Took truck in to check brakes they said needed master cylinder and all 4 brakes replaced pedal going to floor. They couldn't get thr correct master cylinder so they ended up keeping it a week. No rental was offered. 2 weeks later same thing happened for them to tell me they refunding me and to take it to dealer because maybe they know more than them. Manager was nasty and not very customer oriented. I also was pissed. How u specialize in brakes and can't figure out what is wrong?

I'm sure this is a great option for people who don't know much about their vehicle. Apparently it isn't customary for a client to question a $3,000 repair estimate. When I asked to speak with the tech that looked at my truck, he was extremely rude to me just for asking what he issues he found. Did the repair myself for under $300. Guys at the counter were friendly for what its worth.

We had the car towed because we didn't know if it was over for that car. It turns out they diagnosed it correctly and fixed it for us. Trust is hard to come by. They have earned mine. Great job guys, I have a happy wife now.

Even though problem.couldnt be fixed. They were diligent in trying to find out the cause. Kept getting check engine light for mass air flow sensor. Was changed 3 times .could find no other problem with vehicle but light kept coming back on. After extensive checking still could find no problem. Not their fault at all. Something just messed up that isn't showing up on diagnostics.

The manager was rude to me and his employees while I was there.I felt talked into a more in-depth service than I needed.The quote for the service (new brake pads) I needed was 4x what I ended up being charged at a local mechanic. The local mechanic also told me about more issues with the brakes that Firestone left out of their report. It felt like Firestone was trying to do the least amount of work for the most money just to get me in and out quickly.

Absolutely wonderful experience. There was a small miscommunication about which tires to put on our vehicle but the man at the counter was extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely be taking my vehicle there again for future service.

They got my car in, did exactly what I asked for, and had it ready within a few hours. I had made an appointment beforehand. They also had an opportunity to perform additional work that I asked them to look at and told me I didn't need those services. I appreciate the honesty.

I had an appointment and they prioritized my vehicle over walk ins which I think is very professional. The workers were very friendly. The service was quicker than I expected. Great stuff!

My sister went through a terrible ordeal at this place today. If you ever find yourself in need of tire services, I strongly advise against visiting this Firestone location. It's quite astonishing that in a city teeming with college students who significantly contribute to the local economy, the service here can be exceptionally impolite. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your car care needs.

The service advisor, Jason, was very helpful and kind. I needed a new battery and even though it was at the end of the day, I still didn t have to wait very long. Great service and I d recommend them for battery checks/replacement.

Horrible experience. Called when I was 5 minutes from the Hardy St location and explained that they had an hour wait and I couldn t wait that long as I was leaving for a road trip and needed to get on the road. Noah said that they could most likely get me in no problem in less than an hour. So I changed my GPS from Hardy location to this Mayfair location and came here. My vehicle sat in the parking lot for 2 hours and 15 mins before being pulled in and I didn t get done for 3 hours and 15 minutes. Please, don t lie just to make a sale. I could of gotten my oil change and brake fluid flushed an hour sooner if I would of stayed at Hardy location. Now I won t get to my destination until it s dark and I was going camping so it ruined the day.

Came in to get my tire looked at because something was going on with it , to find out i had to get a new one . The price i was quoted was tremendously over priced. If you are in need of a tire or any other things for your vehicle i advise to look else where.

I am a lady and they really took care of my car they explain everything that they were going to do and that needed doing so I was very satisfied with the employees and the help that I got from Firestone love the care that they gave me and my car

So I needed a water pump on my only ride at the time. I called the dealership and several other places. Everyone was charging too much and said they had to keep it a day. I couldn't afford that because I had to be at work the next day. So I called Firestone and spoke with the store manager. He guaranteed that he would be finished the same day and he gave me a reasonable price than the dealership! It was a long wait but it was well worth it! My vehicle has been running smoothly ever since. Thanks Guys.

Firestone the company keeps finding the wheat type employees compared to the hare one's. Over the years I have brought more then 20 cars to them for different maintenance services. Keep up the good work. Here are some names of the many awesome workers that have helped me along the way Mr. Jerry, Mr. Nolan, DJ, Nicole, Jacob and most of all every technician.

We have used this Firestone for years. Always excellent service. New manager, Elmer, is great. We went in for an alignment and was told that cupping tires indicated we had shock problems. Since we have ext. Warranty, carried to dealership & Firestone was right on the diagnosis. So grateful Firestone told me about the shocks. I purchased 4 new tires from them shortly after & after new shocks are installed, we will get another alignment. "Lifetime warranty" with Firestone is GREAT & well worth the cost.

Do not take your car here. I made an appointment to take my car her at 8am for 4 new tires. My car was there at 8. At 9, my ride arrived and i left my phone number for them to call me, and they told me my car should be done by 11am. At 1:00, I returned and my car was sitting in the same spot and had not been attended to. I was upset, and they tried to blame the delivery truck driver for not delivering the tires, when they were the ones that made the appointment for 8am that day and then told me my car would be done by 11. The person working then lied and said he only promised my car would be done by the end of the day. The dishonesty was too much and I took my business elsewhere. I didn t have more time to waste for something. that didn t need to take all day to complete when I was given an 8am appointment. Save yourself time and energy and work with people who are more honest and forthright about their service.

