I have been using Hattiesburg Golf Carts for almost two years and have had good service every time I have taken my UTV there. My machine has been problematic but I love it. They have fixed it each time I have taken it there and done a good job. This last time in particular was great service. I took my Bad Boy in and as soon as I dropped it off the trailer they asked if I was the guy that called and was from a long way off. I said yes and he said give him 10-minutes and he would get it diagnosed and he did just that. He came back in less than 10-minutes and said he know what it was and had the part and if I could give him an hour or so he would fix it right then. He did fix it and it was less than an hour and a half to do it. They saved me over three hours of driving time by being aware of my needs as a customer and I certainly do appreciate that. Very happy with my service at Hattiesburg Golf Carts.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Have used several times. Once they had a issue finding what we needed and they went over and beyond to get the product. They have been honest with everything. Definitely recommend them to anyone

Worst place to take anything if you want it fixed right. This place is a joke. They've been "Working" on my UTV since November it's already June. Owner knows nothing when asked simple questions. Beware or you'll regret it. All the positive reviews are fake or friends I'm sure.In response to the owner you forgot to mention the first time you supposedly fix it while it was under warranty. Broke down try to blame the machine and customer. Convenient how you let my warranty expire 6 months then magically its repaired in 5 days for $1300. Making repairs outside the warranty without written permission. Just a bad place to do business. I just want people to know who they're dealing with at Hattiesburg Golf Carts

Very professional and reasonably priced. I found Charlie very easy to deal with. He answered all my questions and took care of my cart quickly. Will definitely be back!

Dropped off cart having connection issues, also asked to have under lights installed. After waiting several weeks to pick up my cart, my charger was returned dented up, the rear seat had a rust stain on it from having a wrench left on it out in the weather, the under lights have never worked properly since being installed, and the connection issue was not resolved. I ended up taking my cart to Way To Go Carts in West Hattiesburg near Oloh, very satisfied with the service there.

Charlie has been an asset to our personal community and our golf cart service and sales community. He brings the small town service nature that we all love to hattiesburg and all the things he services. Highly recommend.

Charlie and his staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to custom golf carts!!! We told them exactly what we wanted and they are making it happen with a very reasonable price! I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

1:50 pm and closed. Door says 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday. No sign, no closed New Year s eve , nothing. No business from me either.
