Mitch Nobels offered us a terrific experience shopping for a truck at Walt Massey Chevrolet!It was very refreshing to work with someone who actually listened to what we said we were looking for, and then helped us find the truck that matched our needs.Not only will we return if we are looking for another vehicle, but we are sharing our experience and recommending to our family amd friends.We sure hope they treat him right because any dealership would be lucky to have him!

The team at Walt Massey in Hattiesburg are great! From the salesman Mitch Nobles to the finance department, everyone was easy to talk to and they made my buying experience so much better than expected! If you re looking to purchase a vehicle, go see them! You won t be disappointed!

Dalton McNeese was a great salesman we picked the truck we wanted, went home came the following day and left within 1 hour all information was given to us about the truck and signatures were made and it all went so smoothly thank you.I was so happy with financial we qualified for 2.9 APR .

We are from New Orleans, La and have bought 5 vehicles so far. The customer service from the sales team,clerical staffand service department are phenomenal. Our salesman was very attentive and knowledgeable. I had just bought a brand new 24 Traverse from my local Chevy dealership and took a planed trip 2 days later. Well my Travers broke down and took it to Walt Massey Chevy. Sarah Corey took great care of my family and I. Got us a loaner and was able to overnight the part and had the transmission team work their magic to get us back on the road. If you ever break down in Hattiesburg MS go see Sarah Corey in the service department. Excellent customer service!

The entire staff at Walt Massey Chevrolet in Hattiesburg Mississippi led by Marc Kubicki and Anthony Rhodes did a wonderful job preparing us for our brand new 2023 Chevrolet Corvette delivery yesterday! They went above and beyond making sure that we were happy when we left the dealership. And it was a very fast and smooth transaction. If I am ever in the market for another Chevrolet, they will be my first stop, even though it s 185 miles away! Thank you for everything you ve done for us!

I want to thank Gifford and Courtney and the rest of the guys who made my son's day! I haven't seen him smile like that in years. He is so proud and couldn't wait to show his dad. His dad was very impressed with the quality and condition, but especially with the price. He knows that his son got an awesome deal, and kept asking where did we find it? I told him Walt Massey. Now HE wants a new truck. Our next purchase will be Walt Massey and Gifford!

We had the best service from our sales person! Zach Williamson went above and beyond to find exactly the car I wanted in a hard to find color. Zach not only was kind and honest throughout our entire process, but he did a lot of extras that helped me tremendously. From finding my car to setting up the app on my phone, Zach went the extra mile. We will be back when my husband is ready for a new truck.

First off, I will hand it to Walt Massey s service department, they were quick to get my vehicle repaired. Dropped My truck off to find out why the fan kicks on as soon as the vehicle runs. Walt s service department identified the problem fast, advised me of the problem, along with the price, which I told them to go ahead and fix it. I do not recommend using their service department due to the ridiculously high price they charged. Walt Massey s Service department billed me $596.51 to replace a thermostat and coolant in a 2018 Silverado. I'm not sure what the cost is to have a thermostat replaced in a vehicle, but their price is ludicrous.

Absolutely the best vehicle buying experience I ve ever had!! Courtney and the whole Walt Massey team involved was the greatest. Easy online buying, very responsive to all questions and getting it quickly delivered to Lucedale from the Hattiesburg location. Awesome job crew!!!

I went to look at this Gladiator on the lot. Salesman, Peyton Petro was the 1st to ask if I needed any help.If your looking for a salesman thts NOT pushy, not trying to up sale you, not in it just for the sale, then ask for Peyton Petro. Great guy He listen, stayed on top of the, was very prompt.He made my experience enjoyable. When I decide to trade again.. I will definitely be looking for Peyton Petro.Thanks Bro and keep up the good work.

Amazing service. They really care about their customers. Walton and the GM are outstanding. Their financial team and service team are informative and knowledgeable. They answer questions are respectful and go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy. Bought 1 truck from them recently but just that will have me come back in the future from Florida to have the same experience. Highly recommend.