This place is very overpriced. I went to just get the rim taken off my tire. They charged me 30 dollars for 3 minutes of work for labor. Went back 2 days later to get them to put the rim back on the tire and the tire back on the car, they said they couldn t get me in till 2(the time was 10:30) and it was gonna be around 100. I left and went to walmart, got it done in 15 minutes and did it completely for free

7/3/2019. I had made an appointment at 1200 for a front end alignment, and arrived at 1150. I decided to wait there since I had made an appointment and expected it to be a smooth process. At 1330 my vehicle had not been moved; so I asked the front desk employee when they would be getting to my vehicle seeing as I had been waiting for an hour and a half at this point. Less than five minutes after my inquiry, they had a technician pull my car into the shop, well they attempted to. The technician said my vehicle was too low for the alignment machine; which is odd considering there are no modifications to my vehicle's ride height. While I appreciate the technician's wariness, I do not appreciate waiting over an hour and a half beyond my scheduled appointment time to hear that they cannot perform the alignment. When I asked the front desk employee if there is anything else they can do to accommodate my vehicle, she shrugged and slid my keys across the counter and stated "the technician said it won't fit". I responded with my discontent of spending an unnecessary amount of time in the waiting room just to find out they cannot perform the service. She contentiously replied "and you would still be waiting if you had not made an appointment". My wife had an appointment for an oil change later that evening, so I cancelled her appointment and informed the employee that we would not be bringing our business to Firestone again. It was not the fact that they could not perform the alignment; it was the poor customer service and blatant disrespect I received from the employee. If you want your vehicle serviced in a timely manner while being respected by the employees, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Mechanic, Jerrod, did his best to get me out of there at the lowest price possible. Came in for a front end alignment and an oil change, but Jerrod showed me where my tire was extremely damaged. What would have been a 150 dollar trip became a 1300 dollar one very quickly. But their technicians gave me a discount that saved me 200 dollars, and as a college student that can't be understated. Best firestone experience I've had.

If you want to be overcharged, this is the place to go! Especially if you're a woman. I went in for an oil change,$60 tops. I got a recommendation for new tires, cool. The recommended services were nearly $1000 for new tires! I asked for a price breakdown. The rep showed me and I quickly realized the issue. The recommended services included Firestone's best store brand tires, lifetime alignment, road hazard, all the bells and whistles.I asked for a more affordable option and the rep literally knocked off $50 after giving me attitude and going back and forward about how she feels that "since I'm a cardholder" I need all the services she recommended and I can "just pay it off in 6 months." Lol I went to the sister store off Hardy St. and got some nice tires, alignment, road hazard, warranty for less than half the price and with better customer service! Let's not mention the time I went there for a complete inspection and the rep told me I need a whole new front end. I took it somewhere to get a second opinion and they told me everything looked new under the front but they saw a screw was loose. Imagine if I had listened and Firestone charged me over $2000 to tighten a screw?! Now I remember why I stopped going there and started going to the one off Hardy

Ordered 4 tires online and had them delivered to Firestone Complete Auto Care on Mayfair Road. I made an appointment for 9:00 and confirmed it on the phone prior to the day of. I arrived at 9:00 and was told it would take an hour to hour and a half. I asked for additional services (alignment) and verified that hour and a half was enough time to do everything. I needed the car back before noon and reiterated this when I confirmed the appointment and again when I dropped the car off. My office is located nearby so I went there to wait. After two hours I hadn t been called so I walked back over to find that my car was still in the lot with the old tires on it. The service clerk was completely caught off guard when I walked in and asked whether the car was ready, and she told me it would be next and asked if I needed it back by a specific time. I told them I needed it back right then and to load the tires up and give me the key. Now I have a screwed up schedule thanks to them and my new tires are in the trunk. Fortunately, Hernandez Tire said he will do it today within 30 minutes of me arriving. No appointment needed. Cheaper too. I guess they took your jerrrrrb!

READ ALL, IT WILL SAVE YOU!! This is usually where we do all of our business therefore when I had the option on bringing my work vehicles. When it was time for tires, got all 4 here with an unGodly wait time. While here, every woman that came in was advised of tons of other things wrong with their vehicle. I said then I wouldn t be back....Time for a battery, I was in a hurry so I stopped to see the time. I was advised 30 minutes. After over 2 hours, they advised the battery was bad and was going to try to find me one because they didn t have any In stock...wait...you made me wait for something you did not have in stock??After 2 and half hours, advised that they would jump me off and let me take it somewhere else because they did not understand what the authorization people (government) were saying. Before I had to start completely over again, I called. Without issue, I obtained the authorization needed. I did hear all of the fees associated with the cost. $200+ battery, $30 install, $20+ battery test fee...As I type, it has been over 3 hours and I still do not have a battery installed. The last I saw, they had a tape measurer open under my hood. My message to family, friends, co-workers, anybody reading this...STAY AWAY!! The fact that the many negative reviews CONTINUE is proof that management has NO INTENTION on changing anything. I will never post a negative review based on my bad day or somebody else s bad day. So this is not a rant, it s genuine in preventing anybody from going through it.
