What a great experience! Dean McCrary Kia of Hattiesburg is a great place to buy a car. Duck Griffith is a great guy and salesman ! Stayed with us the entire time. Worked to get me everything I needed in a car and in monthly payments. He was awesome! Sales manager worked the banks to get me approved at my terms and the paperwork guy made everything easy to understand. Thanks guys!

Michael was great! We spoke over the phone and coordinated the vehicle I wanted and my trade in. He had everything ready when I arrived the following morning and I was in my new car in less than an hour: Extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend Michael and Dean McCrary Kia!

The staff were amazing! They did everything in their power to make sure I was happy with my purchase and that I got what I wanted. They were not pushy and very easy to talk to! Shout to Michael Duck Griffith for being the best salesman I ve ever dealt with!

DeAndre was extremely warm towards me, not too pushy how I expected a salesman to be. He made sure I received an incredible deal! They grounded my lease without my consent after I spent 2.5 hours there trying to figure out whether it made more sense for me to buy my car when my lease expired or to lease a new vehicle. I never signed anything or agreed to any of the terms they presented to me, but a sales associate went ahead and let them know that they were going to make a deal with me. They said they called to reverse it, but 3 weeks later got a call from Kia Finance that it was still grounded. I now cannot make any progress on figuring out my end of lease terms because of what they did (the ungrounding process just began after they made that call to me and will take an additional 2-3 weeks). They say that they treat everyone fairly (after I told them I felt I was being taken advantage of as a woman in a car dealership alone). If this is the case and they do indeed treat everyone fairly then I would be cautious of anyone doing business with these guys.

Had a fantastic experience buying my Toyota Camry XSE from Dean McCrary Kia Hattiesburg. Jeff Williams was easy to work with. He was professional & made car buying a worry-free experience. I also feel that I got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service. Belinda, my sales person was the best. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. She was professional, kind, patient and she knew her product extremely well! IF I need another car I will definitely be back but I expecting this one to last a very long time. The warranties are just WOW!! Great Job Belinda! Thanks so much for your help.

We deleted our post about Kia so I will tell you why. First off I want to give Michael Duck Griffith a huge shout out!! If you need a vehicle go see him and I promise he will take care of you! He works at Dean McCary and he will TAKE CARE OF YOU and tell you the truth! He knew what happened with us and decided to help us out! Long story short he went out on a limb for us even tho we weren t his customers and he spoke with Mr. Dean McCary himself. Mr. Dean told him to tell the service department to take care of us and that s what they did! They are gonna fix Tena s car in full! To me this speaks volumes for Mr. Dean McCary! He is trying to make his customers happy not just looking at money signs! I hate that it got ugly like it did because yall know we aren t those people, but sometimes you do what you have to do! This is a lesson learned from everybody that has been involved. Sometimes you can t just go by the book sometimes you have to look at people and the situation you are in, especially the car business. Even through all this none of the people I have spoke with have been rude to us we just wasn t getting anywhere. Don t let the post I posted yesterday sway you away from there it didnt have to go this far, but it did, and at the end they are taking care of us. Like I said this was a lesson learned from everyone involved. Mr. Dean has been in the business a long time and this is the reason why. No matter what he will take care of his customers! That s why he has multiple dealerships and they all do good! To me that speaks a lot about his company! If you need any help ask for Duck and he will take care of you!

poor customer service.. I hate even have to take my truck to Kia to have anything done . They make me regret even getting a vehicle that has anything to do with Kia . They never answer the phone & when they do you can t get a straight answer. I ask to speak with the manager, he get on the phone I still felt unsatisfied. I DONT RECOMMEND NOBODY TO GO THERE to the one in Hattiesburg ms on highway 98. The only person I would like to thank for the kind word and great customer service is Luther holder. If I had to rate the service department customer from 1-10 on how I was treated today I would give this place a -0 i meant that in the most honest way I can say it.

I wanted to trade a Camry for something bigger, but the other dealerships wouldnt give Me near what it was worth. I had almost give up on getting something nice. Then I walked in to the KIA dealership, Belinda Queen asked Me what I was in need of, and She asked My budget, then She went outside and pulled up out front in a 2020 Sorento...a NICE Sorento ! Belinda made the whole deal come thru. Never have I had a better salesperson than Her.She was extremely nice and very proffesional. Thank You Belinda Queen, very much !

I was having problems with my air conditioner. We tried to fix it twice, and it still wasn t working. I was very frustrated, but Mr. Dakota, Mr.Duck, and Mr.Wendall helped me through the process and made sure it got fixed. They were very nice. At the end of the day, I was very happy with my experience.
