Only one really helpful and courteous lady on the counter... fielding phones, waiting on customers and trying to get the delivery man gone. She is THE ONLY REASON I'm giving 5 Stars. Thank you!

Buy online, pickup in 30 min. What's not to like?! Napa's online inventory level has been spot on too. No wasted trips!

Even though the part I ordered wasn't correct. Not Napasfault. Corey and Matt were very friendly and are true examples of Customer Service. Thanks guys for making our inconveniences at least a smooth one.

Always friendly, and helpful...Doesn't treat you like you are a nuisance to their day. Put the right type of Antifreeze/Coolant for my car in my hand, and best suggested KSeal product for a "budget" approach on a coolant leak.

Compared to most other auto part stores, they have a large amount of parts in stock. It saves time to not have to order all of your parts. The only problem is that the most recent time I got parts from this store, they gave me the wrong ones. I had to go to another store to get the right ones.

Tried to sell me a 180$ battery, then a 140$ one. Went to Autozone Got one for 100$
