I went to AutoZone first because they had previously installed my battery and the little ring disconnected and wasn t able to be tightened, so it was all duct taped together by some guys who helped me while I was stranded in the middle of the street. I was just hoping I could make it there without my car dying again. The rep at AutoZone who was more concerned with his cell phone didn t even finish listening to me before informing me that they are a parts store and NOT a repair shop, so unless I know the part I needed they couldn t help, and he sent me out the door without even offering to install my windshield wipers. I went to O Reilly as a last resort. I was prepared to just ask them where the closest shop was. I walked in and broke down in tears as soon as I met Ms. Jolene who calmed me down and assured me that she and her boys would get me all fixed up. She was so quick to get under the hood of my car to check things out. Once she found the problem, she had Ryan come out to start reconnecting my battery. He found the part I needed to secure the connection and Mr. Jerry came out to help, too. They seriously saved my day. As long as I m in Hattiesburg, I will always come to this O Reilly location FIRST because of the outstanding service I received this morning. The cost to get me back on the road? Less than $5! Thank you thank you thank you to Ms. Jolene, Mr. Ryan, and Mr. Jerry for being my heroes today! Thank you for going above and beyond! You ve earned a loyal customer.

The store manager here has no people skills at all. When I asked questions he acted as though I was putting him out of his way and was very closed minded to offer assistance of any kind. The only saving grace in this store was the lady that finally stepped in and told him to go away. She was the star of the day. Shame on the manager and kuddos to the regular employee.

The couple that was on were very helpful and knowledgeable of what part i needed and was able to help flow of customers that were at the store at the same time

James and the entire staff were wonderful!! After going to two other part stores where the customer service was HORRIBLE, I made my way over to O Reilly s! Not only did they make me smile as soon as I walked into the door, they kept me entertained while I was waiting on my part! Great customer service and I appreciate them! I ll only be using O Reilly s on Broadway!!

They saved us battery just straight died and we went Friday afternoon to get a battery and where we usually go a small shop was closed and so was Auto Zone and O'Reilly's waa across the rd open and my fiance said heck they r cheaper anyway and we went over got a battery and they where very friendly even borrowed a tool to change it will always just go straight there from now on

My car is certainly functioning now, and her willickers, it wouldn't've been without these jolly lads. They even lent us tools. Also, they didn't mind the Eldritch chants I used to call on forces unknown to breathe a forsaken form of life into my dear vehicle. They also helped me change the battery!

I love the fact that they make it known they offer a military discount....The others guys,it seems,only tell you after you ask. O'Reilly's are proud to be able to help us!

This is a good part store able to look up your history as long as you know the phone # you used. Others lie and say they can't find it.
