Nathan was awesome. Best truck buying experience I ve ever had. Truck was ready when I came in and paperwork was ready. There was no used car salesman pressure and they were straight forward from the beginning. No hidden surprises, no oh by the way, they did exactly what they said they would do and then some. The bonus is being greeted by the Dealership dog Pacey!

We have been looking for a customized Jeep Wrangler in memory of our son for over a year and I looked all over the country for a company that understood what we wanted and how important it was to to my husband and I.I can t say enough about JB, Nathen and everyone that works at Pace. They went up and above to make sure that the Jeep wasn t missing anything that I was looking for to match up to what my son had. They are only one of two places in the country that I found that does what they do but they treat you like family not a number they held on to my Jeep for 3 months until I could make the trip from Wisconsin down to Hattiesburg to pick it up. It was exactly as I wanted it.if you are looking for a company that will treat you right. Pace Auto in Hattiesburg Mississippi is my one and only place I will ever do business with again even if it s approx 1000 miles from my home. They are the definition of customer service and southern hospitality.Thanks again for everything!!!!!!

The team at Pace is 2nd to none! I worked the purchase deal with them from California over video and phone, they were responsive and extremely transparent. So glad I flew out and drove 1,800 miles to work with them!

The bottom line here is that you will never have a better car buying experience anywhere else. JB and his entire team made the process easy from start to finish. I called on a Friday and worked out the numbers over the phone with the agreement that we would come the next day from LA for a test drive. When my wife and I arrived on Saturday morning, the car was detailed and all of the paperwork was ready to go. All we had to do was test drive and sign. I'm not lying when I say that the longest part of the entire process was the test drive. They've got my business for life and they should have yours too. Thanks for all you guys did for us! We'll be back!

My Husband and I purchased a truck from Pace Auto Sales and our experience was top notch. They are incredibly easy to do business with, even 358 miles away. The dealership and truck was certainly worth the drive. Every vehicle on their lot is gorgeous and that extends to the facility as well. They have considered every detail and it did not go unnoticed. Walked in to inquire about a truck I was interested in & the guy gave me the keys and told me to take it for a test drive. After I returned, I let him know I wanted to trade my truck in and see about purchasing the one I had test drove. Dude didn t act interested in making a sell at all. Low balled me a quote on my 2020 Durango GT & pretty much told me my vehicle wasn t good enough for them. When I asked about trying to finance it, he gave me a high quoted monthly payment guesstimate & literally acted like he didn t want to try to work with me or even interested in trying to help me. No good customer service at all & definitely don t have good attitudes to be a salesman. Didn t even tell me his name or be friendly about it. Would not recommend if you re looking for friendly staff that want to make a sale, they did not care at all.

I've purchased three trucks from Pace to date, hands down the easiest dealership to work with. The amount of detail they put in to cleaning pre owned vehicles is mind blowing. I wish I could take mine back once a yr just to have them clean it. All the after market parts and lifts are installed properly, with no short cuts. I've had my F250 six yrs and not 1 problem with any of the after market pieces. If you're looking for a lifted truck they should be the first place you look. Pace will always be my 1st choice in Auto dealership.

By far the best experience. My husband and I flew out to Hattiesburg Mississippi from Albuquerque, New Mexico to purchase a vehicle from the amazing inventory at Pace auto sales, we were greeted by such a friendly pleasant gentleman by the name of Ken who picked us up from the airport. Paperwork was smooth and they got us on our way. Cant thank all these wonderful gentlemen at pace auto for all they did for us. Prices are amazing, these gentleman made it so pleasant. I would highly recommend Pace for anyone who is looking for the right deal and perfect vehicle.

Just bought my first vehicle from Pace. It was a great experience, Kyle was easy to work with and the rest of the staff was very friendly. The trucks they have on the lot are simply amazing, it is a truck paradise. I would highly recommend them!!!

Great dealership! Honest and transparent about every aspect of their vehicles..great getting what you expect especially when you drive two or more hours to buy a car! Although there is not much negotiating on price you get what is shown and nothing less! I feel as if this makes the process easier actually. Making a purchase is hard in general but these guys you can trust! I have several very good transactions..ownership is easy to work with..no pressure just nice people

What an amazing experience. Flew in from out of town and the truck was fueled up with a fresh oil change and a great detail job. Very professional and honest people from the owner on down to our amazing representative Ken. If they have a vehicle that interests you I strongly recommend buying from them!!

I can not thank JB and Nathan enough, with so many amazing choices I struggled to pick one; then I realized I bought the wrong one.They were so accommodating that they allowed me to start over and made sure I got the right truck. I live 5 hours away; two trips down and 6 test drives later, I found the perfect truck. They made the swap as painless as possible. Awesome buying experience. JB was completely up front with me on everything and gave me fair price on trade in. Everything was ready for me when I got there from FL and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I didnt like the tires they had on the truck so they went out of their way to change them to tires I picked out. Would strongly reccomend buying a truck from JB. He takes pride in all his vehicles and the quality shows.

Outstanding product and service. I live in New Orleans and drove to Hattiesburg after seeing their inventory on their website. I was met in the parking lot and never felt pressured whatsoever. They were proud of their trucks and cars. They answered my questions honestly and genuinely. They never made me feel stupid. Buying a car is tough. Buying a car from Pace Auto Sales was easy peezy!

I went in to look at a 2016 Toyota Camry and had Nathan help me. We went through the process and didn t get approved through their finance company that day but Nathan told us to wait for a phone call the next day from another finance company he was gonna fax our info to and see about getting us in the car then. The phone call never came and I called later the next day and was told he would call me back. I never received a call back. The next morning I call at opening only to be told that they had sold the car right after I left the first day. They didn t call and let me know. They sold it out from underneath me after telling me to wait and giving me the assumption they wouldn t sell it until the finance company got back to them about me. I see what is important to Pace; its not their customers but how quickly they can make money. They will not be getting my business again.

Awful service!! Great example of true dishonest salesman!! You has two people getting approved for one vehicle!! Wasted their time & energy for nothing!! To only get told they already had a guy approved for that vehicle he was just out of town at the moment but didn t have a down payment to hold the vehicle either now wth is that I mean I was alway told first come first serve, right?!?

I purchased a 2020 GMC Denali 2500 HD. I have to say I love my truck, the whole crew at pace help me every step of the way. They where friendly and did everything they could to make sure I got the best price and interest rate. They make sure my payments where in the range that I wanted. I traveled from walker,Louisiana for my cadillac escalade Jb was my salesman he was a straight forward guy, I asked for a pice cut on the car cause it was over price value Jb got the manager to go down a tab bit still over, but the service was amazing they worked with my credit union out of state. I told them my frustration about my service at cadillac of New Orleans and how they let me do all the work for buying the car and they sold it from under me the day I was supposed to get the vehicl They held up their end of the deal by not selling the car from up under me, Wayne, Jb, Ken were all great I definitely recommend this place to buy your next vehicle from.

Nathan, Ken and the owner were straight and worked with me to get me a great deal on a 03 F250 crew cab Lariat FX4 diesel truck. Drove it home to AL without a problem. Just waiting to get the title sent to me so I can tag it. Definitely recommend Pace.
