My wife brought her car here to be repaired after I minor wreck (in-network shop for my insurance). Everything was going pretty smooth until about a week later when I got a phone call from someone at the shop telling me someone hopped the fence and took a saw to a section of the exhaust from my wife's car within the last few days, I assume they were trying steal the cadalytic converter. Anyhow, the shop rep told me that after speaking with my insurance company, it was determined that I would have to file another claim to cover the damage and that the shop wasn't liable, the rep was pretty quick to inform me that in the work authorization that my wife signed, was a section saying the shop isn't responsible for damages or theft . After a little back and forth with the shop rep I was told that he would be getting with the shops regional manager to see what they could do beings the damage was less than my deductible. I called my adjuster afterwards and was told that nobody reached out to him and there were no notes in the file about the shop rep reaching out. Not calling the shop rep a liar, just saying that my insurance adjuster had no knowledge of the theft until we reached out to him. Maybe I'm being unrealistic but I feel like the theft and damage to my wife's vehicle should ve been covered by the shop beings it was in their possession when it happened. I ended up paying out of pocket for the repair which ended up being a little under $500. I probably wouldn't be as upset if they would've just charged me for the part and waived the labor but I ended up having to pay that too. In all transparency, they did discount the part or so they said. After we picked up my wife s car I noticed that the headlight fixture had not been replaced despite it being damaged. The shop rep told me they would order a new fixture and replace it. We went ahead and brought my wife s car home with the understanding that when the fixture arrived we would bring the car back. After a couple of weeks I called to see what the status of the headlight fixture was and was told the fixture was in (Never got a call telling us it had arrived). We ended up setting up a day for my wife to bring the car back and we were told it would take 1-2 hours. On the day of the appointment, my wife took off from work drove 45 miles to the shop and sat in the waiting area for about 30 minutes when the shop rep came out and told my wife that the fixture they received was damaged and they would have to order a new one.I would not recommend using this company. They couldn t care less about their customers. If you do use them, hopefully your car won't be stolen or damaged while it's there.

I don t typically leave reviews on businesses, but I had an exceptional experience with this team and decided to make an exception. I recently had some collision repair done on my Dodge truck as well as an entirely new paint job and I couldn t be more impressed. They finished all the work much faster than I expected and sent me text updates almost daily. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them exclusively going forward!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

They had my car from Monday morning to Wednesday afternoon and had the rear bumper put on & painted all that.. was supposed to be done the next day. So finished early. And they vacuumed my car out & washed it. I wasn't expecting all that! Super friendly service! If I have to have work done in the future will definitely use them & old definitely recommend to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible experience with this body shop. Have repeatedly lied and kept me out of the loop of what s going on with my vehicle. Order the wrong parts for my vehicle not once but twice. Have been told multiple times a set date for work to be finished and they did not hit that date by weeks. Personally visited the shop myself on the date it was supposed to be finished to find it sitting with no one working on it. Still in Pieces. Was stuck without a vehicle once my rental was up due to incompetency by this shop. Would highly recommend going anywhere else but here. Would rate 0 stars if that was an option.Update. Was told I could get my vehicle Friday Because they still have it and and was informed that the shop threw my door away that was needed for parts and now I m having to wait even longer. Would love to speak with someone in corporate to let them know just how bad of an operation is being ran at the Hattiesburg shopServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My fianc� had damage to his truck door and dropped it off with this shop in February. We have been told multiple times that the truck would be ready, however it has yet to actually be ready on time. This shop ordered the wrong parts TWICE and when we visited the shop to check on how the truck was doing it was sat there in a million pieces. We were once again told it would be ready this week, only to find out the shop had lied and they were still missing parts. They have pushed the date off multiple times and we have been renting vehicles. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would go anywhere but here to have your vehicle worked on. They are incredibly unprofessional. I would rate it zero stars.

This company have my car for last three months and still they are unable to fix it. My car only required bumper change and some paint. They do not communicate and when I call them, they always come with some excuse. I am still awaiting for my car to be repaired and given back to me. I went there because of good google reviews but it seems like now I have to write this review so that other people dont have to go through this misery. I wish I had known this before I decided to get my car repaired there.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible place, do your self a favor and look over these people. you will be glad you did took them 60 days to finally get my wifes vehicle correct. manager never calls back after trying to reach him multiple times . Tells me they do not care about there customers. they had my car tied up for 30 days over a door latch that they installed improperly and couldn't figure it out for a whole month, mean while I am paying for a rental the whole time due to incompetent people. Now the AC is out in the truck and it worked perfectly fine when the truck was brung into them. this is honestly the first bad review I have ever wrote about a company. just want to warn other people about how big of a nightmare this place is. I manage a mutli million dollar company and the lack of care for the consumer here is astonishing.

