their days. It really depends on which staff is working. Sometimes they are amazing and some days you just wanna smack the rude ass behind the counter.
