Manager Gary is very experienced and knowledgeable of which cars and upfront with representatives cost part & labor. He needs to teach and certify the next generation of mechanics. Take your vehicles to this shop before you buy a used vehicle to get it inspected and bring your car to its full potential & maximum life expectcy by updating your service maintenance records . Especially your water pump and timing belt or chain and all your fluids.He recommended checking this car dealer across from his shop.

One of the most honest shops I have ever taken my car to. Jerry told me all the details, and helped me understand what was wrong with my car. As a person who doesn't speak "car" I walked away knowing more about the issues my car faced and how they fixed the issues.

I just moved here from Florida and took my Nissan in for an alternator replacement, we had about a week wait for the appointment. They had the part replaced fairly quickly and for a decent price. Excellent customer service and very kind employees. Will recommend Jerry's to friends and family!

I can not speak to highly of Jerry and his crew. My FJ s AC stopped working as we were driving through Hattiesburg and Jerry took us in and checked it out very quickly. His staff was very friendly and knew their business and we were back on the road quickly. If I lived here, Jerry would be my mechanic. I highly recommend him.

Highly recommend, they did an amazing job on the Ram pickup - they did an oil change and they checked the air conditioning plus a tire rotation, brake adjustments and some other issues. Their prices were great and they had everything done fast AND efficiently. We had heard good things about them and we were so pleased!!

Whenever, I have to go to Jerry's, which is not often. It's actually been several years since I have had to get a vehicle repaired. No matter how much time has passed, they always make me feel like I'm part of the family and they have my best interest at heart. It's different than using some big name with the pricey tags. My grand papa got his vehicles radiator replaced.2 months later issues with it so we called to get it back in. Nothing but absolutely rude customer service and failure to EVER call back when they stated they would.Keep telling me blown head gasket when I'm more worried about the fact it could be the radiator they installed. It has a hole in it already and they didn't remount it, I can literally pick it up and move it the lady even stated that it wasn't supposed to not be mounted I do intend to get a real mechanic to look at it and I will be absolutely never recommending this unprofessional company to anyone.

Our car broke down on our way to family vaca. Jerry's crew got us back up and running in just a few hours. Tremendous service, and the staff was really friendly to my kids. Excellent experience. Thanks guys!

Our 2004 Volvo XC 70 suddenly needed lots of maintenance. Jerry's replaced hoses, filters, timing belt, water pump and much more. The biggest was that the air conditioner occasionally stopped cooling. It took a little while to get parts because of supply issues. Everyone there is friendly and professional, they know auto repair. We thought the prices were fair. We do appreciate the good work. Eagle Tire and Auto recommended Jerry's because the car needed to go into a "dead bay" to diagnose a heating & air problem. Gary explained everything to me. The diagnosis was a good price. The only thing I would say is the front desk should explain that service is on a first come first serve basis. They are very busy and go by a list of who came first. That's a good procedure but I would not have had other expectations if I had known. I applaud the female owner. She runs a tight ship. I will definitely use them again.

Was great we had a bad leak coming from a pipe off the water pump. We took it in they assessed the front end fixed the hose while we waited. Had a nice sitting area that was toasty warm. Took about an hour to fix it. Told us what else needed to be fixed which already knew. Had half the parts but they said both sides needed to be done. Just so everyone knows you can purchase your own parts ahead of time and then they just charge for the labor. Also if you use a cc of any kind including debit card they charge a percentage. So if possible pay in cash. Will save you some money. Will use them again..

Got my truck back from them to have the rear main seal replaced. 100 miles later, it still leaks oil. Also, they left oily finger prints all over my truck s paint. Be prepared to receive your vehicle back dirty as hell.

Did an oil change and asked for tire rotation and it ended up costing $137. The most expensive oil change I ve ever done. Will not go back for sure. Receipt says labor cost for oil change and tire rotation is $71. Ridiculous. Save yourself some trouble and don t go there.

After shipping my car to Hattiesburg all the way from California for school, I found out my car had coolant leaking! I found Jerry's through a Google search as I didn't know which place was good. They were very prompt and the rates were fair. Their diagnosis was that my water pump was leaking and my timing belt was old and cracked! It probably hadn't been changed up until now when I got my car at 120k miles. Just picked it up and it runs a lot better than before...and no more leaking thank goodness.I spoke with Gary on the phone most of the time and he was great. What I really liked was that no repairs are done without customer authorization. So definitely no surprises! In addition, they are willing to drop you off/pick you up if you really need a ride back or a ride there. They are all hard working people and really good in what they do. I'm confident that my car will continue running nicely and I'm sure if anything else comes up, Jerry's will be the place to go!

