So I tried to use my 10 cents off gas card at diesel pump and clerk said it does not apply for diesel but yet the sign out front is flashing diesel 3.47 then 3.37 with circle k card. I WILL NEVER USE CIRCLE K AGAIN! The entire diesel fuel area is a safety hazard because diesel is on the ground in puddles EVERYWHERE! Clerk could not explain and said she could not use my circle k card! Also she never turned around to look at me at counter. GET OFF THAT PHONE & DO YOUR JOB! Absolutely WORST GAS STATION IN MISSISSIPPI!!!

Rude and careless staff. Management needs to especially address the lady with the short turquoise hair and multiple facial piercings. She is beyond rude and her attitude problem is a huge embarrassment to the company.

How is it possible that a truck stop or a gasoline center for truckers has the door to the truckers area closed? I will never stop in this place again, even if the price of diesel is cheaper, what is cheap is expensive.

The rudest workers I ve ever encountered. I had a coupon for gas that I wanted to redeem. The lady at the register said you know we have smart checkout . I couldn t use the smart checkout because of what I was buying. She was busy while the other worker sat outside smoking a cigarette refusing to check me out. My gas light was on so I had to gas but thank god there s a Keith s down the road that will actually use a register to check you out. They re always rude and miserable. Get a different job or get over yourself

People stay away from this place unless you just have to go there. Stopped in this morning to check my lotto/scratch offs. The self check machine was not working so I asked a cashier behind register counting cigarettes if there was another scanner . This woman gave me a go to hell look and shook her head in response for no. For clarity's sake I asked her if that meant no she doesn't have another scanner. At that time a very nice lady prepping pizzas stopped to help me. She politely used her hand heldscanner and checked my tickets. I hope she was the manager and not that ghetto thang. I buy my gas from this place all the time but rarely go inside. I've heard the horrible stories but nothing like 1st hand.

It seems like every time I go to this specific circle k the cashiers are extremely and consistently RUDE and I'm not talking about someone just "having a bad day" but someone who 100% hates their job and everything about it. If it's like that just quit already and spare us all. Yall can do better, it's not hard.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Carlton is one of there exceptional employees. Dont forget they have breakfast and lunch dishes or just sides that are all yummy. Also best cig. prices.

Women restroom was disgusting, both toilets filled with pee and on the seat. Toilet paper all over the floor plus toilet paper rolls laying on the floor or leaning against the wall. Used sanitary pads overflowing in the small trashcans in the stalls.

This store is horrible. Brought my own cup in already purchased from circle k ,They tried to charge me full price for a refill on water. The cashier called the manager (Sharon) and When I let the manager know the bathroom needed help she told me I needed help and call the police to say I was causing a disturbance bc she got offended. Very poor customer service and store was filthy. After I mentioned the restroom the cashier tried to say the bathroom was down but there was no sign to be found anywhere. Disgusting store very poorservice.

This store is the worst Circle K I have ever stepped in. It smells like someone has vomited all over. Makes you sick to your stomach immediately. To my understanding from my 1st visit over a month ago, it is something to do with the sewer lines. I feel horrible for the employees. That is something that no one should have to endure. I couldn't stand to be in there for more than 5 minutes let alone an 8 hour shift. I stopped in again thinking that for sure the company would have taken care of that situation. Nope, smacked right in the face with that's good awful stench again. Shame on you Circle K, with as many stores and as much money as you make should be #1 on your list. I will be filing a complaint to your corporate office considering it is 4 hours later and I'm still sick to my stomach and the only posts you respond to on here are good ratings. Thanks for the worst experience ever.

Very Very Nice people. I m always treated nicely. I love when people are nice. Store is not brand new so of course it s wear and tear. Definitely clean for the age of the business. You can find everything easily and you re not stepping over stuff.

No soap in their soap dispensers in the men's bathroom. It doesn't look like they ever put soap in those things from the look of it...Also, one toilet out of order (which is fine) but the one that's working is very lose from the floor.

There was NO soap of any kind (not even a soap dispenser---so you know there never was and never will be any soap) in the men's restroom for use in washing my hands. On my way out the door to my car, I stopped by the young girl who was operating the cash register and told her that there was no soap in the men's restroom. She looked annoyed and just said, "Yeah, I know."I think that with the current Covid-19 issues, service stations and restaurants should be REQUIRED to provide soap and water in restrooms.

good afternoon, I tried to fill my diesel tanks but the lady behind the fuel desk does not know that each fuel pump has two hoses for each side of the truck and I could only fill one tank because she did not know and did not want to do it, because she was entertained on your cell phone...thanks

Another one of them places with instant coffee and self check out 3 employees in the store and not one of them will do a cashier job plane lazy I don't work for circle k and won't do there job for them and that instant coffee is just nasty

Apparently the employees lock the restroom doors and tell you they are out of service so they don't have to clean them! Very badcustomer service. Do not stop here, they don't deserve your business. And I have sent a message to Headquarters.

Visited this store today, very nice ppl. Could use a little cleaning though. I know these ppl have alot to do serving ppl stocking and checking ppl out. Just wipe up as you go. Thx for your service to the public

After all what I have read about this place being filthy you would think they would have cleaned it. Well they did not. Also the girl with the orange hair working the counter was not friendly at all either.

We pulled in to get gas and clean our windshield but the buckets where the windshield squeegees were were completely dry and some of them had trash in them too.

As of the time I'm posting this, both public bathrooms are out of order, with no potable units available outside. This will most likely change at some point in the future tho.

Be careful at the pump s here, cause that $1.99 is apparently rigged cause my my mini van only usually takes about 25.00 to 30.00 to fill it up it kept going something very suspicious about that

Good parking place for last minute, do lock your doors, plenty space available, easy acess, dirty bathrooms, overpriced convince store, no fresh food to order, truck fuel, a good choice to park spend the night but no amenities.

Parking available late at night, tho id suggest double checking that your doors are locked before going to bed
