I had been negotiating with a few dealers on a new Outlander 850 and reached out to Tyler at Hattiesburg Cycles to see if they could match another quote we got in since we were coming from Florida and Hattiesburg was closer than some of the others. Tyler immediately got me a quote and matched it and got everything lined up for us to come pick the four wheeler up on Saturday morning. We got there everything went smooth. Started looking around and also decided on getting a X3 XMR RR. Wasn t planning on that but everything went extremely smooth. Financing was a breeze. Parts/ accessories guy came out and was very friendly. Not pushy whatsoever. We got a few things for the X3. Warranty guy came out and was a little more pushy but not over the top. We all came to terms and they had us in and out in a few hours. Tyler definitely went above and beyond for us. If you re thinking of buying a toy here I highly recommend calling Tyler.

Bradley Crum was exceptional to work with. Very personable and knowledgeable. No pressure whatsoever to purchase and was very respectful of our decision to take our time with this purchase. Gosh, where to start. I can t say enough about my experience with the people at Hattiesburg Cycles as I began, and ended my search for a side by side . I decided on the CanAm Defender HD10 Limited / UTV Class. Our businesses are a reflection of the people that work for our companies, and Hattiesburg Cycles has great people working to make this a wonderful company, and wonderful experience for you the consumer. My sales person made this experience amazing ! Sarge was on point from day one meeting at the business when I was just looking, until the day I messaged saying I was ready ! Sarge answered every question like it was the first time he heard the questions, with sincerity, and passion to his craft, understanding what I needed to be comfortable with, and understand. He took whatever time I needed to be comfortable with this investment to my entertainment, my peace, and my happiness ! Sarge understands how important these decisions are to a buyer. He was patient with me, and encouraging too me, always available . I appreciate the effort he gave to make this experience as positive as it could possibly be.. I went to Hattiesburg Cycles to purchase the 2024 Can Am Maverick Max Xmr on October 4th.I filled out the application online the day before and I was told to come in because everything looked good and I was approved, when I got there I had to wait about 20-30 minutes for Tyler (sales person I was working with since I started the application online).I purchased this unit with all the extras that are in this picture but they failed to give me the original wheels that come with this unit ,so Mr. Allen who is in charge of selling the accessories said that they would send them to me whenever their truck had a delivery to New Orleans that it would not take more than a couple of weeks, sadly I am still waiting on the wheels, and every time I message Mr. Allen all he says is that not delivery has been scheduled.I will not purchase from this place again!

Yes Hattiesburg Cycles is very professional, polite, fast.... especially our advisor Bri... she was on it and we didn't have to ask her any questions because she will answer them or( let me put it this way) she will advise you without you having to ask any questions She always reminded us of what we need to do...how to do it... when to do it.... and will follow back up with you before you even have a chance to get back with her,lol!!!!! I'll advise anyone to ask for Bri... she's a go-to person and I hope they will give her a salary raise because her customer service is 100% , very knowledgeable and honest!

Decided to check out a couple units at this place with some family members who were interested in a side by side. Showed interest in a 35k+ unit, the FIRST salesman was throwing out numbers he never had the authority to say, had zero knowledge of the unit, eventually just hid around the corner while the SECOND salesman introduces himself. Same process, the only information he knew about this unit were the storage compartments. Had to of been 5 times he went back and fourth to his manager to figure out the out the door price. Every time he came back he only wanted to know if we wanted the short or long term monthly payments, nothing about the actual price of the unit. After 2 hours of just waiting around, a price was agreed on. Said they d have everything ready in the morning.We show up in the morning, unit is still in the showroom, battery dead, paperwork not finished. Told us to come back at 11am, just for things to still NOT BE DONE. They promised a full tank, thing was still on a quarter. To top it off, they tried screwing over the customer by charging tax/title/registration and never registering it. Quickly found their error once called and overnighted the check.Bottom line, salesman need to be knowledgeable over the units they re attempting to sell to customers, HAVE THE UNIT READY IN THE MORNING FOR THE CUSTOMER. If im the manager and someone just purchased our top of the line or even lowest, I personally would ensure it s taken out of the showroom before close and ready for customer to test drive and inspect before paperwork in the morning. When the customer comes in who just purchased a unit, they have first priority over a customer browsing, you don t tell them you have to help out these other people real quick.I personally will never purchase from here, I would recommend the same to others!

Lex Guy was my salesman. He was not overbearing he let me look answered any questions. He knew I was home for a short time and my time was limited. He took my info gave me a call with the info I need. All said and done I m pulling away with a new Can-Am Defender right now. This was a real good experience definitely recommend coming in and talking to Lex guy. I will buy my next side-by-side or four wheeler from Hattisburg cycles.
