The owner seems to go out of his way to take care of you.Meanwhile, his techs SUCK PEDRO is the worst tech there they break pieces to your radio and don't tell you. Then wanna charge you to fix it. A 3 hour job takes them 2 days. Look at the shop when you walk in. The mess should tell you the type of job they do.I spent over 3k dollars and had to go back multiple times for fixes.Ended up having to go to their competition HiFi Crusin to get it fixed and to find out wht Sound Advice had broken. F Sound Advice I will never EVER spend another copper penny there I sincerely hope they go outta business Save yourself the trouble and take your car elsewhere to be tinted or stereo upgrade.YWF U Mike and Pedro

I LOVE MY TRUCK! I came to Sound Advice knowing what I wanted, but not knowing what I needed. I talked to Mike for quite a while as he explained to me the difference between BETTER, and BEST.My truck still looks as if it just left the factory. But the sound system.....it's incredible! It's honestly even more than I ever expected! The sound definition and audio quality is truly unbelievable.If you are a person that is looking for quality, and understands that you DO get what you pay for, I highly recommend that you go see Mike and his team at Sound Advice.BTW, I also called that other local place....Thank God they never called me back!

Well I m upset but ever body makes mistake I m not gone talk bad about the buisness but I took a loss due to bad ground melted wires and burn amp I called to get it check I was told I ll have to be charged 70 buck I came to high fi cruise I was charged 45 and got problem fixed now just saying it hurt my pockets but the owner awesome I just didn t like the predicament and the price differential but. My trunk back slapping

One star to many. Will rip you off and have no care for customer. I waited up there for three days for something simple. I eventually told them I had to go the last day. And they were only half way through. While being there I felt no sense of anyone motivated to get anything done. And paid more than my quote which apparently was only for half the work anyway? Yeah right. Not the guy at the desk fault we could have worked it out but the worker I dealt with only had me more fed up watch a YouTube video you can do these guys job in an hour or two

I had a appointment for window tinting on my 2019 Chrysler S. It took a little longer than what I was told it would take. But, was it worth the wait? Oh YES, the tint in my car was absolutely beautiful. Thanks to the dude for making it perfect!!!!! I was waiting for the job to finish with another individual that was getting a sound system installed. This man (Don't now his name) came out and offered him pizza and Gatorade. These guys are the best!!! I'd recommend anyone to go to them. One more thing. The lady behind the counter, she's the best at CUSTOMER service!!!!!

Customer service was good. Mel was very helpful and knowledgable. I had two blown out speakers in my car and she helped me by recommending replacement speakers. The price was fair (same as the online retailers), the installation was cheaper than I thought and everything only took a couple of hours on a busy-looking Saturday. The speakers she recommended have great reviews online and sound great so far. Thanks Sound Advice!

Let me start off by saying that I don t ever review anything, but I had such an overall great experience that I had to give 5 stars (only because it wouldn t go any higher). The customer service is absolutely great. I do all my own audio installs but I didn t want to tune my amp so I brought it to the guys at sound advice, remarkable difference in sound quality and it didn t take long either. The staff was very helpful as well; after everything was done and I started to leave, my truck wouldn t start (my fault for having a loose battery connection). One of the members (forgot his name) stayed and helped me as much as he could until it was leaving time. Honestly couldn t have been happier with my service. Great job guys. Will be coming to y all as long as y all stay

This is my first online review of anything ever. My experience was SO bad I felt like I had to warn anyone taking their vehicle to this place. First, the guy I talked to about a product I wanted wouldn't stop talking long enough to hear what it was that I wanted. He ordered the wrong unit. Took FOREVER to recognize I was in the store to come answer my questions. He told me the business would eat the cost because he ordered the wrong part.I was told it would take 2-3 hours. 5 hours later I still hadn't received an update call. Finally, 30 minutes before closing I called to get a status, I was told that they could only finish part of the work. Then they call back and tell me they weren't going to eat the cost. Then they tell me that it was going to be MORE money than the original quote AND I'd have to bring it back 2 day later to finish the job.They said to come there and pick up the car they were 10-15 minutes away from being done. I left my daughter's birthday party to go pick it up because I couldn't go without having my car for 2 days. I waited in the lobby for another hour! This now makes 6 1/2 hours since I dropped my car off. They hid in the back and no one would come out.Finally, I ask for my car as there was only 20 minutes left in my daughter's birthday party. I get my car... not one single bit of work had been done to it. Not one thing. I wasted 6 1/2 hours, missed my daughter's birthday party, for nothing. Not even an apology.TERRIBLE.

It took 7 hours for them to tint my wife's Toyota mini van. After all that time you would expect perfection, but no, the job was terrible bubbles everywhere and mis cut lines on just about every window. The only reason I haven't been up there to throw a fit is because I didn't pay for it. The dealership I bought the van from paid for it. The owner said himself that the job normally would cost $500+ dollars and I just don't feel that's worth it. Either way I wouldn't suggest bringing my vehicles to this place for anything is this is the quality of work that's going to be done.

Everyone in the shop was super helpful and nice. They didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need and made sure I was happy before I left. I will definitely be back for any upgrades.

Mr. Mike was great. We told him what we were trying to do and he told us what would work. After the install we were very pleased. The only reason I did not give 5 star was it was so hot in there. Changing from 4 star to 2 because the equipment lasted about a year. Junk

Had a reservation for a uhaul secured with a credit card - showed up on moving day only for them to tell me sorry we double booked and don t have a truck for you . This is highly aggravating on a day when you you have a lot to do and are on a time schedule. They didn t offer anything to make the situation better either just sorry .

