The device registered alcohol in my system despite my abstention from alcohol consumption, causing an unwarranted inconvenience. Upon requesting a refund, I was informed that the company wouldn t assume liability, despite my lack of fault. It is pertinent to note that I passed all other tests and drove my vehicle the entire day. Although I successfully passed all other tests, the company's conduct raises concerns about their credibility.
