The people are friendly and every time I called for an update, they acted like it was my first call. They never got annoyed with me. It did take them two weeks to get my truck out of the shop and my coolant still disappears tho.

Parts department was great, didn't know me from Adam and went the extra mile to help me find a discontinued out of stock part that was less than $20 . Awesome customer service!

I love a place that s straightforward and precise in what they do. Called ahead and explained my issue was told to come in before a certain time and they would look at it. I hadn t even gotten in the door good before my truck was in the bay. Now my issues could have been a lot of things and I was expecting the worst it wasn t and I was out within two hours. Was charged a fair price for the work and minimal parts. I will definitely be going back here if I have anymore issues if I m in that area

Excellent place to bring your truck. Parts staff is friendly and accommodating but the service department is where this place shines. Troy in service is very knowledgeable and will get you right. Stop by and check em out.

Complete over charged scam shop. Run from this one ! I live in Lumberton, was thinking cool Pete dealer rite by the house. May bring all my business here. I'm a owner operator. Figure I'd buy my next truck here. Nope ! Everything they touched was 1 hr labor. Replace hose clamp. 1 hr, new passenger windshield. 1 hr. Etc. Oil change $ 722.00. . Insane. Next day at home. Big puddle of oil under truck. Check it, oil filter is about to fall off. Got to looking around, lift axle never greased. Missed front springs, driveline, half the front end. Looked farther and plus on rears still had road dirt all over them. Never checked oil levels. All the stuff on my passenger seat was raked off in the floor when they did my windshield. Foot prints all on my paperwork. So I went straight back. While waiting for them to correct the problems, I hear the manager telling shopForman. Charge for everything you can on anything coming through. Said we need to generate 30k a month in Labor. .never will they see my truck again. Ever !And you lost a potential to sell me my next 2 trucks. KENNETH BARNHILL

These guys are great ,super nice ,kept me informed the whole time of what was going on. Went thru the bill before the job. Everyone in i dealt with service and parts were awesome. I would come back to this dealership again.

My aunt and uncles truck broke down on I10 on the way to California. The truck got taken to Peterbilt of Hattiesburg where it sat for 2 days untouched. They wouldn t let my aunt and uncle stay in the truck like other shops do, so they had to fork up money for a hotel, thinking their truck was being worked on, on top of losing a few days pay, which is now going to turn into a weeks loss of pay, if not more.

Great people they help me out when I really needed it. Winter and my heating system stopped working 30 minutes later I was back on the road. thank you for the great management

Great customer service, friendly staff! Had exactly what we needed and was knowledgeable about the parts. Nice looking selection of peterbilt trucks to look at was a bonus while we was there.

I have been a master Diesel Tech for 25 years and have many degrees to back it up. Due to med problems with my hands I had to go back to driving a truck. I ordered parts with a 4 day window for a 2006 peterbuilt with a cummins ISX on the 4th day I called and called to check to see if parts were in . NO ANSWER AT ALL ! then I went to the dealership to pick up my parts and the guy behind the counter told me it would be 2 more days. I informed him i could not wait 2 more days because I am a owner operator with a truck note and can only stop for a day, I told them this from the start and they insured me the parts would be there. when I told him just cancel the order.he then charged me a restocking FEE! REALLY !!! I must pay for there mistake ??? Again I am an OWNER OPERATOR If a load is late they charge me a late load fee, If my truck is not in order and I get inspected the DOT will charge me a Fine and points on my license. If i am held accountable for my actions and my mistakes why should this dealer be any different?? I then went across the street to WATERS INTERNATIONAL!! The had everything in stock and was 25% cheaper.Water also informed me that peterbuilt get a lot of parts from them ! so why go to Peterbuilt and pay a mark-up when you can get it from where they do across the street??? Waters treated me with respect and have been in the US Army THAT GOES A LONG WAY WITH ME! THE MAN AT THE PARTS COUNTER WAS DISRESPECTFUL AT PETERBUILT ! He acted like he could care less if I did business there! The only thing that save the man at peterbuilt from me getting VERY upset was he his his child with him at work ! Peterbuilt Of Hattiesburg you made a fatal MISTAKE! If you look back at your records you will see I own a road side repair as well as a small trucking company ! As of yesterday All have been instructed to GO TO WATERS INTERNATIONAL and all brake down calls on the side of the road that have peterbuilt will be advised to go to WATERS as well ! The people I lease with ICS Logistic Corp will also be contacted and told to put the word out for all there owner operators to AVOID this dealer ! Enjoy your restocking fee because I will never darken your door AGAIN and TRUST me as my word of a solider I will warn as many as I can of this place !!

Sucked slow service was slow and parts person didn't even know where steering gearbox was located on the truck. Done with them will go to Rush Peterbilt of mobile from now on...

This is a truck drivers heaven You can find all of your parts here For a peterbilt and they have a very good friendly staff.
