Great experience buying our Avid 19 FSX here! Sweet boat at an unbeatable price with awesome customer service. Everyone was upfront & honest, and knew what they were doing. Hayden & Alton were super helpful answering questions we had & walking us through the boat features & motor details, and June did an amazing job with all the financing stuff!

Recently ordered an Avid boat from Keith Smith. I must say it was the best experience I ve had in many many years as a consumer. The price was the best I could find, and the customer service was outstanding. No Hassle! Honesty, integrity, sincerity at its best. I would give them a 10 star review out of 5 stars. If you have an opportunity to deal w them you should feel at ease they will handle you perfectly!

I have bought many vehicles but this was my first new boat.. easy as could be and got exactly what I wanted. I live in south GA and called them about what I wanted they gave me the price and couldn t beat it anywhere. I drove the 7 hrs got the boat and was gone. Everybody friendly and know their stuff. 2 months later had a small problem with the lights and Alton took care of it and was willing to do whatever was needed. I ll be back to buy another one for sure..

This company is family run by good honest people. when they give you their word they mean it. They will go the extra mile to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. we ordered a boat from them and when it came in they sent photos daily of the work they did to it. answered any and all questions we had. excellent customer service!!!

This was by far the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had. Let me start by saying I live over 4 hours North of this dealer, and after a total loss accident, was looking for a replacement. After a few weeks of looking, I found the perfect truck to replace the one I lost. After a quick phone call to Keith (owner who's number was listed) he redirected me to Alton (who I believe is the main salesperson) and both were absolutely professional and polite. Before we talked finances, Alton facetimed me with the vehicle and disclosed every blemish that he could see which I really appreciated. After I filled out my credit form, I put down a deposit and set a time to pick it up. Team at the building were so nice to my wife and daughter, and made us feel appreciated for the purchase and the travel we made to do it. They had all paperwork done and ready and I was in and out in less than an hour!Fast forward about a month, I noticed an issue with the transmission in the truck I just purchased. Once disclosing the issue with the salesman I dealt with previously, he confirmed I was still within the purchase warranty (2 months or 2k miles) and with proper documentation he could resolve the issue. After I received 2 shops findings and presenting, it was determined that the vehicle would need to return for the repairs.Initially I was bummed for the downtime, but these guys threw down! I dropped the truck off on Black Friday, and was notifed on the following Wednesday that the new transmission was in the vehicle and it was ready to pick up. They also provided updated OEM warranty information so that I could prevent a trip in the future if needed.I drove down to get it the Friday of that same week and it drove the whole way home like a dream!I can not say enough positive things about this family business. They were more than courteous to my specific situation and treated me like a friend, not just a customer.I will do my best to shop their other products if I get the opportunity, but would recommend these guys over any dealer I've ever dealt with. Fantastic experience!

I don t even know where to start. This has been the greatest experience of buying a new boat. Smith beat two other dealer prices when I was shopping and the responsiveness of my salesman Mark through the entire buying/ordering process and attention to detail on my order was very satisfying and impressive! I recommend this dealer to everyone in the market for a new boat every chance I get. 10/10 will do business in the future again without question. In addition, they forgot to add a section of seadek to my boat so they took care of me by not charging me for my first 20 hour service and acknowledged the fact of the inconvenience of me having to bring the boat all the way back to them from New Orleans to install it. That s what you call great customer service! Thanks Smith Motor Company for a wonderful buying and service experience!!!

Mark and everyone else at Smith were exceptionally polite, courteous, and friendly. No high-pressure sales, no sleazy car salesman vibes, a very laid-back and comfortable atmosphere, the tech quickly checked and addressed a couple issues I had. They didn't budge much during negotiations, but the list price was fair and their processing fee is almost nothing compared to most other dealers. Drove my new-to-me truck 3 hours back home with no issues. I highly recommend Smith for your next used vehicle purchase.

I had a great experience purchasing my truck from Alton at Smith s Motor Company. From initial contact, you could tell he wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted and explain every detail of the truck to me over the phone as well as sent additional pictures that I requested. I filled out their online credit application and he took it from there, he got me a great rate and warranty. , I told him going to a dealership and going through the buying process is sometimes like getting your teeth pulled, I told him I was traveling 4 hours to come get the truck and I want to check out the truck with a test drive sign paper work and leave, he told me what to have and bring with me to make that happen and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Great experience. Highly recommendKevin

I have bought many boats in my life and automobiles. I would rate Smith Motors a 10. Hayden and his team were awesome, I met Hayden 3.8 years ago and wanted to order a boat. I moved to Texas 2 years and it was delayed. Upon my return back home to Louisiana I drove to Hattiesburg to purchase an XPRESS 23B from him. Why, because he and his team do what they say, take care of their customers like the old days. Their word and integrity is the best in the business. I will buy from them again, I don't mind driving 2.5 hours to be taken care of completely, not just after the sell, but continuously through your ownership. Their is a reason Smith Motors is the number 1 X-press Dealer in the USA, The Manufacture of X-press in Arkansas informed me. They take care of their clients and many people from many states as far as 1100 miles away make their purchase at Smith Motors and have the boat shipped to them.

