Thankful to Tyler and the whole crew for keeping my trusty old Corolla in tip top shape. Got new brakes on the 17 year old car.Great communication when things didn't go as planned and the work done was everything I expect from the dealership service.

I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They ended up breaking my lug key during the service due to overpowering the lug key. The service manager, handled the situation so unprofessionally. She didn't seem to take responsibility and claimed that the lug key was bound to break anyway. I've used that same key at other places without a hitch, so it was a bit hard to believe. I waited around 40 minutes just to have a chat with her. But when I finally did, she wasn't too helpful. Instead of addressing the problem, she offered a discount on a car wash like it was some sort of solution. She refused to cover the cost of a new lug key and stated that it is in her power to cover the cost, but she chose not to. Her attitude was disappointing, to say the least. All in all, my trip to Toyota Hattiesburg was disappointing. I can't say I'd recommend their service department based on this encounter and I will never be returning to this dealership.

Do not come here for service if you care about your safety, or if you don t want to be ripped off. Brought in a vehicle and paid for a replacement tire sensor. The light still stayed on after the service so we called and service dept. told us they d have to replace all 3 other sensors. We brought the vehicle in again and were told they could not take our vehicle that day. We took the car to another auto shop, who told us and gave us the old sensor that had never been replaced, and could tell by taking the tire off it had not been touched. Toyota charged us for a part and service that had never been touched. After telling Toyota, the Service manager claimed the screw was shiny as absurd proof but couldn t prove via serial and part number to verify it was a new sensor from their purchased stock of parts. They did NOT change it. Will not be going to them for service OR sales.EDIT: We were told by the service department via phone that we would have to pay for three new sensors. Of course we did not bring the vehicle back for service when it was not fixed the first time and we were told we would have to pay 3x more than an average customer. Further, they mentioned video footage would be able to show if the sensor was replaced by the service dept on our date of service. I called to actually request that review of footage and I did not receive a response from them yet they respond to my review under their other Google review page.Service: Tires

Customer service is great and the quality of the work done is well worth the time and effort to get (way) out there.Things I would improve:1) Give an estimated time when my vehicle will be ready for pick-up.2) Give an estimate of costs before the work is done.3) Include more prices for services on the website.4) Offer incentives for repeat customers.I am NOT complaining, I am just giving feedback.

I went in to see Kenneth Owens and he provided me with the best service hands down. Came to my work to pick up my trade in and even left the vehicle I was buying to test out! Answered any type of questions I had. The whole staff is super friendly and very welcoming as well. Financing was super easy and quick. If you re looking for vehicle go check Kenneth out. It s obvious why they re the best car dealer in Hattiesburg.

Took my Toyota 4-Runner in for a recall about front air bags. Made an appointment the week before the visit on Friday, June 26, 2020.Making appointment was very easy and person booking appointment was very friendly and professional.On day of visit arrived 15 min before appointment and was promptly met by Jake. Jake was very professional and quickly got my truck back into service area for repairs. Mechanic was there waiting for the vehicle and quickly got to work. Jake was very helpful and showed me the waiting area and offered beverage. It was very comforting that Jake was on top of everything. It was obvious that Jake takes his job serious and understands the importance of customer service.With in an hour and half my truck was ready. Jake quickly let me know it was ready and had the truck ready to drive away.Big shoutout to Jake for a job well done and to Hattiesburg Toyota for having this type of customer service!!!JOB WELL DONE!!

Kelly is hands down the best salesman I ve ever had to pleasure of working with! He was a tremendous help with everything from financing to entertaining my daughter while I signed paperwork. Megan brought us a gift bag that also entertained and was greatly appreciated! If I m ever in the market again, they will be my very first stop!

The service department of Toyota of Hattiesburg is extremely helpful and nice. I had an appointment for an oil change and a dash to be replaced (recall). We were there from 8:15a-12p. That s an EXTREMELY long wait. We left and got to the other side of town to find out the radio did not work. During the replacement of the dash, they must have unhooked the radio antenna. We headed back and we re there for another hour. Staff is GREAT, but that s an extremely long wait when you have an appointment.

I ve bought Eight vehicles from Hattiesburg Toyota. Yesterday I bought a 2020 Camry from sales associate Andres Marino. He is on fine fellow. Very patient, helpful, and sincere. My wife and daughter in law love him. We also like working with sales Manager Jake Bolton. The service department is excellent as well. We ve never had a bad experience at Hattiesburg Toyota!

The last 2 visits I have made to have my service done had extremely long wait times. Tire balance and rotation took over 2 hours. Yesterday I was there for 3 hours 45 minutes. I did not show up without an appointment. Both times I had appointments. Seems like those who chose to drive in got out sooner than those who made appointments. Yesterday is more than likely the last time I will use Toyota of Hattiesburg to have my maintenance done.

I love the Toyota Highlander. This was our second. The salesman, Reed, was knowledgeable and professional and a nice guy. Enjoyed working with him. My only complaint was about some incentives they offered that I didn t mention during the purchase and neither did they. I feel like if their is anything extra That can be done when you re making such an expensive purchase, they ought to do it. I do also realize that it was a failure on my part not to bring up anything I wanted added to the car at the time of sale but a break on cost I ll now pay to have bump guard strips added to the sides of the vehicle would have been nice.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and valued. My salesman was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond explaining and showing all the details of my car. I couldn't have been more pleases.

I called inquiring about a part. They were going to call me back with price. It's been a week and they never returned my call! I've left several message on there vm. They still haven't called back. I took my Toyota somewhere else to be fixed.They have HORRIBLE customer service!!

I arrived to get my Toyota Camery serviced for it's 15,000 mile maintenance check at 11:45 a.m. and they didn't finish until 3:30p.m. It included a point check and rotation of the tires. I did not have an appointment and they were very busy so I can understand the delay. When I got in my car to leave, I noticed grease on my console and inside door. On the way home my maintenance indicator came on and when I called they said we could watch a video on how to reset it which was fine. Everyone was very nice, but a couple of these errors could have easily been avoided. At noon I asked if the shuttle could drop me at the shopping mall, which was 3 miles away, and they said it would not be leaving again until 1:30. I chose not to go because they originally said my car would be ready at 2:15.

I like Toyota to do my service work, because I know it is done the Toyota way, I also like for them to do it because they have a record of what has been done to the vehicle. The waiting time was a little long this time, but I didn t have an appointment. The service people was nice. I guess the only problem I had, which is not a biggie, is I which they would vacuum the vehicle out when finished. My wife has a Nissan Pathfinder and at the Nissan place they do vacuum her car each time she carries it in for service maintenance. Thanks

Great service. Staff works hard to keep customers informed of what is going on with there vehicles. Seating is provided both inside and outside. They have went above to see to customers comfort and offer things to occupy them while waiting.

I knew exactly what I wanted and they nailed it! Randy Hillman and Reed Sumrall were THE best! Reed was extremely full of knowledge about the Highlander and did not miss a beat! I am thankful I did not settle and trusted them to find exactly what I was looking for.
