I was blessed to meet Mr. Davenport and have excellent service during an unfortunate circumstance. The car looks like new and is a smooth ride. I was also shocked to find that they had cleaned the inside as well. Highly recommend Davenport's!

My son got into a wreck on campus and we're 8 hours away. Davenport's took care of everything, including keeping us in the loop all the way up here in Kentucky. I couldn't believe how well & how quickly the repairs were made and how customer-focused & friendly the service was. If I ever need body work done I'd be tempted to tow the 8 hours to Davenport's. 5 stars aren't enough.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I was extremely happy with the work completed on my car. Very easy to work with and completed on n a timely manner, despite a shortage of parts.

Davenport s was the blessing I needed. I called this morning and they got me in and my car looked at by 3 pm. They were patient with me throughout the situation, my car ended up needing to be towed for them to look at it, and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Great service and even better workers!

Listen this man is amazing! I got in a car accident and when we tried to get other body shops no one wanted to work with me but he was like yeah come on, yall he legit got my car fixed in 7 days insurance ain't even paid him yet and he was like I'm done you can pick it up and that was it!!. So sweet patient and kind I was like oh yeah you invited to the cookout.

My fianc� and I went to Davenport auto body shop to see about getting my car fixed. The man that was in the shop asked him would he be using insurance; my fianc� told him that he didn't want to claim it on our insurance, Terrel my fianc� also asked that man for an estimate. That man told my fianc� no, either you get it fixed or not. Smh, sir, if I paid over thirty thousand for my car, do you think I wouldn't pay to get it fix? We left; nowadays, people want you to beg and pay them. Pay I will do that, but I'm not about to beg anyone.

I started using Davenports Body Shop 20 years ago. I had so many cars to work that I also used other shops plus had my own body shop. One of the first things I can tell you is the quality of Tommy's work is second to none and that is anyplace in the country.I have used them all. I have been so disappointed that I could cry at some shops. This has NEVER been the case at Davenports. I buy Mercedes and Cadillac's and Lincolns. Tommy painted my 125,000 dollar SL550 White Diamond Mercedes. He painted my 70,000 dollar CLS550 Mercedes and two toned it. He went in and painted multiple motor homes that had damage we repaired and it matched perfect. Some of the motor homes he paints for me cost over half a million dollars,,The only problem is sometimes his work is too good to match factory, and this is true.Sometimes he has to match the quality of work already there,,,,,I don't even try to use anyone else any longer,,, Davenports Body Shop, ,,I don't know anyone that can touch him..

I was kindly asking about the services offered here to get my car repaired and the guy was so rude about it. I ve had a pickup at their shop for 3 years and they have not even started on it. I paid $150 to get it to them after I was told they could fix it. They even came and looked at it. After I got it to them, they kept telling me they were going to fix it. Then they started giving me excuses why they hadn t started working on it. After it became obvious that they were not going to work on it, I started trying to get it home. And for the last two years, I was being told they were going to get it back to me and it has never happened. I am now tired of all the lies that I m being told. Do not, I repeat do not under any circumstances take anything to them to get it repaired. They do not know how to tell you the truth about anything and will not do what they said they will do. Now, I ve got to go get it at my own expense just to take it to a junk yard and even then I won t get anything out of it.
