They do yearly service on my z500 series. Prices very reasonable. From scheduling to completion of work everyone is extremely professional. Technician performs the work on-site and maintenance is completed in a timely manner with high quality.

Purchased a John Deere Mower and had issues under warranty. They scheduled to pick up mower and I took a vacation day off of work. I called three times and was told they will show up but never provided a time. They never showed up nor followed up. I will run like a Deere to avoid them moving forward.

Excellent and very experienced salesman, Joey Reeder! I had many questions and Joey was quick to answer with the information I needed. Although I explained to him I would not be purchasing that year, he stuck with my wife and I as if we were buying the entire place out that day. That s what I consider a top notch salesman. He knows that that rainy day will come. And I know who I likely will be dealing with. His job is finished. My job is to pay and pick up my new mower. Excellent Job Joey and thanks so much!

Had a good initial sales experience (Dusty) but just had another great experience with a service technician (Tripp) who came out for on the farm service on one of the tractors.

This was my first time to have my JD lawn tractor fixed and I was very happy with the price and service. The customer service supervisor was very nice. My brother and I both had our mowers fixed both equally happy with everything.

Bad customer service. Stood there 10 min and no help. Someone walked up and asked of I was taken care of and I said no. He told me they all where taken care of the phones. So I guess EVERYONE was taking phone orders and can't help people in the store?? He told another man to help and he said he would in a little bit. Still stood there. Will not EVER go back. I wouldn't advise you to go either.

They have made so much money over the years that they could afford not to sale another tractor. Luckly kubota was open.
