These guys always take care of vehicles. The past 8 years they have never steered me wrong. Great prices,fast service, and the customer service is unbelievable.

Good service and friendly staff. But the last time I brought it in, the technician got grease on my light colored, cloth door panel from what looks like resting his foreman on the top of the door panel. And I had to replace the valve stem caps because they fell off from not being screwed back on tightly. However, the manager contacted me personally to rectify the situation, and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Friendly staff, kept me updated on my vehicle, and explained what and why needed to be done. Clean waiting room with a snack machine. The service time was within the expected time for what they did. They didn't rip me off on parts cost either, which was nice! If i had to complain about something, it would be the parking, but I'm sure every business wishes that their parking lot was full all of the time!

Women beware! The experience of "taking advantage of a woman" happened to me. They charged me more than double for my parts and tried me to get things done that I didn't bring my vehicle in for (ex: oil change). Would they want someone to do that to their mother? Treat people like you want to be treated! The point is meeting a quota no matter who you have to take advantage of!Services: Auto brake repair, Auto brake replacement

The techs did a great job on replacing my back rotors & all of the brake pads last week. They are honest & very transparent on their prices as well as excellent staff on keeping you updated on your vehicle. I highly recommend this establishment.

Absolutely amazing business. Had 2 flats on the highway and called an hour before the closed. Had tires in stock to fit my car (low profile) and got us in 30 minutes before they closed. Nice people and very professional. Highly recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

Was a fan, but not anymore. Asked to check the brakes on my car to see if they needed replacing. Thought the price was high and wanted a 2nd opinion. Only then, after I suggested a second opinion was I told there would be a charge for an estimate. They charged me $55 bucks just to look. Never again.

I always have a wonderful experience with them! They have serviced both of my vehicles. This time I ended up having to drop my truck off and they went above and beyond to get it fixed. They even gave me a ride back to work. They definitely gained a lifetime customer!

Great service! I ve problems with my car for months after my car accident. I brought it in 7 times to a shop approved by my insurance and they could never figure out what caused the noise. I decided to try Warrior Tire. Warrior Tire was able to diagnose and fix the issue in a matter of a few hours! I can t thank them enough for their good service!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The past two times I have rolled in there with something unexpected happening to my Jeep while I was driving it. They took care of me immediately and had my Jeep fixed within a few hours. And they are always pleasant to deal with.

Had two flats on the interstate nearby and had to limp the car here just before they closed. They found the tires and put them on quickly. Nice job...

Unauthorized use of my car.I know that my electric car had 13 electric miles registering left to use and when I picked my car up from Warrior Tire had 4 electric miles left to use.I needed to get one of a tire repaired because it had a bad air leak. I dropped off my car around 9:00AM and was told it would be a couple of hours. At 11:00AM I called and was told they ve not gotten to my car yet. Finally they called me back later in the day saying they can t repair the tire and it would have to be replaced.Why did they drive my car other than to pull it into the bay. Why did he comment my car needed an alignment. Why did they waste my electric reserve?

We ve used Warrior Tires for quite a long time now. The staff is very professional, courteous and the restrooms are very clean in case there is a wait!!!! Recommend them to anyone!!!!

First time customer at warrior tire and I left a very satisfied customer. They treated me as if I was a long time customer and gave me a great price on a whole set of tires! They also do great with front end alignments and take time to check critical parts of your vehicle such as brakes and don't try to make a bunch of money off you. They try their best to get you in and out as cheap and fast as possible with quality work. If I'm in need of tires, brakes, etc. they will definitely be first choice.

They fixed my tire that had a screw in it and they didn't try to talk me into fixing or purchasing other problems that I might have a problem with later, like some other tire places do.

What an amazing group! They helped me when I needed it the most - and in more ways than one. They worked with me on getting 4 tires in my budget and talked to me about church. I didn't realized how dangerous my tires were until Kenny and John took the time to educate me. They have earned a customer for life.

Awesome crew!! I got into an accident in which the people drove off. I had two flat tires. Right down the street from warrior tires. I walked down there, DISTRAUGHT! Mr Bill Gates and Mr Steve were the CSR s that day. They were very helpful! I thought I wasn t going to be able to get my car down there before they closed but I made it and they changed my tires for me! I deeply appreciate their help!!

I've been with them since before they opened their Warrior Tire location near Oak Grove High School. They have amazing customer service and are honest people. Ask for John, he's awesome.

They told me I needed expensive repair then got very angry when I said I would take my car to my personal mechanic, kept insisting they could do the repair then threw receipt at me when I said I'm taking it to my mechanic. Of course I now know why they got so angry, mechanic could NOT find anything wrong. I'd' give them a zero if this review would let me. Do yourself a favor and don't go here.

Very very slow service. Can not estimate time properly. Over two hours to fix a flat tire. If your are on a tight schedule I would not recommend warrior tire.
