To whom it may concern, today I went to retrieve my vehicle and had great difficulties at this facility. I was greeted by the office staff which they were helpful and courteous. The problem began when I went around back to pick up.When I approached the box to introduce myself I was told to give my name,last 6 of my Vin and show state issued ID. This was all fine but when I was handed a legal document stating "I observed this vehicle in the same condition as the time of repossession. " now I'm no legal expert but that reads to me that I'm SUPPOSED TO OBSERVE MY VEHICLE BEFORE SIGNING. When I asked the lady in pink,hair pulled back,daisy Duke and tan complexion "if I could see my vehicle?" She replied "sign it and we will bring it up." I replied "can I see my car as I'm signing?" Her reply as she turned around slamming papers on the counter "HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!" I called out to her "ma'am it clearly says...." and before I could finish my sentence and repeated interruptions of "do you want it? Then sign? Do! You?...want it??? THEN SIGN!" SLAMS THE DOOR SHUT storming away and I knocked again to receive my paperwork, filled it out and waited to see my car in whatever condition it may be in.I received my car which when I circled the vehicle and got to the driver side door I asked "why is the undercarriage of my steering wheel and electric box exposed?" To which a big stocky fellow Marlin snapped "dude, do you want the car? Or not?" I placed my hands up and told them how bad their attitude was and how they do this 24/7 and nobody is taking a moment to answer my questions or answer me anything but "well do you want it or not?" After he realized the exposed area was where he had a box placed into the electric panel and removed did he change his tone because he realized.I collected my paperwork and filled a complaint with the office staff. In my 15 years of professionalism and working In a multitude of positions I would never condone such behavior by my staff. Do better and be better. Wake up tomorrow picturing yourself in my shoes and pause on how you'd like to be handled.

Manheim Auto Auction is the best most trusted place to purchase vehicles of all kinds. I have personally met several of the staff as well as management people. They are dedicated to providing you with the best experience possible. They also go above and beyond in making every vehicle be at it's best it can be. You can't lose buying from Manhein of Mississippi.

I have called several times to get the status of my vehicle that should be there. Person on phone was extremely rude and hung up on me 3 times. When I called back and asked for a manager I was told I could not speak to one until I gave my personal information. I am not sure how that has anything to do with a complain abt the treatment of their staff. I asked if there was a manager over customer service and was not given an answer until I gave them my personal information which had nothing to do with my complaint. Was placed on hold again for an extended period of time and was told they don t know which manager I need to speak to. Very rude and unprofessional. Hanging up in customers face when all they want is answers about the location of their vehicle is not acceptable. The people answering the phones really need to be trained. I was never rude, yelled or cursed at them. I just wanted answers and when they said they did not know I asked for a higher up and was hung up on.

Family been looking for a traveling vehicle. One to go on a Rd trip; in summer while schools out. We found a car that came through Manheim. E car was a repo and reported stolen out of new Orleans. I finally talk with Manheim to getting this resolved. A week later and still no tag or Rd trip. We caught the car in June its almost Aug. .I gave the 2 cause the ppl here actually trying to help. Make sure the title is clean before purchase. Its sad to keep telling 8yr old boy "not today". Turned into months now. Pay over 10g and all we can do is look at it.

Worst place ever. Came here with my family 4 times this week to pick up our cars. And now we can t go in? I usually help my parents because I can find them with the app. But now I have to sit in the parking lot in the heat. I will never ever do business with these people

I don't recommend them. Just watch out. Their conditions report is not good at all. They are not responsible for their CR. If you bought the car you own it. It was a very bad experience doing business with them.

The lady on the phone was great... talked to her at least 15 times over a few days because my car ended up there ... in a different state ... bc my loan company was trying to screw us over.. but she was great and had nothing to do with them and walked me through the process and would check on it everyday ... for like 7 days.. so I really appreciated her help!!

Pretty well organized. Lots of sellers there. Parking lot is in decent shape. No gravel. Lots of space and a great test track.

Nice selection of cheap cars but they don't mention they've cleared repos a few (3) days after repossession of any belongings paperwork photos and even destroy tags hhhmmmm I thought ppl were suppose to get like 60 days before that happens?

Good auction Manheim should be proud very helpful counter good auctioneers that look and pay attention to bidders.If youre in the car biz here's a good place to pick up some inventory or sell some oa's

It's a scam .. All they care about is selling a car . I bought a car from Manheim MS. 2/23/23 and now the I sold the car I found out that the Title is Bonded . By law this car should have never been sold . All I'm asking is for Manheim to call the seller and get a new title and they just refused to help . I wouldn't recommend buying from Manheim MS . When you need them they will not help you after they collected the money

On Saturday from noon I was looking for cars. Neither was in the specified place !! Not one itself is not started! And when I collected them and started them and started pulling them out to load them, the guard began to extort money for what was already 6 pm !!!!
