I took my Polaris side by side in to receive it's first service, which is basically just an oil change with your typical inclusions. I did not receive a call from Hattiesburg Cycles to discuss how much this simple service would cost, but when I went to pick it up, realized that I was charged $400!!!!! They told me that it was mostly labor at $160 per hour for 2 hours! What??!!! Had I been given the courtesy of a phone call to discuss the cost before the service was completed, I absolutely would have said "NO!", but here I am, stuck with the most expensive small engine oil change in History! DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT have your vehicle serviced here. There are plenty of places in the area that won't rip you off.

Very friendly and attentive staff/ management. I spoke with Mr. Martin and met Dee? I believe was her name. It was just a shock to walk into such a welcoming place. I will recommend your service department.

If I could give negative stars, I would. They lie and mislead. We financed a bike with them and they ended up having to pay us money for an oversight on their part. It took me randomly calling throughout the day and finally to finally talk to someone in finance, and that was after a week of calling and leaving messages with no response. It was like pulling teeth just to get someone to look over the paperwork and answer a question. That s only one of the problems we ve had. The whole experience has been nightmare and it s still not over because we keep finding oversights that they aren t willing to explain to us or the bank we refinanced through. Several people we know warned us that it s a shady operation but we ignored against our better judgment - we are paying for it now.
