I have known of the owner, Patrick Holland since I was in high school back in the 80's. I didn't really get to know him until he started working on my trucks in the mid 90's. Patrick is one of the most honest and trustworthy individuals I have known. My dad was old school, could fix and rebuild all his trucks but when they became more advanced, I had to find someone else to do the work. After using Patrick several times, my dad commented how honest he thought Patrick was. Reviews are a dime a dozen and can vary greatly on the frustration of the customer and the situation. And in todays age, you should always be cautious but I can safely say after having used Patrick and his staff for just shy of 30 years, I honestly would not trust my car/truck to anyone else. At the very least you should call him and let him look at what's wrong with your vehicle. I am thankful people like him, people who value integrity and are authentic, still exist in the world today.Paul Christopher BellHorn Lake

I've brought multiple vehicles to Ultimate Tire for a variety of issues and they've always done a great job. I'm sure they're not the cheapest, but they have my confidence based on their track record.I appreciate also that a few times when I came to them with an issue or a suspected issue, the owner referred me to another shop that they knew would be better equipped to assist.

Why would a shop bring my vehicle in knowing quite well I wanted my transmission FILTER and fluid changed when they are not capable of doing it?Emphasize on FILTER.Then charge me $150.00 for fluid flush knowing I wanted the filter done.This was a monet grab by Patrick and staff...Do not go here.MP Hernando Ms

Vehicle problem appears to have been corrected . Low coolant reservoir dash warning came on shortly after I left. Had to stop and fill the empty coolant reservoir to get the warning to clear. Also the metal bands or zip ties that secure the wiring harness on top of the intake were not reinstalled after the repairs were made. ?? Folks were nice and friendly but the quality of workmanship makes me question myself if this would be a shop I would feel comfortable using again.

I am a huge fan of Ultimate Tire! I took my car there on a Wednesday afternoon after it had cut off on me several times as I was driving down the road. I had no parents with me and I had no clue what I was talking about when it came to what was wrong with my car. I tried my best to explain my situation to the man at the front. He took my keys and pulled my vehicle in to find the problem. A little while later he came to sit beside me and he explained to me in simple terms what the problem was and he told me 2 different ways they could try to fix it. They tried one way and I paid and as I was leaving the man gave me his business card and told me to call him if I had any trouble and they would order a part and try the second option. I left and had no trouble until the next morning. I immediately called him and he asked his opinion on whether or not he thought it was a fluke thing that I was having trouble or if I should bring it back. He said it could just be a fluke or it could be worse. He told me he would go ahead and order the part and he would have it if I did decide to come. My dad took my vehicle back that afternoon. They put on the new part, but when my dad left he had trouble less than ten minutes later. The car cut off 5 times in a 20 minute distance. He called Ultimate Tire and the man said bring it on back and we'll look at it again. So Dad went right back and they found that the new part was faulty so they ordered another new part and put it on Friday morning. They didn't charge me for the extra labor or the second new part. These guys took great care of me! Great Christian man and great, honest people. Thanks Ultimate Tire!

Turned away out of state business traveler came in off the interstate with an emergency flat. Call Bryant Tire in town, they'll get you fixed up fast and reasonable!

They won't even touch anything that's not stock. Anything other than a factory wheel, forget it. Anything bigger than a 33" tire, forget it... Any real reputable tire store run by professionals won't have a problem with these things. There's no difference in aftermarket wheels or larger tires, other than the type of customer who has these things. The thing is they know a person who has custom parts on their vehicle WILL NOTICE if you mess something up (scratch something, break something, etc.) and that's what they don't want to deal with.

