I purchased my 2020 Equinox from here and I bring it back for it s oil changes. I am ableTo schedule my appts through the app which is very helpful. They are so nice and prompt. They showed me waiting area and told me to make myself at home. Everyone is so nice and they they don t take a long time. It is the easiest and smoothest process and I don t dread getting it done. I went into have my oil changed yesterday and as always they were so nice and efficient. I was early for my appointment but they went ahead and took my car in. My wait time was shorter than they estimated even. They rotated my tires and checked my car over they checked my battery and found it wasn t good and went ahead and ordered anew one at no cost to me since my car was still under warranty. They are a great dealership!

I recently had my oil changed at Pine Belt Chevrolet. I was in and out in 40 minutes. I also used them last year for an oil change and new brakes after switching to them from another Hattiesburg dealership. Pine Belt Chevrolet is friendly and professional. They re consistent, and they don t try to sell you things you don t need for your car. My husband and I are glad we switched to them.Service: Oil change

I text Patricia Tuesday afternoon (February 23, 2021), about getting an oil change set up and she said someone would be by Wednesday morning. Porter was here by 8:50 am to pick my vehicle up and returned my vehicle back to me at 11:30 am. Thank you Pine Belt Chevy for always taking care of me. We bought our brand new Traverse back in 2020 from Chase and we haven't regretted it one bit. Everyone treats you like family and makes you feel as if you are the only customer they have!!Service: Oil change

New to the area and needed to get a service done to my truck. I showed up early in the morning with no appointment and this team took care of me. Great service. Extremely professional, timely and thorough. Even without and appointment my service was complete prior to lunch and with my experience elsewhere, this is pretty exceptional. I m fairly new to the Hattiesburg area and used Pine Belt Chevy as my preferred service center. They have a friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Friendly staff and on time service. Went in for an oil change as scheduled and greatly appreciate the multi point inspection that informed me of other things such as brakes that will need to be changed soon. Gary and I think the other service rep was Deanthony both were really amazing in customer service and making sure I understood my warranty and service and repair costs.