At first good, but they kept giving my hopes up. They told me 5 separate times my car would be ready. I'm still waiting, my car's been there for almost two months, for a ding on the back side. If I had a choice I would not go back again. However, my insurance chose them. I could go on with negative feedback, but I think you get it.

This is the best auto repair shop in Hattiesburg. Their work comes with a lifetime guarantee so if there s ever an issue, they ll make it right. I ve had the best experience with them and am always more than pleased with the work they do.

They did an excellent job on my Grand Cherokee, the process was easy and straight forward. They worked with my insurance and rental car company to keep things simple.Update: After having my Grand Cherokee back for a couple of days I noticed some issues, took it back and two of the issues were corrected on that visit. Two of the issues weren't ever fixed. There was noticeable dust specks in the paint, and there was a gap between the fender flares and body. They said that that was the trim and adhesive strips sent from Jeep, they tightened the gap a bit, and replaced a clip 2-3 times, still didn't fix it. As for the dust in the paint, they said it passed the wipe down test (?). Was disappointed at the quality of work after having time to really look it over under different lighting conditions.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Jon Keck and the rest of the staff there are very professional. They seem to genuinely care about the customers and the level of service that they provide is top notch. They kept me informed about the status of the repairs and they finished my car earlier than I thought they would. They went above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with everything. I'd recommend JHCC to anyone that needs repairs. Definitely a positive experience.

I had body work done to the front and rear of my infinity QX80. The work done was impressive. One would never know there was ever any damage. Repairs were completed faster than I expected and I was kept informed of the entire process. Communication and customer service are the best I ve experienced with a body shop. Perfection and customer satisfaction are their priorities and it shows in how they treat their customers and their customers investments.

Our vehicle repair was completed timely and professionally. Corky and his team were very professional and customer service oriented! Our car was detailed inside and out which was a nice surprise!! I would recommend them and would use them in the future!

I will use them again and refer my friends and family. Very professional and superb work. If customer service is important to you, these guys go above and beyond. Once I called them, they took care of everything, including communications with my insurance. Also, they notified me via text and e-mail of progress throughout the entire repair.

Great experience with this shop. All the personnel I dealt with were friendly, helpful, respectful & well informed. They explained what would happen, in detail, fully answered all my questions & kept me informed daily as to the status of the repairs. I got the vehicle back when I was told I would & the repairs were excellent. I highly recommend these folks.

From the moment I dropped off my vehicle till the moment I picked it up the customer service I received was top notch. Monty and the staff kept in touch with daily text messages and phone calls keeping me up to date on the progress of my repairs. When I picked up my car four days later they walked me through every detail of the repairs and answered all my questions thoroughly. I would HIGHLY recommend Joe Hudson Collison to everyone!

Update from previous post: I brought our vehicle back in to have Joe Hudson inspect it. At this time they are making the necessary corrections to fix the inner wheel guard. As mentioned before, I would recommend them.First post:I decided to leave an actual written review since the review website only provides a happy or sad face for the overall experience. It's broken up into three parts.Estimate: Joe Hudson worked extremely well with our insurance to make this a seamless process. All information was provided up front with great detail. This allowed our family to plan how we were going to operate once the car was in repairs.Repair: Joe Hudson was able to repair and return our vehicle ahead of schedule. The communication throughout the process was extremely thorough. The web application and phone calls allowed us to track and understand where they were at with our car.Pickup: this is where my five star review went to a 3 star, mainly due to incovienance. We were able to pickup our vehicle ahead of schedule which was a Friday at their closing time. Their employees actual stay a little later to ensure they returned a good product, which we appreciated. On the drive home I noticed a banging noise on the driver side front tire (side of repair). Due to the business being closed for the weekend, I continued to drive the vehicle home after not being able to see any visible damage after a quick walk around. Once I returned home, I conducted a more thorough inspection, to find that my under guard was not connected properly. Also in the morning, with the morning dew, there are four large X's visible on the hood. At no other time are the X's visible throughout the day. Joe Hudson provides a lifetime warranty with the paint, so I'm not too worried about any defects occurring and then having to pay for them.Overall: Great business, honest people, and I would recommend them.

They did an awesome job of completely fixing the front of my car after I had a wreck! They were very helpful showing me everything they had replaced and told me I could come to them if I ever had any questions. I would definitely go to them again

Took a little longer than expected to finish repairs, but I understand they wanted to make sure everything was finished. Just wish cleanup would have been a lil better. The shop left the old battery cove and damaged rim in the vehicle when I picked it up.Other than that they were professional and was able to walk me thru the whole repair process.
