Great Christian people run this shop. The day before Thanksgiving I was traveling to Memphis from the Gulf Coast. I was ran off the road by a driver pulling out in front of me. I hit the curb with my right tires and it blew the passenger side airbags as well as bent my right rear wheel spindle. They repaired my car and got me on the road before they would close the shop. Much less than I expected also. They have my gratitude and I encourage ANYBODY to do business with this shop!

I took my car there for one reason that was to get my fuel injectors replaced They said i had a bad core pact It didn t fix my car and they charged me $260 I left with my car running exactly the same and they tried to get me to buy some new tires The only pleasant thing was the customer service. The actual car repair work was garbage And I ll never go back .

I regret taking my vehicle to this shop. I needed a new timing belt, one of my low beams was not working so i wanted all my bulbs replace, and an oil change.I got my car back with only low beams working ( they told me that my vehicle was already like that lies ), and i just tried lowering my windows, and guess what is not working. .. . There are marks on the door frame which let me to believe my battery died and they couldnt open the door and then they force their way into the car by pulling on the windown ( now there is gap between the doot and window )They gave it back to me in worse conditions. Come on guys! Do the math, lets think about this for a moment only one liw beam was not working, yall gave it back to me with low beams working, but i have no high beams, turning signal, and fog lights the math doesnt add up.Never again! Worse customer service i received i got blamed for all new issues.I would not recommend taking your vehicle there.Ps I ve triedReporting this to the BBB ( better bussiness Bureau ) .

These folks right here took very good care of me. I showed up like 20 minutes before time to close and they still patched my tire no problem and they were even willing to stay late and do something else for me. These folks get a 10 star rating! Lol Bless everything they do according to your word Jesus, Amen.

Did a great job installing new wheels on my wife s truck. They did it in a timely manner and didn t scratch the new wheels at all. Lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful. Great people. 5 stars

While traveling for work, I had a breakdown. After work, my truck would not have made it home. I called for help at 4:00 pm. Mrs. Penny was very empathetic, and she told me they would do all that can to get me back on the road. And They delivered. I arrived at sometime after 4:30 with a very hot motor. The shop had several mechanics working in several bays: so the Owner Mr. Kevin Pulled my truck into the tire alignment bay and he pulled out at least 30 bolts to get to the level of the broken issue in less than 15 min in a very hot motor. Kevin came to me with his truck keys in his hand and very clearly 1)described the failure then 2) explained that several other parts suppliers do not have the parts needed- and won t have them for weeks, and then said 3) I am about to drive out to dealership because it s after 5 pm to see if anyone is still there to help. Don't worry, if this part is anywhere in town, I ll find it! He returned 15 min later with a brand name part from the dealership. He installed it back just as fast as he pulled it. He then Topped off all my fluids, and had me back on the road faster than I could reserve a rental car. I was charged for a half hour labor. I even tried to tip them .Mrs. Penny and Mr. Kevin at separate time both refused a significant cash tip so if your are still reading this there is no need to worry about finding an honest mechanic your search is over. Efficient, honest, empathetic, hard working, fast, professional, friendly: used name brand parts - fixed it correctly. Hands down will use again.Service: Engine repair

I ve taken my vehicles here for years off and on, but I have to say this last time was just the best. I took my vehicle in thinking I needed something done that honestly wasn t needed at this time, and the mechanic told me honestly it didn t need to be done right now but he would do it if I wanted him to. It s something like this that shows the integrity of this place. On top of all that, I m checking out and had my little boys and one of them saw a toy figurine on the counter, and without hesitation the nice lady gave it to him. This place is truly a blessing and has good people working here!

Went to have an alignment done. Mechanic, Ty by name, asked me why I thought I needed it. I explained. He asked a couple more questions then went to work. Just a few minutes later he told me no alignment needed and explained why. No charge! I will absolutely go back next time I need tires. Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. What more can you ask for?

My wife and I are from out of town and were passing through on our way back to Texas. We had some severe tire trouble and showed up at their store 20 minutes before closing. The staff was helpful and the owner went out of his way to call around and make sure we could get the best tires for our hard to fit car. He and two other staff members were hospitable and thorough while solving our complicated order. They stayed and worked on it for over an hour after closing time with no complaints.

