Miss Christina Whigham was truly the best sales lady ever! We messaged her with what we liked and wanted she had keys pulled and ready to show us everything in the pouring rain! She had the best personality and made sure we got the best deal. She absolutely went above and beyond for us and treated us like family. We will always use her for all our vehicle shopping needs no doubt.

Royce was a great salesman and Mrs. Trina listened to my description and found a truck that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I knew for sure I was going to have some crazy payment with a high-interest rate, but they were able to shop me around until they found an amazing finance option.My rate dropped from 21% one lender wanted to give me, all the way down to 9%, AND the payment for the amazing truck was only about $50.00 more than what I pay now!! They took care of me!!I highly recommend Pine Belt Chevrolet Buick. I will be telling everyone who is looking for a vehicle to go there. They did everything they could to make sure I got what I wanted, what I needed, and at a price I could ACTUALLY afford. I am extremely greatful for them.

I bought a 2015 Toyota highlander today and Mr. Jeff Posey helped me pick out the right car for my family and spent nearly 3 hours helping during the whole process of picking out and test driving. He even took care of making sure that the busted tail light was in our contract to be repaired. Overall, an excellent experience. Thank you so much, Mr. Jeff! I recommend this dealership, but mainly Mr Jeff Posey.

Everyone was very nice, helpful, and answered all my questions!Natalie took her time looking into the car I was calling about as well as staying on top of it and keeping me updated on when it would come in!Jeff Posey was also very easy to work with, didn t try to sell me on something when I knew what I wanted, and I would recommend him to everyone!

This place was absolutely wonderful to me and my family!! Especially John Guess!! I drove over 2 hours on a chance that he could help me because of how kind he was over the phone!! Then I get there and he was just as kind and helpful to me then! He kept me updated on my vehicles process, never left me sitting to long wondering what was going on and if they were going to actually be able to help me!! He ended up getting my car diagnosed and repaired all in the same day and within a few hours at that!! Everyone had a smile on their faces and was always pleasant to speak or interact with!! I will definitely make the extra drive for my vehicle to be serviced by them again!! Thank you again so much John Guess!!

I took my elderly friend Dr. Pat to Pine Belt Chevrolet to buy a 2024 Chevrolet Equinox. Ms. Camary Green was the sales person, and we could not say enough great things about her. She was so friendly, helpful, knowable, and accommodating as one can be. She took her time, and explained everything in length. Now, when it was time to sign the final papers, we met the lady in the financing office & she was very rude. We don't want to mention her name because she may have had a bad day. Anyways, She was trying to sell my friend an extended warranty and gap insurance, and when she declined both she seemed to get even more unfriendly. She tried to rush my elderly friend to sign the papers without telling her what she was signing. Dr. Pat asked what she was signing and/or if she could read what she was signing, the finance lady just rolled her eyes and told her to sign on that line on the tablet. There was another issue with the military discount, but we just going to forget about that. We talked to the manager and voiced our concern, and we were insured he will handle the problem.Overall, we had a great experience at Pinebelt Chevrolet! We recommend Ms. Camary Green as your sales person. If you are looking for a new and reasonable priced SUV, look no further and give Ms. Camary a call!

I found my vehicle on their website while working out of state. Chris C. helped me start the buying process from hundreds of miles away. He was courteous and helpful from start to finish. Chris and Dan answered all my questions and were very accommodating, making sure the deal was done the day I arrived back in town. Thanks a ton to both of them. If you're looking for a new vehicle, give Pine Belt Chevy a visit. They've got a great team, great selection, and great customer service.

We had an awesome experience yesterday and today with Jeff Posey at the 98 West location. He help us find the right car for our Daughter. This was the second vehicle that we have gotten thru him plus sold a vehicle to this dealership. We surprised our Daughter with it tonight at PRCC. My husband got her the 2021 Jeep Compass. She loved the color and it beauty to be a used vehicle. Keep up the wonderful work Mr. Jeff.

I called the Service Dept. on Tuesday, asking them about my windshield wipers not fully working, and mentioned to them that I would bring it by Wednesday morning. Upon arrival, they greeted me and were expecting me. My windshield wipers ended up being a quick fix, and they notified me of two recalls on my car, which we are planning on, addressing in the very near future. John Guess was very helpful and accommodating. I plan on bringing my 2022 traverse to have it serviced to Pinebelt from now on.

You can not go wrong using Pine Belt Chevrolet and Buick. I looked for an SUV for almost a year and their prices could not be beat. I found mine online, being I'm from out of town. Jeff Posey was fantastic to work with over the phone and in person. My family highly recommends using him. He stayed on top of the process, as I waited for my SUV to be delivered. He kept me updated and upon arrival to the dealership, he had everything set up and ready to go. We will definitely use them again for future purchases. Their customer service can't be beat.

I made an appointment to drop my vehicle off at 11 o clock in the morning. I never received any updates about the status of the vehicle. I finally called back at 4 o clock and was informed that nothing was done for the vehicle. We picked up the vehiclethat evening because we needed it the next day. No issues were resolved.

Shouts out to Blake Tolbert as my salesperson on my 2022 Challenger Hellcat he sold me. His brother Tyler was also a great helper in the deal. We recently purchased a Silverado 3500 from Pine Belt Chevrolet in Hattiesburg. Jeff Posey was awesome throughout the whole process of finding the specific truck we needed as well as assisting us through the process of actually acquiring the truck through the dealership. He was able to procure the vehicle in a matter of days. The customer service Jeff provided was exceptional. We would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
