The sweetest, most amazing group of people! Had a blow out on the side of the interstate and they were there within 10 mins to replace the tire for me. I can t brag about how kind and friendly they were and I would highly highly recommend them!!!!

The only place I could find to order 85,000mi Yokohamas for my Camry I depend on for extensive business travel. They quoted me a price and advised it would be an overnight order. I called to order when I had some down time, and an awesome young lady named Hannah actually got the tires in that afternoon without prepay. I came in next morning and dropped ot off without a specific appointment. There were people ahead of me with appointments, so I figured it would take all day. This was about 9:45. 2 hours later, Hannah called to say it was ready. 4 tires mounted, balanced, and an alignmemt completed. When I went back in to pick up, the cost was actually $69 less than the first guy quoted me over the phone. Hannah and Southern Tire Mart Hattiesburg are both awesome!!

I was out of town with a flat pulling a trailer, not many places could accommodate the size.They got me in and out quickly.Service was amazing, I highly recommend Southern Tire Mary Mart Hattiesburg.

I dread having to bring our vehicles here for work. Every trip takes at least two hours. Today I waited for nearly three hours for new tires and an oil change after making an appointment. . If you re in a hurry don t go here.

The Manger is a a but hole ... in think just because your a woman you don't know what you talking about ... told us we can get a military discount but only took off 25 .00 of a purchase of almost $1,000.00 . Never will we go there

We broke down and had are car towed there! They did everything they could in the quickest amount of time possible for them to get it done! Great people that work there! Thanks for getting us back on the road to home!

The guys here are great! They fit us in to their busy schedule on a Saturday, with only an hours notice.We were just traveling through when we noticed our RV tires were about to shred, and they installed new ones and got us back on the road. If they hadn't been willing to help, we would have been stuck until Monday.Thank you!

We blew out a tire on our travel trailer the first day of our trip and stopped by the hwy49 location. They were very friendly, helped us immediately and had us outfitted with two(I wasn t running a risk with the second one) new tires in about 30 minutes total. Good prices too! I was very thankful for them and their fast service to get us back on the road!

Friday after a 90 minute wait was told my truck needed a part and I would need to return Monday. So, Monday I came early as requested. After waiting 1.5 hours they took my truck only to return 20 minutes later that the wrong part was ordered. Came back early Tuesday. Again waited 1.5 hrs before they took my truck back to install the part and align the front end. While the wait area is nice the noise from the big screens is poor.

In the past, we have had some issues with fleet vehicles being serviced, but management was quick to respond to these issues and addressed them directly. They have shown a willingness to earn and keep business, and respond to feedback from customers. They provide a convenient service for our fleet, especially considering their free shuttle service.

Aside from waiting FOREVER for an oil change the experience was Great! The service advisor did set the expectation that there was an hour or more wait so it's on me for waiting. Free WiFi great showroom and a very knowledgeable staff. Going to return for a full light kit for my truck her soon. If your looking to customize your vehicle they have a TON of options and install them all!!

Harley had my tire changed roadside in under 10 minutes.. it was like a 1 man nascar pit stop on a big rig.

Always a Great Experience when me or my husband go there. Husband hauls cattle, So decent tires are a must!!! That is unless you want to be stranded on the side of the interstate with a blow out waiting for Southern Tire to come and save the day!!! Mike has ALWAYS been fair with pricing, And always makes sure things are just as they should be. Will always be our GO TO Tire Shop!!!!

Alignment and oil change were well done, but took an hour+ longer than was told over the phone. Please be more honest with customers who are dealing with work/school schedules.

These guys are awesome. I ve been here numerous times, from flat repairs to new tire mounts. Every time they have been overly courteous, quick service, and excellent customer service. I happily drive 12 miles out of my to use this business. Highly recommended!!!

I've done business with Hattiesburg, Columbia, MS, Kingsport, TN, West Atlanta, Hammond, LA. All top notch. Best tire guys in the business. Always interested in getting me back on the road. Even small inexpensive issues like valve stems or leaks.

What a joke the gentleman that took care of me when I arrived was nice and pleasantBut the service department needs an overhaul what a joke when they finally after an hours. Half brought my car in then the left and went to another car that came in after me I m still waiting for a 10 minute job I ve been here going on 2.5 hours and no one is still working on it

The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to give them something. I just called to see about a spray in bedliner and vent visors for my truck and that was the worst customer service I have ever had. Not only was an obvious intrusion into Luke s morning, he got an attitude when I told him I had to have a specific time to come in and have the work done. Terrible company when mean, entitled employee.

Needed two steer tires, I pulled in the bay and in 35 minutes I was rolling out on new rubber. These folks were fast and very friendly.

Good service. Had appointment scheduled at 8am for replacement of two tires and an alignment. Service was complete in about 2 hours. Would definitely use them again.

Just left there. We are from out of town and tire blew on our camper. We called to see if they could help us but person answering the phone sounded like he just woke up. My husband goes inside. Guy tells him his boss will be there in ab 30-40 minutes and he might be able to make some phone calls when he gets there!

ame in to get an alignment, payed $85 dollars, when I left truck was pulling worse than before, when I returned to get the problem fixed, they said they fixed it, left and got on the interstate was even worse! I drive a lot back and forth to school so trying to pull a steering wheel hard left while going 70mph is hard to do. Thought they d do a good job because it s a large company but this is not the case. Very disappointed.
