Juan is a master mechanic and he came to our aid the other day when we were stranded near Walmart because of a broken heater hose. Since then he has helped us source the part, we ordered it from Amazon and he put it on for us free of charge today. In addition to that, he recharged the coolant system and charged the battery on our key.When we called his shop to get a quote for the labor, he told us not to worry about it, he said that he didn t come to our aid with expectations of making money that day, but he did it to help us and all he wanted in return was a positive review in our neighborhood and on google. The time spent in total that Saturday combined with the time spent today, putting the part on and checking various other things for us, was substantial. His generosity and professionalism is profound and we highly recommend him for your future auto repair needs.

We were on our way from Florida to Texas when we had a flat 10 miles south of Hattiesburg. There's no BMW service in Hattiesburg, so we were recommended by a local shop to go to HTL. When they heard about our peril they jumped on our problem right away, found a good used tire, got it on the car and everything at a more than reasonable cost. Got us up and running again in under two hours. Fantastic people, fantastic service, and incredibly nice. Highly recommended.Service: Tires

Referred by AAMCO to HTL, after Subaru 2013 transmission warning light and 3 other dash lights came on---several diagnostic codes when plugged into the computer. The technicians at HTL diagnosed and fixed a complex problem--ended up resolving issues that the car had been having for years that the dealership could not diagnose(rough idling, near stalls when coming to stop, over-revving when accelerating to pass, etc). I'm liking my car again! My calls were always answered or returned promptly, and the car was repaired within 24 hours of the part coming in(and this involved getting up into the transmission). These guys seem to be not just that the car is running, but running well. I highly recommend them.

Bad attitude. Don't answer phone. They half done work on my vehicleUpdate: I've called again with the contact information listed below. They have the same problem. Me and the guy was on the phone going back and forth. Then, he finally said he will talk to the owner which I have not spoken to.

Extremely detailed service. They make sure to explain everything they re going to do. And then what they did. And give it on a written receipt. Very knowledgeable. Prices are competitive.
