I took my Honda CR-V to Pine Belt Honda to have some regular maintenance, as well as a few recalls done. I appreciated the excellent service, expertise, and communication I received! I didn't wait too long, but the friendly sales team kept me entertained! Who thought you could have fun while getting an oil change? Highly recommend visiting Pine Belt Honda!

Going to start by saying THANK YOU! to Mr. Chandler Moore for the great experience and for staying on top of things from the beginning to the end. Ive bought many many cars in my life and i can definitely say this was the best experience ive had with a dealer ever. You deserve more than a 5 star review. Also want to mention the finance manager Mr. Stephen Mason for explaining my paperwork step by step and letting me know about his recommendations. I would recommend Pine Belt Honda to all my friends and family. Thank you guys for being great and good luck to you guys.

This is a preliminary review based strictly on a discussion I had with the service advisor today (Sam). I fully expect that Pine Belt Honda will ultimately get more 5 star reviews. Honesty, clarity, and understanding are the three things that describe my experience today. Until today, not a single Honda service advisor had explained to me how the service indicator works in my car to support consistent and thorough maintenance. Sam could have easily allowed me to get services done on my car that frankly I didn't need. Because of that, he earned my business in the future. On top of it, he had one of his techs do a quick check on my car to ensure my wife and I are safe on our upcoming trip. Great way to earn trust and long-term business.

As a first time buyer of a new car I was very worried about it. Most of our conversation happened over text while I was at work and when I made my way to the dealership there were no hidden fees or extras that weren t already talked about. Not only was the service great but they beat 10 other dealerships that I was talking to by a lot. Highly recommend

I would like to express my frustration with the Pine Belt Honda service department. I took my 2020 Honda Accord in with a problem water getting in the cabin when it rains. They charged me $1100+ bucks to "fix it" but realized it was not really fixed after it rained again. I took it back to get it fixed for real and they directed me to go to "their" body shop at Courtesy Ford. A week or two after I got the car back and the leak was fixed, my front passenger window decided to fall off its track and they want to charge me $500 to fix it. They find ways to keep you coming back and charge you an arm and a leg.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Jeff and the gang took great care of us . No pressure or big-city corporate dealership tactics. Straight forward, honest , and very friendly, I would highly recommend them.

I want to share my frustration with the service I just received. I wonder if Honda has really thought this through regarding recalls. Everyone was extremely courteous. However, I believe that when I have to bring my vehicle in for servicing for a recall (this is the 2nd recall I have gotten on this truck), it should be treated as any other maintenance (first come, first serve). After all, it is Honda's mistake, not mine. Thank you for your consideration.

Best new vehicle purchase experience I've had. No pressure. Casual. When it got to the point where they press you on the extended warranty stuff, the second I said I didn't want it they moved on. If my next vehicle is a Honda, I'll be back.

My 2023 Honda Civic Touring has a defective paint job and the back passenger seat is rippled on one side. The Pine Belt team keep giving me the run around blaming the Rain Ex car wash I used. Hand washed I did not take it to a car wash. They also asked me if I used a car seat where the leather is rippled. I have had it verified by a paint and body shop that the damage is not in the clear coat it is the paint. I do not use a car seat for my 74lb. child either. Not one time have I heard I m sorry for the inconvenience or your dissatisfaction, nor did Mr. Moore call me back today as he said he would. Now, a district manager has to look at my car. This is the second Honda Civic I have purchased from this dealership since 2019. I will not purchase from Pine Belt again. I m so disappointed. When I called Mr. Moore today at noon he stated the General Manager Patricia was trying to contact the district manager. It just sounds like the run around to me.

This went from being a friendly and efficient family owned business with great personal care and wonderful service department. Today was not that experience. The new ownership has turned it into an overpriced and inefficient service department. Took my car at 7:30 this morning to be told at 4:00 what it needed but that since they didn't look at it till after 3:00 they couldn't order parts until Monday because it was past cut off time for ordering. So it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before they could fix my car. Talk to another auto repair place who will have my car done between Monday morning at 8:00 and 3:00 that afternoon for half the price. I just played stupid tax of $170 for them to tell me what was wrong and do nothing. Not a happy customer.

Pine Belt always offers great pricing. Stephen is a very helpful salesman. I always shop here for my Honda needs even though I live 2.5 hours away.

I had a wonderful experience with Pine Belt Honda. I worked with Stephen and he went above and beyond getting me in the car I wanted. He never pressured me and was up front and honest throughout the entire process. The finance guy was great as well. If you are looking for a car and are tired of dealerships playing games with you, go to Pine Belt Honda and ask for Stephen!

