They do excellent work!They painted my 1992 GMC Sierra pickup truck 10 plus years ago, and the paint finish on my truck they did is better than the original factory finish, plus it has held up great over the years.I highly recommend these people if you want it done right!Service: Painting

Unfortunately, based on my recent experience, I cannot express full confidence in guaranteeing this outcome. That said, I must acknowledge that the cosmetic repairs were executed with commendable precision, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing outcome. In the event of a referral, I would emphasize this aspect. It is worth noting, however, that while the paint job is expected to be of high quality, there may be a possibility of oversight in certain areas.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Richie's has helped me every time I've needed them. Most recently, I bought a brand new truck, and when I got it home, I noticed it had some scuffs/scratches on the hood. It must have happened during the delivery process. I felt sick when I saw them. I contacted the dealership, but I also took it by Richie's to get their opinion on it. They fixed it at my convenience! I couldn't have asked for a better price either! Excellent workmanship, very friendly people, and they are even willing to offer advice. Thank you!!

What an amazing shop! Couple of days back my husband and I were driving from New Orleans to Birmingham and our air conditioner went out. We called several shops looking for someone who could help us. No one even gave us the time a day until Miranda answered the phone at Richies. They were able to get us setup and back on the road in record time. The service and the people were wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about them. A bit off of the beaten road, but worth every mile. Go here and support a truly wonderful family and their local shop!!Service: Air conditioning

You will never earn people s business by calling others shottie, I spent 25 years in the automotive industry making sure used cars got re-conditioned properly. I don t appreciate your shootie excuse for taking over 30 hours to get an estimate completed. Your great looking facility doesn t make you the best!

Months ago I got into a wreck and I took my car over there and I was scared that it wasn t going to look good or the same. But they fixed my car beautifully and they did an amazing job. Richie's Collision Center did a great job with helping us with our car! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They worked with us every step of the way, even when we needed to get our vehicle back earlier than anticipated! The shop was very receptive to our needs and gave us back our car looking better than we had hoped! Will return if we ever have auto body issues.

Relocated and my car mirror got damaged during shipping. No dealership is in MS state for my make car. No service shop would touch the car but Richies team was polite when I called, they accomodated me and i was out in less than a hour. The entire team were friendly! They are the best!

Very helpful with the insurance company and quite possibly saved me money. It took longer than they initially thought, but that was because they found damage that wasn't visible until they started taking the car apart. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and communicative.They also have a wonderful dog that hangs out and made good friends with my wife, so there's another plus.The only downside is that it's quite a bit out in the woods from Hattiesburg, but everything about the actual work and customer service is great.

Do not use this place. Not even as a last resort. You will get a cost estimate and time frame for your vehicle to be fixed. Means nothing. Both will change multiple times. The price will go up and you will end up paying 2X what the initial estimate was and being told multiple times when your vehicle will be complete. And guess what just when you think it's finally complete......nope, we're keeping you vehicle over the weekend. Save your TIME and MONEY. Go else where and save yourself the headache! Your welcome.To be continued....-UPDATE-As of July/18/22. Still have not received my truck. Was told it would completed today and even called to double check and I was told it would done today. But once again here we are. Do I have my truck you ask? No....still NO.PS. This was the most expensive estimate I got by the way. But chose them bc It was 2mile from my home. Bad choice on my part. Do your homework folks.To be continued......-UPDATE-July/19/2022Do I have my truck back? I was suppose to. Hmmm Can you believe I have had to bring in my own bolts, washers, screws and parts to fix my vehicle? I thought that was the whole purpose I brought it to " Richie's Collision " so much more I want to say but I'll wait..To be continued once again.....
