Great first visit and service from this dealer! My service advisor Dwayne checked me in and had my jeep taken back right away, as well as kept me informed while I waited. They did such a great job with the building and in making the waiting area comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and even others not from service department did their best to make sure I knew where the refreshments were and even offered to make me coffee.

I ordered and bought my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Freedom Edition 4x4 brand new from this dealership and they have performed all the scheduled maintenance and service since I've owned it. I trust their service staff and scheduling service is very easy. They schedule servicing in a timely manner and I will not hesitate to continue using them for all my service needs.

Purchased my 2004 jeep wrangler unlimited, new, at McMullan and my 2020 jeep gladiator,new, from PB. Purchased a new key for my 2005 wrangler recently and have brought it by your service twice to have the key programmed. First Was told a different machine was needed and second time was told you could not program the key at all or even read the check engine code. Looks like I will be seeking a different jeep dealer in the future.

On March 15, we were on our way back to Dallas, TX from St. Augustine, FL with a schedule stop for the night in Hattiesburg, MS ... our halfway point. As we pulled into town that evening, I noticed my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee engine temp was getting higher than normal. I went out to check it at first light in the morning and noticed that the water pump had failed. I made a call to Pine Belt in hopes of getting it repaired and back on the road. Service Rep Shaina Boone told me that they had limited service staff on the weekend, told me to bring it on in and they would try to get it repaired.Got a call later that the mechanic that was going to work on it had to leave and that we were going to have to come and pick up the vehicle. But by the time they sent a driver to come and pick us up at the hotel, Shaina spoke to Nick McCardle and explained our situation and needed to get back to Texas that day, so he decided to take on the job. When we arrived, he had it in the garage and was working away.They let us hang out and wait with our luggage and our dog ... and even drove me to pick up some lunch while they worked on the car. I wish I could remember the driver's name ... sorry. Every one of the staff there bent over backwards to make sure we were able to continue on our journey home. Kudos!

After not receiving an appointment in a timely manner at another dealership, I called Pine Belt Motors. They gave me an appointment within a week and treated us so well. The waiting area is extremely nice and clean. Every time an employee walked by, they asked if we needed anything. Pine Belt Motors will be my choice for servicing my vehicle in the future and will probably be the place I purchase a new vehicle.

I recently brought my Jeep in for an oil change and I'm extremely satisfied with the experience. Dwayne was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. The staff was efficient, courteous, and the service was completed promptly. They also provided a thorough inspection, ensuring my vehicle's overall health. Overall, a hassle-free and professional oil change that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

This car dealership is the best! We went to this dealership with a broken car and they told us it wasn t looking good. They gave us an estimate on how long and it was at least a few days. They got us fixed in 2 hours!!! They made us feel comfortable and welcome. It was a very nice experience and a minor miracle.

First off i love my Gladiator! Salesman did all he could to get us in the car but that is where the service stopped. I texted him a couple of days later about a duck set the finance person had sitting in her office to sell if he could find out about them because i wanted them. He responded he would check on them. Never heard back so i went in to just purchase some a couple weeks later . They were on back order and they wrote my name in a notebook to call when they came in. I asked if i could prepay and just gladly wait so i would have a set spoken for with my name on it they said no they would just call. 8 months later I'm guessing they are still on backorder it was a want not a need so i am not going to press it.So i just took my Jeep for the first service . I called saturday to make an appointment , the lady apologized and explained they are short staffed on saturday and wouldn't be able to get to it. I told her no that is fine i can drop it off anytime i was just calling to get an appointment time set up. She thanked me for being so understanding and told me i could drop it off monday and informed me i would not need an appointment they get them in and out pretty quick and i could just drop it off and place the key in the Drop box with a filled out envelope. i said sounds good i will have it the monday morning. My plans adjusted and i called back to make sure it would be ok to drop it sunday night for them to have monday morning i was told that would be just fine just drop keys in box. So i did just that. Monday i got a ride to work, worked out getting a ride across town at lunch to get mt jeep. My ride shows up to get me at 12 noon and i said well let me call and verify it is ready since i have not heard from them.i called gave them my name and make of vehicle and told them i was checking on the status so that i could come grab it . I then heard in the phone " uuhhhhhhhhhhh could you hold on for a minute". i knew from the 5 minute hold that it probably was not ready. He came back explained they had not checked the drop box this morning and he would try to get it done before i came and asked when i was planning? i told him my ride was hear now so that wouldn't work he apologized and said he would get it in and bring it right over to me and got directions to where i work. So 4:30 rolls around and no word so we call and a Lady answers and informed us upon inquiry " Yes it is done and ready to go" to which i replied "Are y'all still bringing it to me?" To her surprise she asked "are we suppose to be?" "that takes two people and i don't have two people to bring it right now?" "We will call you and let you know if we can as soon as we get someone else." I did wind up getting it at close of my work day and the service was done fine outside of an airbag safety recall that they said Mopar has no fix for it yet so they had not parts to know what to do with them and I wont fault them for that , but that is a whole other thing.They were never rude just very disorganized , lost , and seems like a total lack of intercompany communication.They said the guy who checks the lock box for the keys didnt get in until 10am that day and at 12 they still had not checked it.I dont know their process to know who is at fault in this blunder , but processes need to be reviewed clear roles and expectations of job duties need be discussed .

