I went in for an oil change and tire check. Steven was helpful with getting me in and out, checking my oil and tires, and also turning my tire light off for me. When it comes to customer service, Steven is definitely the person for the job.He made me laugh with his jokes and also gave me helpful information when it came to my car. Thank you again Steven.

We came from out of town and had a blowout on the way. We had to put a donut on the car and find a shop. This was the first and only one we stopped at. They didn t have our tire size right then but Sharon ordered it for us and it was delivered the very next day. Sharon was so sweet and polite. If you ever need anything done for your car, this is definitely the place to go!!

These people - Sharon & Steven today - are literally wonderful. This place has been some semblance of a life-saver, to the extent that I m genuinely grateful for their service & yes, their kind smiles & hospitality. Rare.

I had a great experience from start to finish. They were backed up when I came in initially, so I can t blame them for the time it took to service. However, they did their best to make sure I had the best solution to my problem. I came in ready to buy new rotors and pads but they assured me that wasn t the issue. They upgraded my pads to decrease a squeak and lubricated everything and my car felt brand new again. I really appreciate the kindness, patience, and honesty of this staff. I will be back.Andy, Tyler, & Quinton are all amazing.

I have brought my vehicles to this location many times over the years and have been pleased with the service, pricing, and quality. From oil changes & tire rotations to brake pad and rotor installation. Good folks. Ask for Cory or Andy.

I take all my vehicles there. Jim is a good guy and honest. I really liked Karam. Always friendly and in a good mood. I always made sure to pull up in Karam s pit. I wish he was still working there.

Visited the store today for a last minute oil change. My initial encounter was with Corey, very sweet young man. Oil was changed, filter was changed, I mean top tier customer service. Ms.Sharon changed my filter, she is a very sweet lady. Again customer service was TOP TIER. The boss was very professional as well, I did get his name, but I will most definitely be visiting again. If you are in the Hattiesburg area, this is your place to go. Very affordable and cost efficient!

Corey and all the technicians that helped me today were absolutely amazing! He was kind and knowledgeable! It truly makes a difference when a person takes the time to show you what is happening with your vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone with any kind of vehicle. #expressyourwayoverthere

Very positive experience from start to finish. I had scheduled an appointment for new tires and some work on my brakes. They were ready and waiting for me when I arrived. They clearly explained the problem with my brakes and presented different options for repair. They were honest, the work was well done, and done in a timely manner. What I appreciated the most, however, was the staff. Across the board, they were professional, courteous and really just very kind. I had previously only been in for routine oil changes but was very well pleased with this experience. This will be my new go-to shop!

Just got my oil changed and it was such a great experience. As a lady, it s intimidating going anywhere car related but the folks at Express Oil Change made it quick and easy! Corey explained everything perfectly and even answered my silly questions! Will go back again and again!Thanks guys!

I recently got my oil changed at the Hwy 98 location and had the pleasure of meeting Andy, the service technician assigned to my vehicle. Andy did an awesome job of keeping me informed of every step throughout the process. He checked all my fluid levels, tires, air filters, and let me know how well they were all holding up. He advertised the supplemental services they perform in their shop but didn t pressure or guilt trip me into buying anything I didn t want/need. Overall, Andy was the highlight of the visit - he seems to genuinely care for his customers and didn t leave anything unchecked. I would recommend stopping by the Hwy 98 location in Hattiesburg and let Andy take care of your vehicle any day of the week!

I called before going and was told my oil change would be $65 -$75. After they did it, the cost was $99. Then they tried pushing tires at me with the cost of nearly $700. I'm an old woman, but I do know I can get good quality tires cheaper than that. I drive a Nissan, not a double cab pickup. So ladies beware.

My experiences at Express Oil change have been nothing less of amazing! They are always so helpful, informative, and have never tried to take advantage or overcharge me. I m a young college girl that doesn t know much about vehicles and I never feel taken advantage of! Big thanks to Tylor and the rest of the crew for all of their help!

Sharon was great! I went in for a routine oil change, but I am now in a new vehicle. Apparently the oil cap was plastic and it was damaged. They replaced it with a metal one and sent me on my way. Sharon was very professional and proactive.

They are the best! They will come pick up your car and bring it back to you when they are finished! Andy picked up and brought my car back within 30 mins. They are all very nice and efficient!

The service is always nice, Sharon one the best members. She showed me how dirty my air filter was and replaced it. My oil change is always done there, if they see wrong, they right it.

Karam is the man! He serviced my vehicle just yesterday and times before as well. All-round great service! Very knowledgeable, efficient and a master of his craft. Takes pride in his work and always goes the extra mile for his customers to deliver a good product. Friendly and very easy to converse with naturally. I can easily tell you It is well worth the money and time spent! Express Oil Change off of Hwy 98 is the only place I ll go! If you can ask for Karam, he will get you setup and ready to go guaranteed!

I drove from New Orleans to Hattiesburg on my way back to New Orleans my car had a problem and start smoking thank god I was able to get to this shop and SHARON helped me did a diagnostic on it and was able to fixe everything for me to go back home safely. People are very nice, funny and friendly thank you all so much

I get my oil changed here every time and they ve sways been great. They give great service every double time I come up there, no matter which technician it is. This time it happened to be Tyler. Thank y all for the amazing service !