This was the WORST experience I have EVER encountered at this place!!!! I waited for a few hours, only for them to charge me $89.99 for something that I m not even sure they did !!!!!! Then the guy who worked in my car didn t even come and tell me what the hell was going on!!!! I had to ASK for someone to come and tell me what I was paying for ... I AM LIVID!!!! I paid all this $ and left with the same problem ... Unprofessional to say the least. I m not one to even leave reviews for bad service, but this time I was so put off with that I don t want ANYONE to have to deal with something like this. I ve never been asked to pay for a service and no one has the decency to come and tell me what the problem was, if it was fixed, suggestions, or ANYTHING just pay me $89.99 and leave ma am with the same problem you arrived with. Go elsewhere!!!! where people have the courtesy to at least talk to you. They don t even deserve this one star!! But at least the front desk guy did his job, he took my $89.99

I cannot say enough how amazing this staff is! I used them while in college and on my own for the first time. They always took the time to explain what I needed & why & if it could wait. When I returned to Hattiesburg as an adult there was only one place I would return for maintenance. They continue to have a fair price, with a quick turn around, and as always are polite as ever!

I have taken my two vehicles here for years because everyone is always nice and courteous and for the most part, they have been good to work with on all of my car repairs...until this week. I had been having issues with my drivers side door key lock from letting me in on the car and I would have to twist on the keys and pull the door handle a couple of times before the door will finally unlock for me. On Monday, the last straw was when the car locked me in and I couldn't get out so I took it to Lil Tire Shoppe. So, I get there and Ms. Martha who is always pleasant wasn't there but, there was a nice young man who served me at the counter. I told him what the issue was and he said that it wouldn't be a big deal to install the faulty part, they just have to order it. I always ask how long they think it will take to work on and this young man said, it shouldn't take more than hour or two. Ok, great. That worked for me. On Tuesday morning, I get a call from them telling me they got the part but it was a used part so they had to return it and it will be Thursday when they get the new part. I was going to ask them some more questions like, "Ok. Thursday, when?" and "Can I get my car until it come in?" But, I didn't get that chance because I was hung up on, before I got the chance, which upset me greatly. I call later that afternoon to get a status update and who I got on the phone when I finally got through their automated system, was a man who seemed put off at me at first and then I explained the situation. He advised me to pick up my car and call Thursday morning to see if the part came in. Fast forward to Thursday. I call a little before 9 and they confirm they have the part. Great! I drop off the car and once again I ask about time. They said it would be ready by 1 o'clock (after lunch). So, I'm thinking great that will work out for me and I can have someone from my office give me ride over there to pick up the car after lunch. It's past 1 o'clock and I haven't gotten a call from them. No worries, right? 3 o'clock came and I called them because they should be done by now, right? On, the contrary. They are having issues with it. So a job they said wouldn't take more than an hour or so has now taken them half a day. So, now I feel like I've been lied to several times and now I'm questioning their competence. I'm frustrated and I feel like this whole situation could have been handled if they would've just been straight with me with how long it was going to take. I'm now closing in on 4:30pm upon writing this review and I still haven't heard from them since I called them at 3pm.

The best flat tire experience!!! Traveling out of town had a flat tire in Hattiesburg. Called lil tire shoppe and he said. We don t normally do this but I am on my way . Kevin showed up very shortly. He took the tire back to his shop, fixed it, put it back on, and we were on our way all in less than 30 minutes! He would not even accept a tip! Professional! Honest and genuine! I have been coming here since before it was the Lil Tire Shoppe. I have always had good service and fair prices. In particular I would like to commend David and his staff for providing quality advice and superior service, particularly when it came time to retire my long-serving 2000 Honda Accord coupe after 310,000 miles and three transmissions. Whenever I buy a car, I always have them check it out. I have over ten years of experience as a customer here, and I have every confidence in this shop.