Bought my car here for oil change. The people who did the oil change were great. The two ladies in the front desk are wonderful. The service provider that I was given was Dwayne and I am very unhappy with his service. This is the second time I had been given this person and he does not deal with customers well and I left feeling very upset with the whole encounter. Even considering driving 2 hours away to at least be able to get a provider that actually is polite and helpful and does not make me feel like I need to argue with them or constantly ask them to fix a mistake that they made.

Charles Chapman is the best and a very wise man. He is very nice and respectful. I told him I wanted the 2021 ford explorer he explained everything about it to me. Also, told me the 3rd row seat was not reclining & something with the front seat and that ford is going to fix free of charge. Gave us a loanerVehicle until mine gets fixed!! Go see Charles Chapman!!

I took my vehicle to the dealership for repairs. I noticed there were several discount coupons on their website which I printed and brought them with me and presented them to the service representative with the understanding that they would be honored for the repairs. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was surprised and disappointed that only one of the coupons was honored and the cost of my repairs were double of what I was expecting. I was told that I could only use one coupon per visit. If I would have been given that information prior to leaving my car I would have waited and only gotten one repair done and returned at different visits to complete the other work. I conveyed my displeasure to management and was told that I should have read the fine print. However management did give me a minimal discount on the repairs and that's the reason for my 2 rating. It appears the repairs that were completed were properly done and management indicated that the service representatives will have remedial training on how to handle customers with coupons in the future. Word to the wise, make sure you read the fine print when using discount coupons at this dealership. They might not be honored and you won't be told until after the work is complete and it's time to pay up...double in my case!

Not professional at all I had extended warranty; I was given one quote and said I wasn t covered. I had to run down the phone numbers of the claim department to get coverage. At the same time I went on a Friday, told me to be back on Monday so I went on Monday and they told me that they couldn t get to it then, that I would have to come back or leave it. I then had to get someone to come and pick me up because they said they had no loaners. It remained there for over a week. In the midst of it all, I was given different quotes on the phone each time I would not recommend anyone taking their vehicle to this location at this point in time. They need to be trained on professionalism and knowledge, as well as teamwork.

I had the BEST experience here. Joseph Boyd helped me purchase this Jeep and I am on cloud nine with it! This was my first time buying a vehicle and the process was honest and easy all the way around. I have dreamed of a white wrangler for a long time and am so grateful for y all going above and beyond to make it work for me.

My Jeep was towed to Pine Belt Jeep after i was hit! The next morning a loaner was issued and from that day till all repairs was made I was kept in the loop and they helped me tremendously. Not only were they efficient, but the kindness that was shown was such a Blessing during the whole ordeal!! I called Ask for Ms. Nancy shop manager, and Mr. Johnny (Parts) on the first ring they answered with a nice greeting! She was confident with every word. They worked hand to hand together to make sure they get the right part in immediately! I love the team work and dedication. Not only that they offered a free car detail and car wash for any troubles. Took a few week job had me out back on the road within 3 days! When service was done she greeted me at the front door with a beautiful smile. VERRRRY PROFESSIONAL, WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WITH ANY VEHICLE THAT USES WHEELS TO ASK FOR MS. NANCY AND MR. JOHNNY!

It s been 20 years since I purchased a new vehicle. Gage my sales representative and his team made the whole experience enjoyable. I called and scheduled an appointment for an oil change annd told they had no one scheduled during that timeframe. Upon my arrival I was instructed to drive inside. I was told who the service advisor would be and he proceeded to ask me questions that I had already provided during scheduling due to he couldn t enter information into his phone. I waited over 2hrs for a 30 minute oil change which is longer than expected. I m just wondering how long I would ve had to wait without an appointment . Not sure if I will be going back.

The paperwork process needs upgrading. Why??? Because it seemed to take forever! However, I do appreciate the search for the interest rate that got my notes close to what I was looking for. And my Salesman Charles Chapman was SO patient and he truly LISTENED to my needs and wants in the search for a new vehicle. That s the BEST WAY you succeed at any accupation. The service department is one of the best I ve ever dealt with. The customer service is great, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I got multiple reminders about my scheduled service and on the day of, they were quick and efficient. I definitely recommend Pine Belt CDJR!
