Somebody swiped the side of my 2023 Nissan Altima and I took it to Advanced Collision to get it repaired after getting local estimates in the Memphis area. The body shop was recommended to me by the local Nissan Dealership Service Center in Southaven from where I had bought my car and I was very pleased with the work they did to my car. They buffed out all the scratches and marks on the side of the front and side bumper and replaced the mirror. It looked like I had just got the car again off of the car lot. Keith was very helpful in the front office with the estimate and did a good job on the price for being it was a brand new car and new model for 2023. The team in the body shop did a fantastic job with their work on the car. Everybody was helpful from my first phone call down there to the end process. Thank you and it was worth the drive from Memphis to Hernando for the quality of work that was performed on my car. I highly recommend Advanced Collision.

Very nice and helpful, I spoke with Ricky. He took photos and said this would be a hard piece of glass to repair and if the dealership did not want to repair the damage under the bumper to bumper warranty they would gladly help. Dealership is going to fix but, this guy stayed past quitting time to assess the damage, I recommend for glass repair or replacement.

Great experience! From the start I was treated like the only customer they had. I was met at the door by the Service Advisor Tray Johnston and the superior experience began. On Thursday at 4pm they gave me an estimate, contacted my insurance company, ordered parts and schedule my appointment for the next Tuesday to begin my work. I dropped my car off Tuesday and they called me Friday and said it was ready to pick up. My body repairs were better than new. They even washed 2 months of winter mud off the outside and inside! My car looked like it did when I drove it off the lot brand new 3 years ago. Don t waste your time and frustrations go to AdvancedCollision first.Service: Body & Trim

Had my truck repaired at Advance Collision after damage from flying debris on the interstate. They were quick the work was good and they were very easy to deal with. Over the next couple of weeks after I picked the truck up I noticed a few items that I wanted them to take a look at. When I took it back they more than satisfactorily addressed each item while I waited and without question. Their customer service and the work they do are great.

I have had 2 vehicles repaired here and both times were great. Friendly people and amazing work, you can't even tell work was even done. I highly recommend this company. Sometimes there is a wait to get your car in, they are well worth the wait!

These folks are professional body shop repair folks! They treated me and my wife like business people should treat customers. They took responsibility and repaired her Ford Edge in a timely fashion.Ok. They may have had to wait on a part or two but that's no reason to complain when you can trust it will be done right and done well. It's people like this that make America great! Honest service, honest business and honestly care for the customer.

Trey was great and helped me with all details I needed after my accident. Keith was great about the breakdown of damages on my car. 4 stars for now and will re rate after the work is complete. I'll post before and after pictures then.

They were Very Helpful To My Mom They Were Straight and Good At There Work.I Had work Done All The Body Shops in Hernando I Would say There Lot Better Than All Them.The Worse One I Have Use in Hernando Was Benchmark A Guy Name Richard Borrow Painted My Front Bumper He Over Charge Me Then The Was Peeling off My Bumper I went Back To Him He Blame Me So If Want Good Quality Work And Good Deal Go Advanced Collision.

Just recently got truck repainted @ Landers Buick GMC and they used these guy at Advanced Collision. The paint job looks great. Trey was very helpful the whole time. I had to bring my truck back at least 3 times to get most things resolved.First time back lights where not the same and the top rails where loose. Second time rails were still loose and both reverse lights where dull in brightness.Third time my reverse lights still were not as bright as they were when I brought in for the paint job. Rick accused me of changing the bulbs. Rick lied about he didnt have to take out the reversed light bulbs to get tail light assembly out. They took it out at the dealership after leaving the body shop and they had to take out the reserve lights to get the tail light assembly out. The reserve light where switch out, the bulbs that where in question the whole time. Rick was a very rude. Even after getting my insurance claim work. That work wasn't completed correct the first time, had too make several trips just to get all the parts that were damaged on the vehicle. I had residue and dusk on the vehicle when I received it back the last time. This has been one of the most unpleasant customer service I have experienced from a business.

Their staff was friendly and assisted with my claim with the insurance company. Only issue was that the 10 day estimated time table turned into over 3 weeks. Initial estimate had to be supplemented with a supplemental claim after they had the vehicle for over a week after discovering hidden damage.

A "couple" of days turned into eight. The paint has trash in it in two places. The pinstripe has bubbles the entire length. Not good. Not worth the expense and trouble.