PSA: if my car breaks down, we absolutely have no issues paying what is owed. However, when we are not told that my car is being towed to a different location (and we find that out because Dustin goes to try and pick up the car only to find out it s not there), and then we are also told that the cost will be TRIPLE of what we are made to pay to get the car back we have a problem. Pine Belt Honda needs to get it together. When we are told something, mainly one price, and are made to pay triple what we were told, that is bullcrap. Not to mention, communication was never made over the fact that MY car was moved to a different location! It takes 2 seconds to call or even text someone to inform them of this. And now not only do we not trust taking our car to Pine Belt Chevrolet, but we have paid TRIPLE what we were told just to get my car back. Before you tell a customer something- CHECK YOUR FACTS!

I visited the Honda of Hattiesburg on 11/20/23 for what was probably the worst and my absolute final visit. I have a Honda brand battery that was purchased last year. The batter is clearly labeled and marked as a Honda brand battery. This battery barely worked for a year and was returned today. I was told that due to me not having a receipt from a year ago my battery could not be replaced. I was also told that because I didn t allow the service department to install the battery that there is no paperwork showing when I got the battery. This is all very disappointing to know how much revenue a lot like Honda receives yet there are absolutely no ways to track transactions. I believe someone is either lying or is being insubordinate, or maybe stealing money and giving out old parts. Also the track record Honda of Hattiesburg has with me is terrible. I allowed this lot to service my car for an oil change and magically after an oil change no different than any of the others I had an oil leak. Suspicious, I was also told that my brake pads were so bad that it was grinding metal to metal. I m sure they have that report on file. I took that car to have the pads replaced elsewhere and was told the pads were still close to new. I proceeded to have the pads changed to even newer pads. That way I could retain the old ones to show the service center the pads in comparison with the report I received on my car. The pads taken off my car were barely worn at all yet I was told that metal was grinding to metal. To me it looks like a service lot full of scammers. I m about ready to stand on the corners with signs telling people DO NOT GO HERE!! No one at this lot is helpful. I always did hear bad things about this service center. I know many residents here that drive to the coast to have their cars serviced because they to not trust this place. In the year of 2023 you can come spend your money at Honda of Hattiesburg and have it taken off your card in a matter of seconds but if you have a bad battery with HONDA BRAND all over it they want a piece of paper in order to help you. Walmart has better policies than that. We are all aware of how easy it is to swap parts at an auto zone or o Riley s. I sat and waiting an hour and 15 minutes for someone to finally come say we cant exchange it. We need a receipt. Why is no one smart enough to check for that type of stuff before wasting an hour of time to tell me your not going to fix a battery BRANDED BY HONDA!! This was absolutely my last purchase! I will join everyone else in driving to Gulfport for service. Asking for a receipt for a battery with HONDA BRAND ON IT! IT ALSO SAYS 100 month warranty! I will upload pics of the report of bad brakes and also the brake pads that i removed later.

Awful experience 10/23/2023! I blame myself for not checking these reviews first! I would have known to steer clear of them if I had! You should be able to take your car to the dealership that brands your vehicle for a simple oil change and not be expected to wait 5 hours with or without an appointment (which you can't make because they don't answer the phone)! Once asked how much longer it would be we were told 15 minutes, after waiting an hour we walked around back and saw the van parked in the exact same spot, then they scrambled to get it lifted up to start working on it at 2:30 when it was dropped off at 9 a.m. By then it was just too late, I asked them to take it down and we'd go someplace else. They did not try to make it right offer a coupon to save my business or anything. A sales man caught me on my way out and I left him with my business card to give an opportunity to make a call and a least apologize for the poor service and lack of communication but I have yet to hear anything back from anyone at the dealership. I'm sure the owners will be pretty disappointed when they hear about this.

I would like to say I had a good experience but honestly the micro aggressions and rudeness from the salesman was more than enough to let me know to take my business elsewhere. Anytime you're looking at a vehicle and the salesman asks "You got good credit?!" Before even asking what type of vehicle you're looking for, clearly that opinion of you has been formed. I don't throw the racist word around often but I certainly felt my business was not wanted at this establishment. Quoted 11% interest rate before my credit was even checked then after it was checked, the salesman says " Look this is all we can do for you" while tapping on the paper with the same 11% interest rate! What?! My credit score is almost 800! My income is over $100k! But clearly my skin color is more important! Go somewhere else. Not saying it's everyone in the establishment but clearly the salesman we had has BEEN operating this way and no one says anything. No thanks!

Brought our CRV here for an oil change and tire rotation because we bought it here. Would not recommend if you have any other plans for the day. They took HOURS! Do not plan to return.

They are super friendly and would be a 5/5 but the price of labor is too pricey for me. The cost of a front and rear brake pad change came up to $481 with the cost of labor being $300

I bought a 2018 Nissan Frontier at Pine Belt Honda a couple of weeks ago and we are very pleased with our purchase. It was well priced compared to other dealerships in the area. Do yourself a favor and check with Pine Belt Honda before purchasing a new or Pre-Owned vehicle if you want a fair deal.