Had a friend take their car in for alternator problems. It ended up costing $2000.00 didn't even drive it 3 miles and stopped running . They did get it running the next day. Not happy with the attitude and lack of thoroughness

Took my daughter's car here after it started running rough. Jerry's did a full diagnosis ended up need new plugs,and determined that the tie rods were also worn. They got both jobs done in a days time for a fair price. I would recommend their service to anyone in the area in need of a repair , especially if you want to deal with good , honest people.

Super super nice people! We have tried a couple of places to work on my husband's ridiculous Infiniti sports car. Big Ten recommended them to us and I can honestly say we will be returning customers. I had mentioned being concerned getting out due to fast paced traffic he even moved the car so we could come back and get it easily. Not to mentioned had our car fixed super fast! Thank you all so much you have no idea how much your kindness meant to us as we have had a rough time lately.

Staff is very nice, but they took 5 days and couldn t manage to diagnose my ABS issue. They knew I had two chewed through wires, and told me this could ve been why they couldn t communicate with my ABS. That would ve been over $100 more to just splice the wires together and run a more accurate diagnostic test. So $90 spent on wasted time honestly, and I decided to take their own advice and go somewhere else. Odd, frustrating experience. They told me to try Toyota. They always seem very busy, so maybe they didn t want to deal with my car

Tom and Gary at Jerry's automotive are not just nice but are genuinely good people. They have a team of great mechanics that have worked on all sorts of work vehicles for me . I'm sure they stand behind there work but I wouldn't know because I've never had to take anything back to them ( they fix it right the first time ! ) . When I came into some unfortunate repair need, Jerry s helped me out. I had my vehicle at another location and they quoted me simply more than I could justify spending. I had the vehicle towed to Jerry s, and not only were they able to fix my issues, they were able to fix those and more for a fraction of the price from my original quote. Couldn t recommend more.

Dropped a Volkswagen CC to run a diagnostic test to determine what is wrong with my headlights. Four days later, with no update from the company, I went to retrieve my vehicle. I was informed that they had not gotten to my vehicle. Four days and I had to call them for updates. This was not an engine problem or something that rendered the car inoperable yet and still they had my car for four dayz and did absolutely nothing. Assuming that they didn't have time for my simple proplem, they should have made that known to me before depriving me of my vehicle for four days without ever looking at it. (there are more things that I had issues with that are too much to include in this review).

ABOVE and BEYOND. These guys were exceptional! I blew out a front wheel hub passing through town in the middle of the night. I went in at 7:30 AM and told him I really needed to get back on the road to get to a job that I was late for. They jumped into action got all the parts ordered installed and me back on the road by 1 PM. Not only were they thorough at their job but also offered to take me to and come pick me up from the hotel I was waiting at once my truck was ready. Thanks guys I really appreciate everything!

Our vehicle broke down outside of Hattiesburg over the holiday weekend. We were worried no one would be able to look at it because of the holiday but we found a place that said it did repairs 24/7 We initially had it towed there with the hope of getting back on the road. The place was a dump and the mechanic has still not returned my calls. We were frantic about finding another place. Jerry's was open on the Labor Day holiday, they helped us find someone else to tow it to their place, they fit us into their schedule, were as friendly and professional as could be, made the repairs in a timely fashion and got us back on the road. We feel so lucky to have found such a dynamite place. If I could give it six stars, I would!

I went online to check out different places and came across Jerry's website. They BOLDLY claim on their website that they charge 69.00 a hour for labor. So, I called to get an estimate from this place, just to make sure. They told me it was 4 hours worth of work, which was still a lot of hours based on other estimates I received. So, 69.00 x 4 = 276 , right? I was quoted a price of 317.42!! 276.00 plus roughly 20 in sales tax does not equal close to that!! I called back asking if their website was up to date. The woman said yes. I explained what their website said. I never found out if they were good mechanics, but why would I want to with them starting out this way?

Jerry's Automotive is run by fantastic mechanics, and their customer service is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone who needs professional work done on their vehicle. They communicate with their customers and are genuinely pleasant to do business with. Five well earned stars for Jerry's Automotive.

I had a very bad experience with one of the employees. I was coming back to where I live ( Starkville) from a trip to a New Orleans, and on the way, my car motor stopped working.I came to this place to get a quote, and one of the employees told me he likes the car and wants to buy it. We agreed on the price, and he told me to get the tittle so I drove all the way to Starkville and came the next day, when I got there, he texted me, I'm not interested! I drove 6 hours back and forth to Hattiesburg for nothing! He did not even apologize!

Jerry's has worked on my vehicle twice this year, and I could not have asked for a better experience, unless it was free. They are very knowledgeable and I trust them to tell me the truth and not to run up the bill with unnecessary repairs.

Charged me $50 just to look at my truck to tell me what was wrong with it was incorrect. Took it to two other mechanics and they were consistent with the diagnostic. Took it to John car care and they diagnosed it within 30 minutes and the cheapest around! Not a fan of Jerry s.