I have to say this tire shop is the best tire shop by far. Kevin is a good dude i must say. He took the time out to really help me with my car. The rest of the staff was very attentive to my needs also. Went here to get tune in June last year they charge me 680 for put wrong part in my Nissan Mauro car went back told them this year what happen to my car. Has bring to firestone these me put wrong sparks plug in my car they use the cheapest one but charge me 3x more then they was worth then on top of that my tune up didn't last it went out before it was time to get check June of 2021. Got my car towed to this place and they called and said I needed a new motor for 5500. So I had it towed down the street and I didn't say what was wrong and left. The company called me a day later and said my car was ready and the cost will be 55 dollars.

I was told my car would be ready by today but when I called they said it would be another week at least to repair my air compressor. They then said they were two weeks behind on all work. They never explained how backed up they were when I dropped off my car nor did they attempt to contact me about the delay. I will never do business with them again. They've cost me an extra week of paying for a rental. People please take the time to scroll and read the negative reviews and not the positive ones written by friends and family of the owners.

Husband has an older car that needed shocks front and rear, and oil change. He took car in on 17 of this month and today is the 26 car still not ready. They won't call to give updates. Most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ever at a garage. I ordered 2 new tires. Went in and told them to replace the driver side front tire and whichever tire was the worst. I wait, they call me up, I pay the $250 and went outside. Up to this point I had a really good experience. However when the mechanic, if you can call him that, got out of my car and explained to me that the tire pressure sensor should go off soon...which prompted me to ask what tires he replaced. He took it upon himself to change two other tires and tried to explain to me that the tire I wanted him to replace only had a smAll leak. MAYBE THE SENSOR DID NOT GO OFF BECAUSE YOU PUT A FLAT TIRE WITH A HOLE IN IT BACK ON MY CAR. Being furious I went back into the store but eventually agreed to just order another tire but the cheapest one. I went back today for them to fix the problem that they were already suppose to have fixed and ordered me the same tire that costs $129. Although the day before the manager had told me he could get me the cheapest one (which was quoted to me to be @ $85) the lady at the desk LIED to me and said that the tire they ordered was the cheapest. I would NEVER go to this place. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

I am a loyal customer, even if it s inconvenient. There are plenty of Tire Shops between me and Lil Tire Shoppe, but I make the effort to come here because I ve been treated so well in the past. Because I live 30+ miles away, I always call ahead of time. In order to get my car in early enough to have it for a quick trip to Oxford, I went to work at our farm several hours early and had my husband meet me at the shop. I was informed by the young man at the counter that the guy who does alignments is off today, and they could take it tomorrow. Um, seriously?Edit: I make mistakes, everybody does. I gave my favorite tire shop a second chance, and they did not disappoint. I changed my review to reflect this, and I imagine the next time I visit, they will be back to 5-star status.

Wanted $235 labor for a simple job that can be done in less than 30 minutes by a minimally skilled person. They stated that their "computer tells them" how much labor to charge. Baloney.Another shop completed the work correctly for $50.I used the Lil' Tire Shop for years and I was very satisfied and trusted them. No more.The change of ownership/management has brought real problems with trust.

Front counter employees have a great deal of patients especially when dealing with what is in my opinion, a very annoying person. Very friendly customer service. Quality and honest work recommend to everyone. Has earlybird drop box convenient for everyone

Waste of time and money. I took my car in for what sounded like brake issues. They replaced my front brake pads and rotors. The next week my car was still making this sound and the maintenance light had come back on. Took it back and they said the sensor just needed to be reset, which doesn't explain the noise that it is still making. The sound progressively gets worse so I decide to take it back a third time. They tell me the front hose has collapsed and I need to replace the front pads and rotors as well as the back. It's only been four months since I had the front done initially so surely they would have informed me that this hose was no good. More than likely the technician ruined the hoses by letting the brakes hang during the repair. I had the work done and it is still making this noise. Take the car to another shop, it's the calipers not the brakes. The front desk clerk was rude telling my husband that this wasn't the car we brought in and that we brought in a 2001 not the 2010 Camry. I think I should know what car I drive everyday. So who even knows if they used the right parts on the car if they have it listed wrong. Terrible experience, one star is being generous.

They gave us an estimate. Stayed within the estimate. Gave us a Time it would be finished and stayed with this time. Very professional and friendly. It's been a week and so far the truck is running fine and no problems.