I have used Ultimate Tire and Service for many years now. Here s why I continue to use them today.FIRST TRUST. How a business deals with my Wife and Children is very important to me. I have turned a few wrenches in my day but because of my health, I can t do that anymore. So, when I cannot be there, when repairs are being done and decisions must be made, I can trust Ultimate to be straight forward and HONEST in dealing with my Wife, Children and Grandchildren. They are people of good faith that you can count on to do the right thing by keeping you informed about your vehicle. They will never disrespect your family, but rather they will do what s right.SECOND PRICE. Ultimate has garnered my confidence in them because they are fair concerning their PRICES. They are not just out to get another sale! They are out to get your REPEAT BUSINESS instead. They aren t the cheapest nor the highest price in the business. But they are the FAIREST PRICE! I expect people in business to make a profit; just like I want to get paid for my work too!THIRD QUALITY. Quality is both Product and Work! Ultimate excels in both areas. In every case I have experienced that their workforce takes pride in their work. The end product they turn out is invariably some of the best I ve seen in this type of business! I believe that the Ultimate team genuinely cares about how you feel when you climb into your car or truck and start it up. They leave your vehicle clean the way you expect it to be and with everything you left inside it. You won t find any tools on your floorboards and no greasy seats, etc.FOURTH ADVICE. Ultimate will not steer you wrong when it comes to your vehicles. I appreciate it when a Shop gives me advice concerning items that need replacing or repair on my automobiles that I am not aware of. For example, if there is an item that needs to be replaced or repaired while my car is in the shop today, I d rather them let me know and take care of it today as opposed to having issues before I can get back in for another visit. They do not use pressure in doing this. It is just another check and balance that I appreciate.FINALLY. The most important element of any operation is it s PEOPLE ! The folks at Ultimate are timely in keeping you informed about the progress of your vehicle and will call you if need be. Once they re finished, they have always been prompt in giving me a call to let me know.I enjoy doing business with Ultimate Tire and Service. I believe you will find them pleasant and professional to deal with also! Wesley Kicker

I wrote a review in December 2015, which seems to have been removed. I had the brake job from hell performed on my mini-van while I waited in the lounge. While I waited for them to get it right, kept misordering parts and kept saying more and more was wrong, I watched the owner put the smooth talk on a little old lady convincing her that she needed work immediately on an issue I knew very well she could have waited a month or two on (she was tight on money).We'll today, May 9, 2016. I just had to have the entire brakes redone (this time by a reputable dealer). Christian Brothers said that the part were placed on backward with the right on the left and vice versa. They also said the drums were not smoothed, which I was charged for by Ultimate Tire. STAY AWAY!!

Let me start out by saying that Amanda who works here is FANTASTIC - which is why I'm not giving them 1 Star. Have taken my vehicles here for a long while for whatever they needed, but no more. Had them rotate tires back in the summer sometime and wife had to take it back because something was making a horrendous rattling/clicking noise. They said something that would happen "1 in a 1000 times when putting a vehicle on a lift" had become loose and they tightened it, but my wife did not know what it was. Still had a noise from the front end. They said the tires were out of round or "seated"in their location or something to that effect and only solution would be to rotate back. I tried to rotate them back to original positions myself later and found that the front wheel had 3 stripped studs and two lugs were not even seated all the way down on the rim, which to me, seems dangerous. This van hauls my wife and kids around! Took it back and they replaced the studs and lug nuts. Now I was able to rotate tires back to original positions and still had front end noise. Because they indicated tires were bad, went and had new quality Continental brand tires (highest rated on tirerack) mounted at another shop because I had lost confidence in them. Still had noise and problem obviously not the tires. Took it BACK to Ultimate and they said wheel bearings were bad (even though they NEVER mentioned bearings before causing the noise), but that the stripped studs and lugs not being seated had nothing to do with it and offered no recourse. I do what I can to support local businesses but will be taking my business elsewhere for tires and repair. I had ZERO problems or noise from the front end until the initial visit to rotate the tires, and I have to assume A + B = C here.

My husband took his Honda Accord here after the dealership he bought it from said the front axil was broke. I knew that couldn t be right so he took it to Ultimate Tire. They drove it and checked it out and said he needed all new tires as the ones on the car were junk. Well those junk tires were only 2 years old from King Tire! But we trusted them and picked the top of the line Michelin as my husband drives a lot. That is the best thing we have done! It drives like a new car. No the axil wasn t broken and that makes me think Honda was being shady. Now my husband will only take his car to Ultimate Tire, which is the only place I ll take my truck.

Great shop that has been able to fix anything we have thrown at them from AC repairs to brakes,tires, electrical whatever. They are fairly priced and have always been able to do everything same day which is important if you work out of your vehicle like I do. Thanks

Didn't really seem interested in fixing my flat tire or helping at all really. New in town and looking for a good car care place. Probably won't be going back here. The work got done, but not a great first impression.

They refused to install a couple of new loose trailer tires for me unless I purchased the tires from them, so I won't be doing business with them in the future. Went to Gateway and had them done in no time.

I was a women alone, and found the owner to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Acted as if he was expected to perform his services for free, and was not interested in any return business. Won't be using this company again.

Got some used rims. Had them swapped out. Got their before 8am was out by 915am. Staff was great. No problems.

They plugged my tire and got me rolling. A little expensive for a plug but atleast it fixed my problem.
