This isn t so much the people at the stores fault as it is O Reilly s company as a whole. I was asked about setting up my rewards account this morning so I did .When asked about the Military part of it I told her yes ma am. She asked for proof and upon presenting my State issued Drivers license with Veteran Designation I was told it was not enough. Since when is a state Id not enough? I could see not accepting a dd214 because of lack of photograph but how do you think I got this designation on my ID Definitely have my military designation attached to my advanced auto accounts , Lowe s , Home Depot etc . It s not about the money it s about the principle of being told it s not enough.I do allot of mobile mechanic work and will make the extra few mile drive to not support the store after that.

I was just there and unfortunately the name of who installed my headlight isn t coming back to me rn, but he was great! In fact, while he was at it we were talking about O rielly fun facts and I mistakenly confused Bill O rielly from the show instead of the founder of O rielly auto parts as the facts I searched up would ve called but the store is closed now but still wanted to correct my mistake. Great convos tho!

Took my wife s car by to get battery tested. Battery located in floor behind passenger seat. Hard to get to. Store Mgr, Julian, personally changed out the battery. Very kind, professional, & knowledgeable! GREAT Asset to this business!!

I had to have two bulbs for my Highlander, low and high beam on the driver side. I called ahead to make sure they had them. When I arrived, I asked for the young man I had spoken to on the phone. Alex helped find the correct bulbs and put them in for me. Extremely helpful and very kind! Thank you so much Alex, for all your help and making it a smooth and easy transaction for this tired ole lady!

I wish I could remember the guys name that helped me but he spoke Spanish. He was excellent. My husband called and told him what he needed I walked in and was talking to him and he remembered talking to my husband. Got me everything I needed and made sure it was right and I was good to go. Thank you!

This store was awesome!! Very friendly and helpful. Unlike the store I visited yesterday. The store manager at the Broadway location is VERY rude and hateful. It seamed to me that he didn't want to do anything other then talk to the other staff and when I asked questions he was less then professional. A lot less. But the store today will definitely have my future biz. Great job guys!!

Rolled in here from out of town with some car trouble. Austin was able to get me setup with the thermostat and seal that I needed and even recommended a local guy that came over and installed in within an hour. Amazing service, can't thank Austin and Bo's service enough for getting me back on the road so fast!

Horrible service. Felt like I walked in store during 1920s. The person I got "help" from acted like he had better things to do. In the end I didnt end up getting help from him but another employee. While I'm happy she helped me I will no longer be spending my money here or any other location.

The staff here are always nice and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Everything is stocked (if they haven't sold all of a certain item) and neatly put away as it should be. If you don't know where something is or have any kind of question they are always willing to help and if they don't know the answer they will try to direct you to someone that may be able to help you. Prices are about what you would expect out of a auto parts store but it's about the same as somewhere else like AutoZone or Advance Auto. So it really boils down to if they have what your looking for and if it's in stock. It's more of a convenience thing about which you would want to shop at as far as I can tell. Overall I really like this store and I'll be back if I'm in the area and need something instead of shopping somewhere else.

BEWARE!!!!! LYING CROOKS !!!!! If you come to this store with your car working, it will be broke when you leave!!!!!! When I went to this store today, my vehicle was working. I could start my car with one crank. They lied and told me I needed a new battery. I paid them over $200. I had to start my car 4 times before leaving. I was advised that it was normal right after a battery change. When I got home, I went to check my car again after a few hours. Now, my car won't crank at all. I called the store and spoke to the manager who could care less. They took my money and that's all they care about. I am going through a third party now to get my money back. Now, I am without a vehicle! Do not trust the people in this store with your vehicle!!!!!!!!!!!

O'Reilly is a life-saver!! They always have auto parts, accessories, and quality fluids in stock for your every auto need!! They also have the answers for your automobile questions. The one we visited was in Oak Grove and we are so glad it's so close to us. They had everything we were looking for. We definitely are going back again.

This store really cares about the customers. I have purchased parts here before and they are very polite about it. For instance today I ran over something and it was dragging under my car, and they came out to take a quick look. Honestly I don t know anything about cars, so this was a life saver.

I had an emergent situation where my teenage daughter needed parts for a car repair, but l was not in town to take care of it. I contacted O reillys and told them the parts that l needed and asked if they had the parts in stock. After confirming they had the parts on hand, l asked if they could give me the EXACT TOTAL cost of the parts so l could transfer the money to my daughters account and have her come pick them up. I was given a total of $297.00. I then asked does this total include tax? The employee said yes. I reiterated that l need to be sure this was the exact amount because my daughter will be picking up the parts... not me. He again confirmed the amount. Lastly, l asked if he would be kind enough to carry the parts to the car and he agreed. My daughter arrived at O reilly s soon after with $300 cash, only to learn that the total was $307! After speaking with the same employee, he nonchalantly said it must have not included the tax! I am extremely disappointed that I took the time to do the leg work in pre-paring my daughter so that she would have what she needed to pick up the parts and get them to the mechanic before he closed, only to have the unconcerned employee waste our time. Thank goodness she had the extra cash on hand, but how much more clear did l need to be to let him know that l was calling to get the EXACT price of the items that SOMEONE else would be picking up on my behalf! That was the whole purpose of the call!!! My daughter also had to ask for help carrying the items to the car. Smh. Whatever happened to real customer service? Be a gentleman!

To whomever this concern,I visited O'Reilly Auto Parts on Hwy 98W tonight to purchase a low beam light for my 2011 Chevrolet Malibu. I didnt realize how difficult it was to get access to the headlight in order to change the bulb. One of the store employees by the name of Jeff offered to help. After 45min and 10-15 screws later Jeff was able to replace the bulb! Never would I have imagined that I would have had to remove the bumper in order to change the bulb. I'm grateful to Jeff for his help. He did an outstanding job and he really blessed me and saved me money and probably a headache. Thank you Jeff!Rickey
