When I tell yalll this is the best car dealership to go to in Hattiesburg. They are awesome. They understood my frustration of my car getting totaled a week ago and that I needed something asap with little to go on. They approved me for a Brand New 2024 Camry and I left with it with just 5 miles on the dash. They was so cool and nice and we had smiles on our faces the whole time they really make you feel welcomed. They want to watch you leave with a car. Don t miss out they are the best

I contacted Toyota of Hattiesburg because my daughter is going to school there. I'm a firm believer of entrusting all my cars to dealership personnel to do the necessary work. However, I'm disappointed with this dealership's work this time. she was scheduled to drive 12 hours, so I asked her to make an appointment and have her car inspected to do any necessary repairs. after they installed the incorrect tires, of which they found after suspension was rubbing, they did make good with correct tires the following day matching the price quoted. That was fine and expected. What I didn't expect is what my son found during a 5-minute inspection AFTER she had driven 12 hours. Ripped air filter that was jammed into its housing and not closed, burned outside marker lamp, several loose hose clamps, and a brake fluid level connector completely disconnected at the brake master cylinder. if you are looking at the brake master cylinder for fluid levels, you would instantly see this loose connector. The most frustrating to me was the tire monitor light was left off the inspection report. you have the tires off already. why not quote to have whatever needed to be replaced? it seems they slammed the car through without any real inspection, save for the air filter catastrophe. I truly hope whoever was working on my daughter's car will be pulled aside and either trained up to dealership standards or something. I'm disappointed at the quality of professionalism and quite honestly am leery of having my daughters bring her car here again.

One of the best car dealership experiences I ve had in a very long time. Mr. Marcus Lucas and the staff were attentive, and listened to our needs. First time to buy a Toyota from Hattiesburg - our salesman Jake had recently transferred from the service department to sales which was a great thing. He was able to answer all of my husband s questions about the vehicle and all maintenance. It took a little bit to get the vehicle I wanted because of end of year model change but Brandon and Jake kept me up to date on all options available and time frame.

The sales person was professional and patient. He gave me options to choose from. He also communicated with me throughout the day even though I was looking at vehicles at other dealerships. He was determined but not to pushy. We had a great experience at Hattiesburg Toyota!

I purchased a 2023 Toyota Camry XSE on 4/3 and it was the easiest process ever. The sales manager Jake Bolton went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted at the best price. Immediately came to car when I pulled in. Mr Metzger came and talked with me about what I wanted done and advised it would be about an hour. I waited in the waiting area which was nice. Once through with the car he came and got me and explained what they did. I paid and went on my way. The experience went very smooth.

I absolutely love my salesman, Regi Grace!! As a single woman purchasing a vehicle after doing my research, Mr. Regi was knowledgeable and no nonsense. He did not treat me as others had on some other lots. He cared about my purchase and my happiness. So hot that I am grateful. I am auto loyal so for me to leave my previous manufacturer for Toyota says a lot about the salesperson and the brand. Not only was he great, the finance department didn t steer me wrong. I m a businesswoman so I research. I left there with a beautifully dependable automobile without the buyers remorse. Purchased a vehicle and started having problems out of the vehicle a week later. Was told that the vehicle was traded by someone close to a staff worker and that the vehicle was fine. IT WAS NOT! Reached out to them and was told it was nothing that could be done even though it had only been 7 days! This is my second vehicle I've purchased from them and close family and friends also does a lot of business here but not anymore! 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing service! My mom and I have both bought cars here because of their excellent service. The salespeople are not pushy like other dealerships and are extremely helpful.I went to buy a car yesterday and they not only found me exactly what I wanted but also negotiated with me to get to the price range that I was comfortable with. Drove off the lot with a brand new vehicle!! (Only 7 miles on it!). My family had never bought new before.They even called about an hour after we left to make sure we were okay because there was a wreck and they wanted to make sure we weren t involved.Absolutely great service and well worth the trip! We drive from Louisiana to visit them everytime we need a car, service, or anything.

I was not considered in this purchase. Charlotte let me down. My trade in had several upgrades that I should have been given to put in my new Crown. I have asked for this to be done such as complete dark window tinting and water/weather proof floor mats. Charlotte said she would ask but I have heard nothing! I feel like I have been fleeced. At this point I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Toyota of Hattiesburg

Absolutely atrocious service. Came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation since it's free with my new vehicle. Waited 4 hours, and when it was done, they never let me know. I just saw my truck sitting in the parking lot, got in and saw my keys and left. 2 hours later, someone called and told me my truck was ready. So I would have been waiting a total of 6 HOURS if i wouldnt have just left like I did. I'm never coming back. I'll pay for my oil change and tire rotation somewhere else. Even if it's $300, it's worth my time. I obviously wasn't worth yours.

Toyota of Hattiesburg has taken care of my car through 140,000 miles. They did routine maintenance without recommending anything other than that. They have always been courteous, competent, and punctual when dealing with me. Sadly, that has not always been my experience with other dealers, but thankfully I can recommend Toyota of Hattiesburg without hesitation.

My car had its share of troubles over the last couple of weeks. I really appreciated the attention to detail that the team put in to making sure it was safe to drive as they uncovered a couple of related issues. They had a nice and comfortable area, very friendly staff, and so much patience with my poor old rusty friend.

I truly appreciate and Trust these guys at Toyota. I've had major repairs in the past, but because they explained everything to me and took the time to answer all my questions, I saw I can trust them.... So, now I own GM vehicles, but Still come to Toyota for repairs and basic maintenance.

Service department doesn t deserve 1 star. My mother definitely regrets trusting this service department. Parts should resolve the issue. Otherwise, they shouldn t be ordered. She received a bill for more than $2,000 dollars; there is no proof that parts were installed. Furthermore, even if installed, a customer isn t responsible for the service department s errors. This is inexcusable with computer diagnostics. I will be posting a picture of the damage caused by this business. The picture speaks for itself. I just became aware of the situation. This definitely isn t the end of this as my sister and are attorneys. We re not letting this business take advantage of her.

Vincent and the finance team were able to get me an even better rate than the bank originally gave me, they stayed late since we couldn t make it until they closed, and gave us a great deal that I couldn t believe. They absolutely deserve your business.

The lady that was in charge of my paperwork was super nice and had no trouble answering all of my questions! The actual workers however couldn t find my lug nut key ? I don t even know what that is but they called me to try an ask where it was lol. It wasn t exactly quick but it didn t take all day either. I was there maybe an hour or a little more for a tire rotation.