I brought my car in to get the windows tinted which was a 40 mile drive. The man who was to do the job didnt show up to work that day, so the owner got out there and did it himself, which impressed me since I figured he would have just rescheduled me. 12 years have gone by and my tint still looks great. Cant speak of anything other than the tint job but for that I highly reccomend!!

Got a new head unit and speakers from here. At first glance really nice shop. I have had nothing but problems with the head unit since day one. I took it back for them to make it right and they said nothing is wrong even though the face bounces off with every little bump. A strong breeze could pop it off. Definitely would not recommend and will never use again.

I spent almost 3 grand for them to screw me over. It was all smiles when you spending money but when stuff hits the fan about their install and work they don't want to fix what they messed up and give you the run around. Told me my replacement Cd player would be here in 7 days it is now 14 days later and the Cd player wasn't sent off when I came into the store they all hid when I ask to see the new Cd they said that was shipped. Come to find out it was one of the Cd players that was in already in the store and told me it was the new one the manufacturer sent and said it was a upgrade. Lies!!!!! The Cd they were trying to give didn't do half of the things mines did. More of a down grade!!! So after telling them that the manager comes back and wanted to test my Cd to see if it works and I'm like really!?? That's the whole reason I'm here because your employee told me my Cd player was messed after he tested it. So this means they didn't test it to begin with like they didn't sent my Cd player off . Moral of the story is I will not be doing any more business with them. Waste of time and money.

We reserved a Uhaul online and drove there, a guy came outside and told us that uhaul was closed. I told him we had reserved it online. He said okay hang on and went inside. Came back ten minutes later and told us he doesn t have to do anything, that we do it all online and walked off. I tried to verify my reservation online and it wouldn t verify and let me do anything. The guy wasn t helpful at all and made it clear he didn t care.

DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!!We took my son's first truck that he payed for himself, '96 S10 that had acasset tape player and paper factor speakers in for a simple Pioneer radio and Kicker speakers on a Saturday. They promised it would be ready that day. We got a call saying they did not have a bracket that would fit even after meeting with the owner Mike the week before saying what we wanted on 8/25.Wanted until Wednesday and my wife had to pay while they were open but I could not get it until after hours.I drove it him and it sounded worse, wrong butracket and they broke so many parts in the process. The we looked and the wrong speakers were installed.After 7 weeks, they said they finally got the speakers in. At this point of calling every week, I just wanted to be done with this crook.It was a nightmare dealing with this company. They hide, cannot tell you of any updates because the counter girl Angle claimed she never had time to talk to Mike.They will never get business from us and friends of ours. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK!I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I have been doing business with Sound Advice since I moved to Hattiesburg this summer. Mike has been extraordinarily helpful in guiding my choices and giving me the best possible options for building my sound system as lighting my car. Mike has gone above and beyond to make sure the job has been done correctly and even has gotten involved personally with my build to ensure the car met my expectations. I will continue to take my car to only Sound Advice and will continue to let Mike and his staff take car out my cars.

Stopped by here to drop off my U-Haul and had a look around the shop, got some quotes on window tint and a camera for my car. Everyone was nice and friendly, they explained everything to me and did a great job hooking up the camera, the window tint was great as well, I'm very happy with it all and I'll definitely be back for more.

My two subs were not working so i stopped by thinking they would look at the fuse or see if there was a short. Oh no...$45 just to do a amp test and check the ground wire. Only to find out that it was a present button on my stereo that got turned off by my 8yr old by accident. So Mike says he wished they would have thought of that first . So he said that he would knock off $10. Wow! $37 to press a button on my car stereo. Must have worked up a sweat but I can guarantee I will tell anybody about that experience. I would have been glad to give $10 for their time but so much for good customer service. Mike if you read this, I am the guy that had the little black dog that I walked for 2 hours when you said it would only take under an hour to do a test. By the way I'm on a fixed income cause I'm legally blind and have limited driving due to special glasses I got at age 31...I'm now 41. I had the blue Honda 2003 crv.... Thanks again for unfairness but the world is full of that.

Owner was great. His staff not so much. Staff didnt have a clue what was going on but the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. My biggest complaint was they kept my vehicle for 4 days. But the product was awesome and worth waiting for. Plus this wasnt my primary vehicle.

I will NEVER, NEVER EVER spend one dollar again @ Sound Advice in Hattiesburg!!!!I will literally drive to the Coast before they ever get another dime from me!!!! And I mean that!!!!They will be reported to the BBB!!!! They told me they would order me a subwoofer box!!!! Three weeks later I call and ask about the box!!!! I get up there . Then, he won t sell me the box!!!!!You rather get no money than a little money!!!! Your loss!!!!!

Took them hours to install a sub kit. First time it was done incorrectly, I took it back and they then gave the car back to me with the radio not seated correctly in the dash. Rather than have them mess something else up I decided to attempt to seat the stereo flush. I saw a broken clip and 4 missing screws. The install was done so badly a ground wire pulled loose just from me barely touching the head unit. I basically paid them a cpl hundred bucks to screw up my brand new 15 Camry... Trust me, go somewhere else.

Excellent consultation & collaboration. They are truly the experts when it comes to Audio & Visual solutions. From a complete marine audio system in my golf cart to upgraded OEM speakers in my Sierra. Today they added HALO Lights to my sons first car. They really came thru for my wife and I. I've been with FedEx Ops in this area for 10 years and this is my go to place period. Thank you Hattiesburg Team!

Angel and the other staff are so helpful and accommodating. They stayed open an hour after close to help me with my BAID issue. I will definitely be coming back for modifications soon!

Got my speakers installed here. Job was done poorly, had to go back twice to fix the issue and still am not satisfied with they're installation. Wasted my money and will never recommend anyone going there.
