Do NOT get your oil changed here. They forgot the plug in my grandmothers car and thankfully we caught it to fix it. Not only did it cause it to stain and ruin her new driveway, but it could have blown her motor running without oil!!!! They ll tell you it s old oil leaking yeah ok sir. It s yellow and clear!Another time they forgot to put the oil cap back on and it splattered everywhere! They had to go to an auto parts store to replace it. Reckless and careless! Full of excuses because they think you don t know how an oil change is done. Go anywhere else but this place!!!!

Was a loyal customer, until recently . After my last oil change, I noticed a large amount of oil leaking in my driveway. I took the car back, told them what was going on and asked them to take a look. After looking, they said nothing was wrong and the plug was on tight etc. several days pass and it s still leaking. I brought it elsewhere and they said the plug was VERY loose. Disappointed this wasn t caught by RF.

This carwash chain has a killer deal on unlimited monthly washes. If you drive past these every day and you like your car clean, it's 100% worth it!

Will never go back. My vehicle sustained damage resulting in the inside rear passenger roof leaking(MAJORLY) while half way through the carwash. The guy that took the incident report said there was no way of knowing when I would hear back when or if they will settle on repairing damages. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Do not get the ceramic finish for 3 dollars more. An employee recommended it to me so I paid the extra fee. I have taken very good care of my vehicle. I tinted the windows, new tires. Headliner all on a widows fixed income. THE CERAMIC COAT was sprayed with so much force that it cracked my clear coat. Now it is rusting. You can see exactly where it hit my hood sooniy will start rust also.My two back windows that have very good seals subcomed to the force and ceramic hit in the same place on both back windows and ruined my window tint. I go back and tell that little short person mgr and he must have been calling someone else to find out how to handle this. I asked him several times Dont you think I should drive out of the lane that was to usher people in. He was told to write an incident report but first he says we do not recommend older vehicles to use this. I said it was one of your employees who recommended it. Anyway he was told to write an incident report, of course never even hinting that they could be at fault. So he hands me the clipboord while he is doing something on my suv. I read what he wrote so i added what is the truth. Little short mgr man loses it, goes inside to get a blank report, meanwhile the lanes are filling up and I slowly back out to allow their customers room to get in. OIL CHANGE?? Absolutely not!! Think about that long and hard. I will never trust them with my vehicle. EVER The short little mgr there was ao emotionally upset I just left. But they really need to rectify the damage they caused.

The deal for $17 cleans car up really well and tires I ran through on my way to work the employee's are always very helpful @ guiding me in u'll is awesome I've tried the one on 98 n Lamar I wasn't to please but I will recommend folks to come check u'll out

The car wash was good, but the vacuum system suck. The first I pulled into would not pick up a string of hair. The second I pulled into was barely suction. I notified one of the employees and he stated ok. I will not never used that rainforest carwash south of Hattiesburg.

This is the only place I go in Hattiesburg to get my oil changed, and I recommend it all the time. It s quick, you get to stay in your car, and the oil change guys are super friendly, professional, and polite. I received the $17.00 car wash and it was good. Didn't remove all of the bugs but did a pretty good job for the most part. Will use them again for sure

I received and oil change on June 17. The next week my engine blew due to no oil. A claim supposedly was submitted and still no word back. I am missing work, money and need a vehicle while waiting for this "claim".

So convenient to get a quick oil change and they give you a free car wash which is right there on the left as you pull out. Been going for years now. If you need an oil change and a car wash, Pull Up.

Good service fast! High milage oil is @ $40ish but you get a "free" car wash / vacuum good for months with a one time use. They also offer you a beverage and will "top you off" (oil) when needed.

We had an oil change just before they closed and the two young men were personable and efficient! The car wash was includes in the package we bought but it didn't do that great of a job for the price plus soap was left on the car. We are used to Delta Sonic where workers wipe your car after for less of a price and can go back through if its not right.

After I drove home after getting the tire shine it left black residue on my rocker panels all the way back to the rear door on both sides and in all the wheel wells. I don't know how that can be avoided but I had to wipe it all off with a rag which wasn't a huge deal. But I've not had this experience before with car washes. So they're tire shine is too watery or something.

This location was terrible there was this one worker, a tall guy with long hair and beard there that kept calling me boi for no reason when I went there. It was definitely racially motivated based on my skin tone of that being of a darker complexion. I wouldn t recommend going there.

Very good, I always get the wash that has the tire clean. Love it! Gotta have good lookin tires. Right. Oh and guys in the oil change . They are super friendly, very professional and helpful.

Rain forest is a very great place to go get your oil changed. It s affordable and they are very quick and pleasant to deal with. There never pushy and I love that they offer you a drink while you sit and wait to have your oil change. You will also get a free car wash to use. I like that you can go get an inexpensive car wash and then vacuum your vehicle for no additional charge.

Paid for tire shine... no tire shine... attendant paid more attention to female coworker than prepping my vehicle as I entered the wash. When I informed the manager that it appeared they were out tire shine, she didn't say a word... just nodded... normally these are great carwashes.

The oil change is horrible, truck NEVER HAD A LEAK UNTIL USING THEM, I knew for a FACT my truck wasn t leaking oil until a younger guy changed my oil he bumped something under my truck and shook my truck, the manager refused to fix the damage to my truck hadn t been back since DNT GO TO THE ONE ON ACADIA DRIVEService: Oil changeService: Oil change

We use the Rainforest Carwash and Oil Change drive through car wash routinely to keep our car sparkling clean. It always meets our expectations. They have a very large, well-lit lot with many stations, each one has a vacuum and waste receptacle.We have given Rainforest gift cards several times and the recipients have always been super excited. They were able to use that gift card for an oil change and quite a few car washes all throughout the year. It truly was a gift that kept on giving.

These guys always go above and beyond!! I would recommend them to anyone. Coming from this industry it s hard to find people that I like, but these guys always show up and show out. Thanks for being so professional and nice. Love getting my oil changed here Customer for life