Hands down the best people to see while shopping for a vehicle, boat or golf cart on 98 west!!! Jack was very informative. He allowed us to test drive the vehicle hassle free! We felt welcome from the moment we stepped onto the lot. We purchased a newer model Chevrolet( $3000 less than the available ones in the area). I love it. They even feed pizza while we looked. I enjoyed my car buying experience and I will return for one of those awesome carts!

I was looking for a specific vehicle. They have always had such a nice selection with fair prices, so I took one last attempt to shop locally. I saw the vehicle I wanted. Their honesty and integrity to do business drew me in and they sold me a car but also a loyalty to shop with Smith first. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. They even offer great warranties on a used auto! They take care of their vehicles and customers from Alton in the front to William in service. I am so thankful for trustworthy businesses like Smith Motor company!

From the moment I walked in the door of the dealership, I was treated with professionalism and respect. I had already done a search for the vehicle I was purchasing for my son and found just what I was looking for with a price that was well below similar vehicles.Hayden worked with me and was very easy to deal with. The vehicle was pristine and one could tell they pride themselves on only having solid cars on the lot. Before I drove it off, Hayden actually was touching up a couple of very minor scratches and filled the gas tank for me.I would highly recommend Smith Motors to anyone looking to buy a vehicle and experience the great customer service they afford.

I m not typically a review writer unless I have a customer experience that was exceptionally good or bad. In the case of Smith Motor Company, it was an absolutely amazing customer experience. I worked with Keith, Hayden and Alton throughout the purchasing process of buying a new boat (they have the best prices on Xpress boats anywhere in the country by a landslide) and they were incredibly responsive in the pre-sales process. The thing that really stood out to me was how responsive they were after I had already made the purchase. Even after they had the sale, any issues or questions I had were met with the same level of responsiveness. I even lost a cup holder on the long haul home and was sent a replacement the next day. That level of customer service is almost unheard of these days. If you re going to spend the money on a new boat it s worth making the trip to visit these guys knowing you ll be well taken care of.

This was the first time I have purchased an out of state vehicle. I was very interested in a specific truck but was hesitant to purchase without being able to test drive the 2008 F150 . Alton was the name of the sales manager and he assisted me with the sale from start to finish. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Alton was able to help me stay within my budget and allowed me 24 hours to evaluate the trucks condition upon receiving the truck- which had been shipped to me. The truck was everything that Smith Motor Company said it was. In my experience these are very honest people.

Very friendly staff and awesome service! These guys bent over backwards to make sure every question was answered. I m not speaking of just one pretty good employee, I am here to report that the ENTIRE STAFF is very knowledgeable, professional, and are extremely attentive to every detail and need. By far the best buying experience I ve had. From the first phone call to the final handshake, I was treated fairly and honestly. I will definitely look at Smiths first for my next purchase, and if they ain t got it I ll probably wait till they get it and at least give em a shot. If you re looking for a no hassle experience give them a call. I drove 4 hours to get there. Well worth it.

I bought a boat in September. I planned on walking in and walking out with a boat and with the great help I did just that. I love my havoc and the guys up there hunt kinda in the same area as I do. When buying my boat they were honest with me and I was given number to call if I ever had issues. He also told me what size wrenches I needed to keep on my boat. Well half way through teal season the thermostat on my mercury got clogged with millet. I remember their mechanic mentioning it to me that it might happen when I bought it. Well standing in the middle of a swamp I called and they put me right through to one of the guys that works on the motors and he walked me right through the process. Boat starting to pee again and I continued to ride around. All around great place. I will be back for a bigger boat one day.

Extremely smooth process. I talked with them a few times on the phone and had all my bank info needed. When I showed up my boat was ready "all but the prop". The final paperwork only took a few minutes and I was done. The only issue was the wrong prop was sent and had to wait for a while due to the snow storm we had in February. They made it right on many levels. I was given the batteries and stainless prop "veteran discount" along with a transom saver, electrical adapter for trailer lights, and a trolling motor mount. I understand things happen and am glad for the professionalism of the sale. Next boat purchase will definitely be with smith motor company. Thank yall and good job!
