I took my F-250 pickup to Eagle Tire to check my brakes. They found my front brakes were badly worn; however, my rear brakes were OK. I had them replace my front brakes only which they did in very reasonable time. I really love Eagle Tire's honesty, courtesy, and reasonable prices. I have been a pleased customer of Eagle Tire for at least 10 years. They're very good at what they do.

I had an emergency issue with a tire on the interstate so we called Eagle Tire (Goodyear) in Hattisburg and they got us in quickly to change out the spare. Its placed close to the intrastate for anyone traveling that needs tire service. Matt works the front desk and was 5 stars.

There is no place in this town I would trust like Eagle Tire. I ve been doing business with them for many years and they have always been straight and honest with me and knowledgeable if you have a car that needs any type of service give them a try!

Had a great experience here. They were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and most importantly they were honest. Which is unheard of in this day and age. They came to me and told me that I needed breaks on the back so when I told them to go ahead and put brakes on the front too they said that I was okay and didn't need them and it would be a waste of money. So honesty scores great points with me. Also, help me pick out the tires that I wanted for the Jeep. And had the knowledge to know what sizes I needed. Unlike Sam's tire department who told me to go to the Jeep dealership to ask what tires I wanted. So, I highly recommend eagle tire! Will definitely be a return customer.

I was a mechanic for 12 years in the armed forces. I've seen some lazy maintenance before but this takes the cake. I brought my car in after replacing the rack and pinion for a front alignment. They twisted my boots on both sides. When I called the manager he wanted me to come "make it right". After a simple untwist he wanted to try and charge me a fee to fix their mistake. Never again will I trust this establishment. If I cant trust you with something this simple, how can I trust a bigger job.

Needed brake work on 70 Chevelle . Headed to Cruizin the Coast and Midas told me it would be over 400.00 dollars and would be 4 hours before they could get to it. These guys at Goodyear were gone to lunch but got right on it when they got back and fixed us up in about an hour and a half. Was a brake line problem. They even put air in my air shocks and leveled my car out. Bill was 111.06 . Won't try Midas again they told me it would be expensive because there were bearings involved. Still trying to figure that one out. Thanks to these guys , had a great week at Cruizin the Coast except for hurricane Nate cutting it short. Would definitely recommend this shop. Brakes worked perfectly and if you have ever been to CTC you know you definitely need good brakes. Thanks again..

I went in to get a flat patched. They brought me into the back of the shop and showed me where a bolt had gone through my sidewalk and told me they couldn t patch it. They lifted up my truck and put the spare on for me and didn t charge me for any of it! 10/10 will be the only shop I use it Hattiesburg! Super friendly and trustworthy!

We Eagle Tire! We have friends and family visit often from out of town. This is the second occasion that we've had an emergency with a guest's car. The Warren's and their team at Eagle Tire squeezed us in and take care of us every time!We take our own vehicles there for all our maintenance needs. Trustworthy and dependable. Highly recommend!

Great prices on great tires. Highly recommend buying them from Justin Shirley. He is without a doubt the most enthusiastic, knowledgeable, thorough, salesman that I've encountered. Go see him and get you some tires.

Very friendly staff. My daughter took my truck there while I was at work. Needed a bad hub assembly replaced on the passenger's side. They replaced the good hub assembly on the driver's side. I discovered this when I got home that afternoon. I called one of the managers. He said bring it in the next day and they would "make it right". They charged us full price for the second hub assembly. I suppose I should have had them define "make it right". We won't be back.

Eagle tire cross threaded my wife s skid plate after changing her oil. Upon finding this it was brought back to them to fix. They proceeded to cut one of the bolts out and creating large gouges on the skid plate and leaving the broken stud in place, they also used an impact the put the other cross threaded bolt back in place. When asked how they fixed it the front desk stated idk but it s secured. Instead of doing the right thing and getting a new skid plate, drilling and tapping the holes properly, the manager stated he would clean it up and remove the broken bolt. If you created the problem and then proceeded to damage the skid plate because of it I believe the right thing is to fix it properly not clean it up. This is not professional and I would deter anyone from taking a vehicle here.

I have been going to Eagle Tire & Service for the past 25 plus years. I have never had a problem with their work or what they charge for their work. The entire staff at Eagle Tire are very friendly, courteous and professional in what they do. I would highly recommend Eagle Tire & Service to anyone.

The BEST Car/Truck Service anywhere. Responsible, Reliable, Reasonable, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Courteous, Helpful, Quick.......What more can you ask for? I drive 3 hours to have them look at and service my car and have for years! As I said......THE BEST!!!
