Sorry Service tried for 3 days to get front end aligned. Was told to bring vehicle in at 7:30 arrived at 7:25 ended up leaving car. At 3pm still not able to get car in shop. Another 24 mile trip to town to retrieve car. Will not bring car there again. It gets worse when I dropped my car off I locked it up and left keys with manager when I went to pick it up the window was down with keys in ignition. Fortunately it wasn't STOLEN !! NEVER AGAIN !!

On my way to TN this morning and blew a tire on my flatbed. Got it swapped at a rest stop and one of the workers directed me to this tire shop. Rolled in at 9:45 a.m. rolled out at 10:00 a.m. They checked all my tires, replaced my blown one and now I'm back on the road. Super friendly service Thank you so much!

My vehicle stayed the night. I asked for tires, alignment, and oil change. Great friendly fun service but as I was leaving I stopped and got gas and one of the mechanics walked up and said they forgot to change your oil. I turned back got my oil changed. I ended up spending 1800 and was not satisfied. My vehicle doesn't feel aligned and the ball joints that were changed looked horrible. Like it was a patch job. 2 stars for the attendant He was fun and nice and very knowledgeable. Smooth mouth until I hear some craps talk about the oil change. Still two stars. Just wont go back.

Called to get an estimate on changing let ball joints on my vehicle and was told I'd have to come in for the estimate. Why would I need to come in for the estimate? I told you exactly what I needed done and you can't tell me how much it is??

Really bad costumer service, my friend went to ask for a wheel alignment and this guy was so rude to her. Very disrespectful.

Best customer service I ve received from an auto care store in the state. Whether it s an oil change, a check-engine light, or nail in my tire, these are the guys I come to. Very reliable service and they treat you fairly when it comes to the wallet. It would be a disservice to yourself to not have these guys be the first call you have for routine maintenance.

I could not recommend Bozeman Autocare and Tire more! There is nothing worse than having a flat tire in an unknown area and I was lucky enough to find their business!! They fixed me up in what seemed like the shortest amount of time and were very nice knowing the situation I was in!!! I would trust my car with them anytime if I lived in this area!!!! Cannot thank them enough for getting my tire fixed and me back on the road to my destination!!!

I was stranded because of windshield wipers were not working, I had just had an alternator replaced at another shop, I had to get a ride home, which is 23 miles into the country. I called the shop the next morning and explained that I needed them to pick up my vehicle which was only 2 minutes from where they are located, and they refused. I found a 2 ft pry bar in the engine compartment the next day which could have been a bad deal. They were also asked to put a new belt on since what they had to take the old one off, didn't get done. Bozemans picked my vehicle up and brought it to me. Customer service is really important and It took alot of stress of of me.

I was highly disappointed with the treatment I received from the Service Manager. He was extremely rude and when I brought it to his attention, he continued to be rude. Up until now, my father bought gas at Bozeman's, but after this experience my family and I will not continue to do business with this company.

So disappointed I never had a car repair shop tell me they wont fix my car cuz it's rust on it went in to get brake lines fix but it was too rusty for them it would take up to much time to fix it he said. you don't fix on cars from out of town that's crazy people travel make it so bad this is the closest shop I could drive to with no brakes and I did have a appointment and no one recommended another shop just said he could not do it it was too rusty

They were super nice even though they couldn't fix my SUV it was an electrical problem who knew two wires was unhooked Hooked them up she been running like a champ

The best place around to get tires, oil change, etc. The tow service is always there fast and are very reasonable with pricing. Overall its the best garage in the county.

This is a response to Bozeman automotive and tires from Lb3 since I already put a review I'm putting another one I had an appointment i dropped my truck off Monday and it was going to get worked on Tuesday and your guy I talked to said it was too rusty and would take too long to fix that was the reason they did not work on it and then he did not recommend another shop i had to fix it myself and it wasn't that bad of a job as he made it out to be and I'm not a mechanic I just YouTube it so your response i should have had a appointment I had one still didn't fix my car they had my car for a day and a half I left it there one day and they supposed to fix it the next day but when it was time for them to fix my car he said it was too rusty and would take up too much time
