How do I do this keeping it to point yet hitting it home. On Sunday 01.08.23 my stop engine light came on 33 miles from Waters International in Hattiesburg MS. Had it towed to Waters the next day to be looked at and they confirmed that Tuesday the engine had blown. Showing me the calamity it left in the oil pan left me devastated. Thank God this incident would be covered by Navistar. I cannot express enough the level of professionalism from the beginning to the end from my service advisor Randy. This has, by far been my best truck service experience I d ever had. Needless to say I had to leave the truck and drive back to South Florida thinking, oh Lord another month at home waiting for the repair? The next day I was so down I can t express the feeling until I received a text of photos from Randy showing them removing my engine and the factory reman in the crate there ready to go, text saying I just wanted to give you a boost in spirit, we ll get you going as fast as we can . To keep this short and sweet, these guys were like an army of ants working on my truck to get me back on the road. I even needed a clutch and accompanying components which they did as well. From my break down that past Sunday I literally got a text that following Monday, one week, that my truck was ready to get back to work. As a one man show I can t tell you how much I appreciate you guys going above and beyond to doing such a phenomenal job. Last year just as a reference, I owned a Freightliner and had issues with it, Freightliner service had me down for 2 months for issues that didn t even require special order parts. Waters International and Randy you guys ROCK. If you need a place to service your truck or buy a truck I 100% highly recommend Waters International in Hattiesburg MS. Even if you don t live in MS I guarantee it ll be worth the trip. Again thank you guys sooooooo much, I can now get back to the business of providing for my family and may God bless everyone of you.P.S. thank you for making my RH side bumper look way better.

Excellent shop!!! Knowledge, top notch mechanics and techs. Had me in and out in less than 90 minutes. Made sure I was still on time for my delivery. Highly recommend for any and all diesel truck work!!5 star facility.

I manage a small fleet of semis and work trucks in MS. The Asst. Service MGR, Randy, has made doing business with a dealership the best experience you could ask for. The repairs are made in a very timely fashion, when problems do arise he as been exceptional in his response to address them, even when it comes to billing issues that may have been my fault. Becky is always nice and helpful and the parts counter does all they can without hesitation to meet our needs. The people in Hattiesburg at Waters International are and have been instrumental to keeping my fleet going and exceptional in the processing of information and resolving issues. I will continue to use them at every turn. Thank you

It was w a pleasure working with Randy and his team. They were communicative and helpful while they fixed up my bus!Things can take longer than planned, that just happens, but this team went out of their way, like helping with transport to a hotel to help me be comfortable while we waited for parts.

I called them and asked if they could get to me over the holidays and they told me no problem so I dropped my truck off Thursday at the Hattiesburg office before Christmas. I understand them being off for Christmas. I checked with them every day this week and told I was next on the list. Here it is Thursday and still no word. I am sorry I picking up the truck tomorrow and I will not be back. I was told by other people don t go there that I should have gone to meridian office. I have learned my lesson.

Beware of buying used trucks from them. I was lead to believe the truck I bought was road ready with no issue. Turns out it has a mystery leak that they can t find and haven t been able to fix so they pressure washed the motor and oil off and let me buy the truck. After I bought it cash money I got it going it pours oil out all over the motor. Uses over a gallon a week. I reached out to them to fix it and they took the truck and washed all the oil off and told me they couldn t find the leak. I was told they drove the truck multiple times and in between 40-50 miles. I check the milage and the drive it less then 3 miles one time and charged me $989.27 They didn t find a leak and couldn t tell any info on why it would be doing that. But the thing is it s been in that same shop for that same problem multiple times. So they straight up lied to me and they will over charge you and steal your money and lie and when I asked the owner for help he told me I was on my own. But still wants me to bring the truck back again so they can tear the motor down to try and find a leak they haven t been able to find 5 times now. I will never do business with them. The whole place is very unprofessional and liars and just want to take your money.

Came in with a coolant leak I discoreved during pti. Checked in and dropped trl. 10 min later I got an email of pending diagnosis and waiting to get in shop. 2 hrs went by no diagnosis update. So I then went out and further diagnosed it myself around 10am because I didn t see a tech touch my truck other than to write it up and get it on the list. The leak was either coming from the Iscac or coolant line that runs along the backside. Informed them of my findings. Literally can t go nowhere until I get a diagnosis but more so waiting on a fellow driver to cover down on my load.UPDATE:In my original review i was unfair and slighty overreacted. Frustration from the lack of productivity and insight is what I deem unacceptable as a customer. The biggest improvement i think needed would be communication in regards to a definitive time line in a matter of knowing vs not knowing. My review was a general overview not directed at anyone specifically therefore ive respectfully retracted all statements which targets this individual. Every business isnt perfect and i shouldnt have put that expectation on them. Everyone ive talked to was understanding of my frustration so this update is a bit overdue.

Shady business 2,Round two. Brought in a International 4400 bucket truck due to the fact it was overheating and had no power.(turbo is out once again, under warranty btw) Was told my $300 parts Credit could not be used towards anything service related. At his point I am just dumb founded as service and parts are less than 20 feet away.Turbo was covered under warranty but was charged $168 to flush the radiator!? Any tech will tell you that if a turbo goes out the first thing the vehicle does is fall on its face and run warmer. I just can t understand the guys that work in the billing part of service that can not and refuse to listen to reason? I mean come on guys What do I have to do? I am so ready to call corporate to have my warranty moved to another location. The fact that I mentioned it was warranty to work and to be scoffed at by an employee mumbling good luck with that is not enough but to reach your stingy hands in the pockets of an honest working man is low guys.

MR. RANDY, ASSISTANT MANGER AND STAFF WERE ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT IN THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND QUICK SERVICE. I WAS IN A SERIOUS SITUATION WITH MY TRUCK AND MR. RANDY SAW TO IT TO HAVE MY TRUCK LOOKED AT AND FIX WITHIN ONE WEEK. MR. RANDY KEPT HIS PROMISE AND IT WAS DONE. I HAVE PASS HIS CONTACT INFORMATION TO MY DRIVERS AND WATERS INTERNATIONAL WILL BE OUR POINT OF CONTACT FOR REPAIRS, DOT INSPECTIONS IF ANY OF MY TRUCKS ARE IN THE HATTIESBURG LOCATION. Good location with very knowledgeable staff. They were busy closing a large Fleet deal when I was there. If you are looking for an International, no better place to purchase one than at Waters. Highly recommend.
