Best part of dealing with them was Sabrina in the office. Even though she is horrifically overworked she kept her great personality in check. Sadly I cannot recommend this company. Delay in receiving order many missed install appointments & hired another company to complete work paid for. They offer no monetary concessions and I truly felt have so much work they just don't care..

I cannot brag on the service, the price, the speed and the quality they got my car in and out in about an hr . They quoted me a price half the price of everybody else in town and as a single mother, who stays broke lol greatly appreciate it. I will definitely recommend them to everyone i come across!!!!!

They are very professional, very courteous and quickly do the job!! Not too terribly expensive as my deductible was much more than my glass that needed replacing!

Told them I would be going out of town, they told me they would overnight my windshield. I had to keep calling to check on status. No one ever bothered to call and update me. Now goung out of town so too late, it just conveniently came in now that I have to leave. If I was told first off that because of covid it probably wouldn't be overnight I would of gond elsewhere. I am more upset that no one called me to tell me it wouldn't be here in time, poor communication.

Terrible customer service said they would come and give an estimate for window replacement and never showed up but when I called they claimed someone had been to my house and got measurements which was a lie avoid this place at all cost

Rubber was not placed properly after windshield replacement. Returned to have it corrected but rubber still flaps off shield while driving high speed and windshield leaks every time it rains. Go elsewhere

Wards a Mississippi tradition I could get behind. I like the chicken wrap the hit dog was good but the frank wasn't the best. Overall 4.5

Right drive-thru was not working and there was no sign. People waited in a long line until they tired and drove off. Once ordered food was not correct.

Do NOT go here to get a windshield for your car! They did more damage to my car than anything. They cracked the plastic framing around my windshield and their is a constant buzzing coming from the windshield vibrations anytime i go over 40 mph. I took it back the next business day to tell them what was going on and of course, they blame the Ford parts. All of these plastic frames break from fords when replacing windshields they said. Well then be more delicate when doing the work! They said they won t wareanty the part they broke so now I m just stuck with a a buzzing windshield and broken frame!

I had used them prior to replace a glass in our camper and was very pleased, so when I had a need again for replacing glass I used them again and it turned out fine.
