Had what I needed, and the service was outstanding. I went to RNR, and well, they didn't seem to need my business. However, street kings made it happen the same day for me. Now, having them handle my truck.

Seriously cannot thank the guys at StreetKing enough! The whole staff is so friendly and just genuinely nice people. They really were life savers for us since we are from out of state and had a flat tire. We appreciate y all so much David and Austin!

They are some friendly people they took good care of us and had us out in a timely manner. Even after we had got our rims and we had problems with them in the cuter they made sure they fixed our problem as fast and friendly as they could. I recommend anyone that s in need of rims to go and pay them a visit

Fred is a great sales person every time I come in he greets me and make sure whatever I need in tires and RimsAlso Tae is great too he always keep me updated on my account he is understandable and a hard worker has great customer service experience he is the best on letting u know what s going on with ur accountAnd Mr David he is the best of them all if me and my family need a certain type of Rim David goes above and beyond to get the Rims we want and if he can t find what we want he get make sure they close to what we ask for or even better to look good on our vehicle Street King Hattiesburg is the number 1 spot for me thanks you guys

Customer service is great at first. But it s like pulling teeth waiting for a call back or follow up. Ordered rims because they didn t have what I needed in stock, took two days, ordered wrong size, again ordered them, came in and didn t fit again! So gave them another chance and they were suppose to order and haven t had a call back at all. Terrible. Save yourself the headache.

I have never met a group people like the people at street king it was a amazing experience thay had place to sit and watch t.v. While my car was getting worked on there was a great selection in the vending machine the music was extremely good I m bringing all my vehicles back.

Ordered a tire a 215 35 19 bc no regular tire shops seem to be able to order it... And they told me it would be here 4 days later.... Now im calling just to see if its in and talking to different people and being put on hold.. Just to find out if the tire that ive already paid for is in... Terrible service over the phone. Very frustrating.**UPDATE**the manager did put my toreire on the rim for free and he apologized for my bad service.. And now today gave me free lugnuts.

The service was horrible i made it there about 10:30am i was told i had a hr wait they pull my truck in there about 3:00. To get tires balance didn't have the right socket to take my wheel off so i get a ride to orileys to get the rite socket took me 5mins when i get back. I was told they was done balancing my tires. They lied to me and was going to try to ripp me off. But i did not let that happen got my truck and drove away. Lady was rude and not knowledgeable

Very disappointed with this company, they messed up my new tire and they refused to take responsibility and make it right. It was my first time buying here and my last. I purchased rims from here and the installer messed up my rear driver tire. I had to buy a new tire. I called Streetking and a lady answered, she claimed the manager was out for weekend but she'll give him my number to call me but she lied. I went to Streetking and talked to manager, he said he never got the message. They lie to customers, spend your money elsewhere
