I have saved for tires and I could have just bought them outright, but it would have drained my savings completely, but with no interest for 6 months, I can do it a little at a time... and still got them put on before Easter which is huge for me bc I drive way out of town for family. Now we can be safe!

I had a flat tire and had lost my wheel lock. I ended up buying a new set of lugs and a lock from Advanced Auto, and decided to take it to Walmart thinking they could replace it and fix the flat since they were the closest tired place near me. Turns out, I was wrong, and I was told that I had to go to a different place to have the locks broken and replaced before I could do anything. I called up a couple different places to try and see what the price would be (I m a broke student) on my lunch break from class only to have no one pick up the phone. When I called RNR tires, they immediately picked up, told me that they would fix the flat for free, and when I told them about the lugs, they told me that they could give me an aftermarket wheel lock for $2 per lug nut. Because I had already bought the new set, and because it was opened, I just had them use that one instead, so they fixed my flat for no extra charge. Honestly wish I knew about them before because I could have saved myself $20 buying through them. The receptionist was very helpful, kind, and explained everything to me about what is going on (I m also not a car guy at all), and they fixed it in less than a half hour. Can say that this was one of the better car repair experiences that I had in a long time, and I am going to now recommend RNR Tires to everyone I know that has a flat or needs a replacement!

The customer service was awesome!!! The lady at front who I talked to the whole time was so nice and polite even with my one million questions. The prices are some of the best I ve found around the Hattiesburg area also. Would highly recommend them!

Chris and the team wereawesome!Great service, informative, engaging and professional.I was referred by my boyfriend who was referred by our brother-in-law "Uncle Lee".I am so greatful that God provide the resource as he is the source..Honestly there was no explanation needed to render services.

First time and want be my last time. Just think about being able to afford tires, with free installation and alignment. $20 down and you pay weekly, biweekly, or monthly for sixty days same as cash. Thank you RNR Tire Express for being professionals.

Excellent customer service!!! Super comfortable seating area! Football on the television Saturday! They plugged my tire for free! The lady that was there before me was able to finance her tires. She was so grateful. I will continue to do business with them!

Wish I Could Give No Stars, Tyler the store manager and his techs were talking in the shop and I over heard them saying racial slurs and making fun of the people along with their cars. Only person that actually helps out every customer the RIGHT WAY is Ty one of the account managers she is so nice and down to earth. RNR should get rid of all the staff and only keep Ty. I will be reporting this issue and get that place audited. We expect great service also there should not be nobody saying racial slurs or making fun of certain customers especially a Store Manager. We will have that place audited so people can feel good going there.

Had a fantastic experience at RENT AND ROLL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE IN NEED OF SOME NEW (SHOES) TIRES FOR THEIR VEHICLE.

Very disappointed in this shop. I went in Friday to get some tires they ordered for me and they couldn t get them on the wheel. It was the sane exact tires but new. They said my old tires were stretched that s why they were able to be mounted the first time. So I had to go with a different tire, when they were doing that they ruined all four of my custom wheels in the tire machine. I didn t get the alignment I was supposed to get with the tires, my air pressure was between 33-38 in all four tires. They slid my center caps on the concrete floor and scratched them to h***. I went back about the damaged wheels and he said it wasn t their fault. When I had JUST wiped them down and they were spotless!!!!! I asked for the camera footage and he said they were offline so I couldn t view it. I ll spend the extra money to get my stuff done by an actual tire shop next time. Shame on every worker in that store

I highly recommend this tire shop. The people are high quality, the service is high quality, and the high quality products last. I had a complete accident happen during a new tire installation. The very kind and friendly technician and extremely competent assistant manager (Tay), recognized the mistake, accepted responsibility, and immediately went to work to rectify the issue at hand. Folks, nowadays it s hard to find people who actually desire to take care of customers. Tay went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and is who I consider the gem of this place. I have had two new tires installed here on my Lincoln Navigator and highly recommend! Tell em Roy sent ya! Thank you, Tay and RNR Hattiesburg! Great work, y all! I ll be back and send family and friends here too!

I stopped in at RNR as my tire was going flat. I had run over a piece of glass somewhere. The lady immediately took care of me and was so kind. I waited inside while they took care of my tire. The waiting room is very clean and comfortable. The kind lady brought my car back out and it was patched and ready to go so quickly. They were amazing with customer service! I can t recommend this place enough. When I need to buy a tire; this will be where I go!

Such a great experience! The staff was nice and courteous! They worked quickly and efficiently! My services and tires were a great price. I waited while they worked. The inside of the shop was SUPER clean and inviting. Brandon handled everything I needed! Thank you all for a WONDERFUL tire shopping experience after I had a horrible experience elsewhere. I recommend this place to anyone especially those who need new tires or an alignment!

I can honestly say that the asst manager Tae went above and beyond her job duties. I never met someone who is a ball of joy she definitely loves her job and she is wonderful at it. She is beyond the friendliness and people person I've ever met my experience here was outstanding. I'm so thankful I went there in my time of need. I will tell everyone from new Orleans to Waynesboro ms. I'll be back that's for sure my experience was outstanding

When we first got our tires, we were happy with their customer service and the tires. We even recommended our neighbors use them. Fast forward 3 months later. The tire pressure light keeps turning on. One tire only and they claim it s the drop in temperature but this happens regardless. Tire pressure never turned on with our old tires unless it had an issue like a nail. Plus Whoever they hired in their accounting department is horrible. My husband lost his job so we had to juggle a couple payments since I only get paid twice a month. they were always kind to work with us and would wait a couple days to process payment ( they even waived the late fee) but the new guy doesnt care. He even attempted multiple charges to see which amount would clear not even the actual amount of payment . so unprofessional. who does that ? My husband just started working again and we plan to payoff what we owe and never be going back.
