I needed tires @ 530pm and of course its cyber Monday 2023 and the tires i wanted had to be ordered ugh but the Manger made sure i was good and of course the guys who did my tire service was nice we all hehehe it up, James whos pictured with me also side to me i did my due diligence today by blessing someone, and that someone was ME! I was from several states away and treated as if I was a repeat customer. Why can't my local walmarts be this awesome. Guess I need to move back south. Thank you for quick service, treating me kind and fair, and smiling throughout. I appreciate it a great deal.

Everyone was super kind and helpful! Even though I couldn't get my tire replaced due to my rim being bent, they gave me recommendations to get the rim fixed. Very accomating and friendly!

One of the representatives was nice and made the experience somewhat tolerable; however, the mechanic refused to honor their warranty. I also discovered during my most recent visit that I've been charged multiple times for a service that I was told originally is supposed to last the lifetime of the vehicle. In addition to this every visit I've had, I've had to take the car back to get something fixed that wasn't done correctly during the first service. After this most recent experience I will never take my car back to this location. Do not purchase anything here that's not done during the original service as the company/mechanics refuse to honor past purchases and warranties.

Price is great, and that's about it. They really lack sense of urgency. They were polite, but had zero sense of urgency. Took several hours to get 4 tires with 3 bay techs and 2 cars ahead of me.

I want to say thank you to Jon in automotive wal mart 49. I was at the store around 630. He was waiting on about 6 customers at one time and Answering the phone. He took the time to make keys for me and had the most patience. He deserves a raise. Thank you Jon for being polite and helping me even under all the pressure u were having to handle.

Had new front tires replaced. An oil change, new air filter and fluids checked and topped off. Wait was long but I went near end of shift. I would recommend going earlier than 5pm. But I got a pedicure while I waited so the wait was tolerable. People dog walmart auto centers. I used them for many years and never have had any problems with their work. I use the one in Waveland. My new spare tire was stolen because the guy said he didn't have time to put it under the tire well. I'm handicapped and I can get it out, and yes it is hard to handle.
